02/01/2025: I would like to point out that before writing this review I reserved the right to enjoy almost the entire repertoire of Calypso's culinary melodies. After that only two words came to mind: Pure inspiration! A few times I felt the sea in my mouth... At Calypso this sensation was constant every time. For those who love to taste 'real' 'fresh' fish I believe it is essential to book a table in this magical place of taste: I agree with those who define it as "the best restaurant in the Tyrrhenian area of ​​Cosenza". The owners and all the staff are exquisitely helpful: I recommend asking for suggestions, I have always been satisfied in following them. The romantic veranda overlooking the sea is the icing on the cake. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a candlelit dinner. Hats off to this place of poetic inspiration of taste.

02/12/2024: There is nothing I love more than the winter sea... but if you add an exceptional view, a super warm welcome, divine cuisine and a romantic climate, you reach heavenly levels. The chef creates and combines unique combinations and you can see all the love in the dishes that arrive at the table... super recommended.

25/10/2024: Must have to visit this restaurant if you spend your holiday nearby!! It has a nice view, the pizzas are delicious, beef meatballs and potatoes too. Top service. We have been twice for dinner and always full, because the food is really good!!

08/09/2024: Panino senza glutine della conad (o qualcosa di simile) pessimo che sa di alcool e più piccolo dell'hamburger. Se chiedi la carne ben cotta arriva bruciata. La qualità del cibo per i celiaci dovrebbe essere almeno uguale ai panini normali. E anche sul servizio c'è stata poca assistenza.

29/11/2024: I couldn't wait to eat the calzone. We arrived with our family in the evening and ordered straight away, asking for a delicious, large calzone. After 10 minutes they brought us a calzone which was raw in the center and impossible to eat. I would have liked to take a photo. There was virtually no sauce in the center, just water and mozzarella. Dinner ended without dinner. We showed these calzones and were told we should have cooked more. I was surprised if it was me cooking or him. An interesting pizzeria: you can eat raw or overcooked. No excuses, no discounts, no pizza to take away. How can you go to a place like that? I won't go there again and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

30/07/2024: It was a unique and beautiful experience: we were welcomed under a spectacular gazebo and by friendly, attentive staff who took care of every need. After ordering, we were served many small dishes (not ordered but still very welcome) which combined opposite flavors in beautiful unions both to the eye and to the palate. Even my son, who normally doesn't eat fish, ate fish in industrial quantities here. The selection of wines is vast and satisfies anyone. The main courses were delicious and very plentiful, so much so that we didn't order dessert but from the names of the dishes it all seemed delicious too. In short, the service was excellent, the fish unprecedented and the value for money more than excellent.

29/07/2024: Fabulous! My husband and I went twice in one week so much we loved it! Too bad we live outside the region, otherwise we would have become regular customers. It has it all: excellent food, cooked in an exceptional way by an equally exceptional chef; friendly, attentive and friendly staff! Highly recommended! Go there if you love fish and if you are in Belvedere even just passing through, it is the best restaurant in the place!!! Congratulations and keep it up!!!!!! 5 stars are really few, we would give you 100 if we could!

30/08/2024: Ristorante adatto per una cena informale. Bella vista sul mare e situato in collina. Strada di accesso un po’ scomoda. Menu’ con piatti della tradizione calabrese ben fatti. Ottimo primo con baccalà e peperone crusco
