11/08/2025: SANIZZO The Professor's warm welcome, the true soul of the place, makes you feel at home, creating a light and pleasant atmosphere. The food is extraordinary, truly SANIZZO, hence the title of this review. Perfectly prepared. A special mention for the Professor's paccheri bomba.

10/08/2025: A small bistro in Camigliatello run by the Falcone family, with ties to the town's well-known butcher shop. Typical local products, mostly homemade, are of good quality but not always up to the asking price. For dinner, the excellent cured meats and cheese appetizer with creamy ricotta, and the less than stellar grilled caciocavallo burger, are excellent. The prices are very high (for example, a glass of wine costs €8-9), which is difficult to justify given the direct provenance of the ingredients. One negative note about the service: one of the management members, who also takes orders, is a bit too pushy when it comes to choosing what to order. He tries to be friendly, but ends up intimidating and confusing both the customers and the waitress, who otherwise works hard. However, the professionalism of one of the owners, who stepped in to restore calm and ensure the dinner continues in a more relaxed manner, is commendable.

01/07/2025: Locanda semplice, ma primi abbondanti e molto buoni!!! Abbiamo mangiato tagliatelle ai porcini e trofie salsiccia e funghi. Patate ai porcini ottime!!

03/06/2025: We had dinner at Luciano for 4, consuming two XL tourist menus. Lots of delicious things, lots of vegetable-based appetizers. We felt at home, Luciano is an exquisite person!

02/08/2025: Sono stato il mese scorso in questo ristorante/pizzeria. Parlo delle pizze perché io, mia moglie e mio figlio abbiamo mangiato solo quelle. Che dire, da napoletano sono rimasto davvero molto molto sorpreso dalla bontà delle pizze. Impasto morbido con cornicione alto, davvero molto ben alveolato. I condimenti delle pizze, cominciando all'olio sono davvero di qualità. Il tutto confermato dalla mancanza di sete nelle ore dopo, differentemente da come invece succede mangiando pizze di qualità inferiore. Bravi! Consigliato!

23/01/2025: Ristorante-pizzeria tranquillo, accogliente e familiare dove ho cenato una volta scegliendo alla carta e provato la pizza una seconda volta. Mi sono trovata bene, il cibo è stato di mio gradimento, i prezzi più che ragionevoli, la carne buona e la pizza bassa e croccante come piace a me. Servizio rapido. Cameriere e signorina alla cassa gentili e disponibili. Consigliato.

23/01/2025: Quiet, welcoming and familiar pizzeria restaurant where I had dinner once choosing à la carte and tried the pizza a second time. I had a good time, I liked the food, the prices were more than reasonable, the meat was good and the pizza was low and crunchy as I like it. Quick service. Waiter and lady at the register were kind and helpful. Advised.

08/08/2025: A wonderful little place! We had dinner under the guidance of Chef Antonio, who delighted us with grilled meat and potatoes with porcini mushrooms! The service and cleanliness were excellent. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

09/08/2025: As I've read in other reviews, it's true that the building is showing its age, but tell me: would you prefer a modern but dirty and poorly functional hotel, or one like this, older but clean and welcoming? The location is excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is good and varied. The price for a double room was fair. I recommend it. And I recommend booking by phone and agreeing on the price, rather than relying on various Booking.com websites.

06/05/2025: The hotel still had spring stop but I was allowed to spend the night. The hotel has been refurbished in a nice, somewhat classic style. Superb shower and good bed, everything a cyclist want! And a very nice and gentle manager, Claudio. Thanks!
