23/08/2025: Very good restaurant, very tasty fresh fish. They were very kind to prepare everything gluten-free, without cross-contamination for a celiac. The fried food could be improved, but the rest is exceptional. The only thing to note, however, is that the wait for the gluten-free fried food was long (45 minutes). On the other hand, since they couldn't provide a gluten-free dessert, they offered us figs. Excellent prices.

23/08/2025: Delicious dinner. There were two of us, and we had a peppered mussel dish, mixed fried fish, two seafood linguine dishes, and a hazelnut dessert. Everything was delicious, but the service was very slow because it wasn't organized. For a crowd like last night, they needed at least five waiters, divided between the two rooms. The owner (I think) was very friendly, as was the rest of the staff. The only downside is that if I mention a spider in my glass, the waitress has to change it, not inspect it to see if it's real. Otherwise, it's very good; I'd go back.

19/07/2025: We returned to this place six years after our last visit, following a beautiful day spent at the beach in Soverato. We were craving something special, and we found it with the guys at Roots, who consistently deliver. We ate on the terrace overlooking the main street. We ordered two sandwiches, a true house specialty. One with grilled octopus tentacles, lamb's lettuce, chicken salsa, mayonnaise, caramelized onion, and purple potato chips. The other sandwich featured grilled prawns, burrata, lettuce, salsa americana, bacon, and grilled eggplant. An orange soda and a very special Dam Inedita beer—all for just €37, but the quality is top-notch. Recommended.

06/07/2025: The street food experience I had today for lunch left me satisfied and gratified by the welcome, the service and some of the delicacies I was able to taste.

24/08/2025: My partner and I had lunch at Master Pasta two days in a row. A quick and honest place if you want to enjoy pasta dishes or main courses without any fuss. The Calabrian bergamot beer is excellent. Affordable prices and fast service. Recommended!

15/08/2025: We went for lunch and the experience was decidedly positive. I wasn't in perfect physical condition, so the owner, with great kindness, prepared me a simple white rice dish. At the end of the meal, in a truly appreciated gesture, he even excluded it from the bill. The welcome was warm and the service very professional. A high-end restaurant, where the ingredients, especially the fish, are of the highest quality, among the best found in the Soverato area. The delicacy and care in preparing the dishes create a truly pleasant experience and reflect the chef's culinary philosophy. A place where you feel welcomed and respected. Definitely recommended!

19/04/2025: I honestly don't understand the negative reviews attributed to the bill... fresh fish has its price and for those who have the ability to judge without malice, it is clear that the quality of the raw materials here is of an excellent level. Discreet but punctual service, perhaps the wine list could be expanded with some international references, but it is a small thing

14/08/2025: We truly want to compliment Pizzeria 1951 for their careful selection of fresh, quality ingredients, combined with bold and surprising flavor combinations. Their pizzas are exceptional, fragrant and light, pairings that reminded me of my grandmother's traditional dishes with a modern twist. Even though the restaurant was packed (they always recommend booking at least two days in advance), they welcomed us into their beautiful restaurant fairly quickly. The staff is young, friendly, and always available; having a one-year-old, they were quick to adapt the menu to our needs. A special mention goes to Domenico, whose professionalism and friendliness made our experience even more enjoyable. A place that combines taste, creativity, and hospitality: absolutely recommended!

14/08/2025: Perfect experience. We had a couple of fantastic fried dishes, delicious and, above all, a bit innovative. The pizzas were special with perfect combinations, and these too had a bit of innovation that made them special. Lastly, and not to be taken for granted, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend going there and will definitely be back during our vacation.
