29/08/2025: Pepito's is almost an institution in Cirò Marina. The restaurant and outdoor seating are small. The pizza is good but nothing exceptional (***), although there is a wide selection. I found the rotisserie (****) to be remarkable; the classic and pistachio arancini are truly worth it. Excellent and punctual service.

08/09/2025: A welcoming place with a sea view that alone is worth the visit. But the real surprise was the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza: everything was truly excellent, but the pizza was a revelation. In all my years, I've never eaten anything so good: crispy, light, and super digestible. The service was impeccable, with kind and helpful staff who made you feel at home. The prices were very fair for such high quality. We'll definitely be back! Kudos to the entire staff!

15/08/2025: Unspeakable, they don't take anything away, they make mistakes, burnt food, slow service with no tomorrow. But above all, after an endless service, THEY TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING to send you away. Yes, in my exact words: We have to close.

26/08/2025: We spent fourteen days at this residence, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Starting with the sewer smell in the room every day, which they explained to us was due to nearby drains (I would have liked to know this before arriving). The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved, the sheets sometimes had holes in them, and sometimes they weren't changed. The breakfast service was terrible for a 4-star hotel, so much so that we only used it for a few days, then we left. There's little supervision from the staff in general throughout the property. The location is beautiful, but poorly managed. Our holiday was saved by the lounge bar area, where we were pampered with delicious cocktails and platters. The staff were kind and super helpful. The beach is very beautiful, but in Calabria, when it comes to the sea, there's not much to say; it's a shame about everything else. It's a property we definitely won't return to.

25/08/2025: So, a hotel of this standard in terms of cleanliness disappointed me: dirty bathroom, fixtures full of limescale, closets full of dust. The owners were unfriendly, not at all sociable, never smiled, except for the daughter-in-law with the child who smiled and said hello. Then let's not even talk about the water at the table, which wasn't included. In no other hotel have I ever paid for water at the table. Are you kidding? Not even a jug. I will never return, without some entertainment, without a piano bar in the evening. The food was pretty good, but €2.50 for water with half board is unbearable. I was disappointed because it's a beautiful hotel with an excellent location, but it's not at all valued and is also expensive for the services it offers.

28/08/2025: Delicious pizza, very good sauce, thin and crispy dough. The pumpkin-filled one was excellent, very sweet, contrasting with the salty pancetta. The service was friendly. Recommended

24/08/2025: First of all, we went there for several days, so we tried a variety of dishes. Everything we ate was excellent, the service impeccable, the waiters extremely helpful, and the owners were very attentive to our needs. The atmosphere was informal, family-friendly, and the prices were more than fair. The people were lovely. We can't wait to go back!

08/09/2025: I'd like to start right away by talking about the beautiful, elegant and refined location. The entrance alone says it all, followed by a spectacular terrace with a sea view and top-notch cleanliness. I'm a maître d' with 26 years of culinary experience, and I can guarantee you one thing: when you eat pizza there, you'll have a culinary experience of the highest level. You can even choose between Roman-style or authentic Neapolitan pizza. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and they immediately made me feel at ease, as if I were at home. Then came the waiter, who I think is family, and he was attentive to everything, even bringing the spicy sauce for the pizza. He was kind and very professional. At this point, I ended up with a bill that I thought, given this, might not be anything but salty, but in the end, it was very sweet. I recommend everyone to go and have the same experience I had in just a few hours. Thanks guys, and good luck ❤️💯💪

12/10/2025: We had lunch at Kuta on October 12th, and I must unfortunately confess I have several complaints about the experience: right from the start of the meal, when we wanted to order a light appetizer to prepare the meal, the waiter overzealously urged us to order two because—in his opinion—there wouldn't be enough. The result, however, was a lot of leftovers that went back to the kitchen. When it came time to order our first courses, we weren't allowed to choose and were instead forced to stick to a Christening menu: we'd been given paccheri, but the fusilli we ordered were overcooked and tasteless, most likely cooked before we'd even had a chance to finish our generous appetizer. As for the main course, we were offered an entrecôte, as there was no option for a slice. Despite the person who ordered it clearly expressing their desire for it well-done, the dish arrived rare, uneatable. The child accompanying us—who ordered a cutlet and fries—received what was clearly a supermarket cutlet. The service was, therefore, inadequate and unwelcoming, with a marked lack of flexibility in meeting the customer's needs. The only positive note was the location, where we particularly appreciated the painting right next to our table, featuring a photo of dear Massimo.

12/10/2025: Wonderful place, where everything you order is delicious, from the high-quality cured meat platter to the fries, not to mention the excellent meat and delicious pizza. I can tell you that we discovered it a couple of years ago and today it is one of our favorite places, the owners are super welcoming and professional, I highly recommend it.

The meat was simply exceptional, tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection... the kind that makes you want more without thinking twice. The staff was impeccable: friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Marco and the entire team made us feel at home, with a genuine hospitality that is rare these days. An experience that stays in your heart... and especially on your palate! We'll definitely be back.

18/08/2025: An absolutely perfect place for anyone seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and seeking peace and relaxation close to nature. The agritourism hotel and restaurant are situated in a beautiful setting overlooking the Calabrian hills, covered with olive groves. The bells of grazing cows can be heard in the distance, and the pool offers a fabulous view of the hills and a glimpse of the small, stone town atop the mountain, beautifully illuminated in the evening. The room is very comfortable, with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a sheltered terrace, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening wine. The agritourism swimming pool boasts refreshing water and a fantastic view! The restaurant is absolutely wonderful, located in the courtyard among the stone buildings. The food is delicious, fresh, and locally sourced. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and helpful in every situation – you can feel the true hospitality and naturalness here! The beach is about a 20-minute drive away, and the beautiful town of Santa Severina is worth a visit nearby—about an hour's drive, but well worth it. Definitely one of those places you'll want to return to. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
