26/09/2025: Shocking: 3 Negronis (half a glass watered down) with 3 meat croquettes, 3 eggplant croquettes, 6 tiny pizza slices, and 3 balls of pizza dough filled with inedible ham.
49 euros 😱😱😱
Then we complain that Sambiase is a dead town with these prices.
Never again, I'm sorry, but we've gone crazy...

22/03/2025: It was very tasty😍We waited for the order for about 15 minutes and ate it in a couple of minutes😍This is the most delicious pizza I have eaten in restaurants😍
We also live around the corner, 10 steps away!
There are always a lot of people here! We already want to come here again😍The pizza is wonderful and the card with cheese is also fire🔥🔥🔥🔥

13/08/2025: The service was fine they were nice but they gave us a room that gave me so much anxiety, the room was 402 on the 3 floor up another stairs with all of our luggage. We first didn’t know where it was, then once we did find it, it was so dark and difficult to see and there was stairs up and down.
We didn’t know where the light switch was until my dad found it, (nobody was injured) the room was big and decent, the parking lot is so bad, we couldn’t get out of the parking lot because other cars were parked in front of us.
All and all we only stayed there for one night and I think the hotel is only good for one night
11/08/2025: We stumbled upon this hotel by chance, passing through Lamezia Terme for one night!
Overall, we had a great stay. The welcome was excellent, even though it was past 10:00 PM. They greeted us kindly and prepared two pinsas for dinner!
The hotel is well-kept and clean, and is adjacent to a bar, ice cream parlor, pastry shop, and bistro, where everything is truly delicious!
Breakfast was excellent, with a croissant, Chantilly cream, and black cherry!
The Cantagalli Hotel is a great stop if you're visiting Lamezia Terme!

11/09/2025: Rude manager... we asked for two cappuccinos with cold milk, and he started arguing with the other customers, claiming that milk and coffee without foam isn't a cappuccino. That might be true, but having placed a polite order, I found his comment inappropriate, especially since he made it while mocking a customer in front of everyone.
If I ever stop in Lamezia Terme again, I definitely won't go to his bar. And to be honest, I would never have reviewed his rather dated and unwelcoming bar, because if the people inside make you feel at home, that aspect takes a back seat.

02/11/2025: I don't know whether to consider the conchiglia I ate colder or the "director" who served it to me. He was so busy with paperwork that when I showed him the "cream and black cherry" conchiglia without the black cherry, he didn't even apologize. Luckily, the guys at the bar were friendly and served me an excellent cappuccino. Tip: there are other bars further down the road...
11/10/2025: I have to say, I don't understand the bad reviews. The pizza is delicious, and at €5 a slice, the price is reasonable. They have their own pizza oven, and the pizza quality is almost comparable to restaurant quality in certain countries (except Italy, of course).

There were nine of us, two of whom didn't order anything. This was enough to unleash the owner's ire, who asked them to leave in a rather questionable manner, saying, "If you don't order anything, you get up and leave. In my place, you follow my rules..." At which point we were forced to leave, all astonished, but above all disappointed, by the lack of professionalism the owner showed towards a group of young people, gesticulating rudely. Do you realize we're in 2025? Do you think hospitality in Calabria still deserves this embarrassment? You'll never see me again, nor my friends, nor anyone else to whom I will strongly advise against this place, ditto Nicastro.
In response to the owner's comment:
You should tell me if you've ever seen, in any other place, a group of twenty-five-year-olds order ONLY BOTTLES OF WATER!
I wonder if the management license was granted by the Lamezia municipal administration or by the Marinella consortium. I'm shocked by your behavior that evening and your response to my review. Apparently, your customers are lying.
Good work!
06/08/2025: Totally disappointed by the owner's unprofessional, questionable, and at times arrogant behavior. The way he treated us was insane, just because someone at the table decided not to order alcohol. But how do you do that in 2025?

Dirty and uncleaned tables. Expensive prices for all products, unfriendly staff, etc.
03/08/2025: I would like to express my disappointment over an incident at your branch. Mr. Ves... Luca was extremely rude and appeared unmotivated. The most serious incident was the accidental discovery of a used cleaning cloth inside a sandwich. Despite the obvious hygiene issue, the sandwich was not replaced.
The rest of the staff also demonstrated unprofessionalism—the service was rude and equally unmotivated. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the restaurant industry and leaves a very negative impression.
I hope you will clarify the incident internally and take the necessary measures to ensure similar situations do not recur.
