18/08/2025: An absolutely perfect place for anyone seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and seeking peace and relaxation close to nature. The agritourism hotel and restaurant are situated in a beautiful setting overlooking the Calabrian hills, covered with olive groves. The bells of grazing cows can be heard in the distance, and the pool offers a fabulous view of the hills and a glimpse of the small, stone town atop the mountain, beautifully illuminated in the evening.
The room is very comfortable, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a sheltered terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine. The agritourism swimming pool boasts refreshing water and a fantastic view!
The restaurant is absolutely wonderful, located in the courtyard among the stone buildings. The food is delicious, fresh, and locally sourced.
The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful in every situation – you can feel the true hospitality and naturalness here!
The beach is about a 20-minute drive away, and the beautiful town of Santa Severina is worth a visit nearby—about an hour's drive, but well worth it.
Definitely one of those places you'll want to return to. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

The pinsa is delicious, with a light dough and all the toppings are top-quality. I didn't eat the meat, but I heard the menu being discussed at the next table, and I must admit the quality of the product is excellent. Well done everyone, highly recommended.

02/06/2026: The hotel is like a dusty art museum and quite dated. The rooms have been renovated at some point. The beach isn't easily accessible. Unfortunately, during our stay in the shoulder season, we experienced a very loud party that lasted until 2:00 a.m. Breakfast was rather meager, not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The hotel's surroundings weren't particularly appealing either (see photo).

05/05/2026: The building is quite dated, and the bathrooms are quite run-down. For one night, you can go and have dinner, which wasn't bad. The view of the sea and the beach right below is good.

The staff, however, is very polite.
The restaurant's prices are low compared to other nearby places.
The dishes are rich and tasty.

La Napoleona is truly a beautiful place, I fell in love with it! The atmosphere is magical, thanks to a splendid garden under the trees, illuminated by lights that create a super welcoming and evocative atmosphere.
The food is also top-notch. We tried the meatball pizza and it was simply superb. The cod with caramelized onions also deserves a special mention: a great combination, accompanied by a perfectly cooked side of potatoes and peppers.
The appetizer included a selection of cheeses and a trio of typical local meatballs:
eggplant, potato croquettes, and meatballs, all delicious.
Exquisite food, a fabulous location, and a wonderful atmosphere. With a half-liter of white wine and a medium beer,
all for €53.

Nice staff and you can eat on the terrace.

25/04/2026: I'm very picky about grill restaurants, and above all, I'm wary. Many don't know the ingredients, others offer premium cuts, but they're just improvising. I'm leaving this review because the people who work here are serious professionals. They know the ingredients and know how to work. I tried the meat section and immediately realized this isn't your average grill, but a place with experienced staff who know their job and the ingredients inside out. The meat is of the highest quality, succulent, expertly prepared to perfection, among the best I've ever tried in Calabria. It was a real pleasure.

The products, from the appetizers to the pizzas, are all top-quality and carefully prepared.
