As for the cocktails, I have to say that despite the simplicity of the one I chose (a classic and simple negroni), they know how to make them well (and no, that's not always a given). I'd say it's a must-try in Soverato.

The dishes were excellent in their simplicity, although their cooking required some expertise. Excellent quality meat, with a lovely dessert to finish.
