13/08/2025: The service was fine they were nice but they gave us a room that gave me so much anxiety, the room was 402 on the 3 floor up another stairs with all of our luggage. We first didn’t know where it was, then once we did find it, it was so dark and difficult to see and there was stairs up and down.
We didn’t know where the light switch was until my dad found it, (nobody was injured) the room was big and decent, the parking lot is so bad, we couldn’t get out of the parking lot because other cars were parked in front of us.
All and all we only stayed there for one night and I think the hotel is only good for one night
11/08/2025: We stumbled upon this hotel by chance, passing through Lamezia Terme for one night!
Overall, we had a great stay. The welcome was excellent, even though it was past 10:00 PM. They greeted us kindly and prepared two pinsas for dinner!
The hotel is well-kept and clean, and is adjacent to a bar, ice cream parlor, pastry shop, and bistro, where everything is truly delicious!
Breakfast was excellent, with a croissant, Chantilly cream, and black cherry!
The Cantagalli Hotel is a great stop if you're visiting Lamezia Terme!

22/03/2025: It was very tasty😍We waited for the order for about 15 minutes and ate it in a couple of minutes😍This is the most delicious pizza I have eaten in restaurants😍
We also live around the corner, 10 steps away!
There are always a lot of people here! We already want to come here again😍The pizza is wonderful and the card with cheese is also fire🔥🔥🔥🔥

25/11/2025: The 24/7 hours of service was literally a savior. I had arrived at 3 am, awaiting the first train to take. The reception was very kind and the arancini was very delicious.

03/11/2025: How sad to see clerks working in a closed, air-conditioned space whose job is to serve customers with that typical annoyed look on their face. It's terrible in the eyes of tourists, but even worse for those who don't have a job or access to hot meals these days. The food is decent, but the cleanliness is TERRIBLE. Long live the SOUTH!
02/11/2025: I don't know whether to consider the conchiglia I ate colder or the "director" who served it to me. He was so busy with paperwork that when I showed him the "cream and black cherry" conchiglia without the black cherry, he didn't even apologize. Luckily, the guys at the bar were friendly and served me an excellent cappuccino. Tip: there are other bars further down the road...

16/08/2025: Think of it as Zero Stars!
There were nine of us, two of whom didn't order anything. This was enough to unleash the owner's ire, who asked them to leave in a rather questionable manner, saying, "If you don't order anything, you get up and leave. In my place, you follow my rules..." At which point we were forced to leave, all astonished, but above all disappointed, by the lack of professionalism the owner showed towards a group of young people, gesticulating rudely. Do you realize we're in 2025? Do you think hospitality in Calabria still deserves this embarrassment? You'll never see me again, nor my friends, nor anyone else to whom I will strongly advise against this place, ditto Nicastro.
In response to the owner's comment:
You should tell me if you've ever seen, in any other place, a group of twenty-five-year-olds order ONLY BOTTLES OF WATER!
I wonder if the management license was granted by the Lamezia municipal administration or by the Marinella consortium. I'm shocked by your behavior that evening and your response to my review. Apparently, your customers are lying.

06/08/2025: Totally disappointed by the owner's unprofessional, questionable, and at times arrogant behavior. The way he treated us was insane, just because someone at the table decided not to order alcohol. But how do you do that in 2025?

31/12/2024: Siamo arrivati con 15 minuti di anticipo rispetto all’orario di prenotazione, (ore 19:45) nonché di apertura del locale a quanto pare (ore 20:00) e siamo stati mandati via in malo modo. Per essere precisi siamo stati fermati a qualche metro dalla porta da qualcuno del personale, il quale ci dice “non vedete che ancora è chiuso? Apriamo alle 8” con tono stufo e saccente, sbattendoci la porta in faccia. Ovviamente ce ne siamo andati. Abbiamo incontrato poi un altra persona mente andavamo via con “auto; probabilmente qualcuno della proprietà che essendo nel parcheggio del locale ci aveva visto andare verso l’entrata. Ci ha chiesto come mai da che stavamo entrando, abbiamo deciso di andarcene, e noi gli abbiamo spiegato che il personale era stato ESTREMAMENTE scortese, quindi avevamo deciso di andare altrove. Abbiamo anche avuto l’accortezza di disdire la prenotazione tramite lui, nel comunicargli il
nostro dissenso e la nostra delusione; anche se eravamo già in auto. Perché l’educazione viene prima di tutto. Attenzione ad essere puntuali, rischiate che vi lasciano fuori al freddo in pieno Dicembre. Per fortuna eravamo in auto e non pioveva.

04/08/2024: Se siete in zona Lamezia e volete mangiare dell'ottimo pesce o dell'ottima pizza o degli ottimi panini insomma... se volete mangiare bene questo è un posto che vi consiglio assolutamente. Locale moderno in posizione strategica a due passi dal corso di Lamezia in un ambiente accogliente, familiare ma allo stesso tempo elegante. Marco e Pippo, "i padroni di casa", ti accoglieranno con il sorriso e una gentilezza senza eguali. Che dire.. St. Patrick top davvero davvero consigliato! Per me che sono un visitatore abituale di Lamezia sarà sempre una "tappa"

03/04/2024: Locale da visitare assolutamente, personale molto qualificato, gentile e cordiale, chef molto professionale, questa sera abbiamo mangiato una stroncatura al baccalà a dir poco eccellente, pizza molto buona ma la differenza si nota soprattutto per la ottima qualità degli ingredienti, e per finire proprietari molto socievoli e affabili!!!!!!!

06/12/2024: Posto casereccio. Baccalà che si spaccino per buono e poi a mala pena te lo fanno vedere. Per carità non credo di tornarci. Io e i miei amici tutti delusi, per non parlare del prezzo
