15/03/2025: Absolutely rejected, I ordered at the drive-through to take it home, I arrive and open the tasty basket where there must have been 3 different products (as indicated in the app) and I find myself with 13 nuggets thrown away at random, I paid a whopping 11 euros when with €4.50 on offer I could have had 9... the sauces always non-existent, orders always wrong, products missing... I will certainly never return

15/03/2025: Food nothing to say.. Unfortunately I found the attitude of a manager towards an employee and not only very unpleasant... Positive review for the girl who was cleaning this evening inside and out!

01/01/2025: Everything OK, especially for this price. Super nice and supportive Owners. Very fast WiFi internet, good A/C and heating in the winter. Individual bathroom, with basic cosmetics and fresh, large towels. Common kitchen with basic drinks and dry food. Location a bit remote, but not too much (a few hundred meters on a very local road). I will definitely return in the summer.

13/12/2024: An extremely pleasant stay, the place looks exactly like in the photos, it is a very quiet space and to enjoy the essence of southern Italy. The beautiful and well-cared for animals, I always received timely attention from the Host. The cost-benefit ratio is very appropriate, I hope to repeat my stay there soon

28/03/2025: My company held an event here. We also stayed in the farm, very suggestive and traditional. Excellent location, 5 minutes from the airport. The staff was super kind and friendly, always ready to satisfy every request. Furthermore, since I have celiac disease, I found meticulous attention to detail, congratulations to everyone!

10/12/2024: Not sure about Lamezia generally - it does feel like an embarkation/disembarkation point, somewhere to pass through, made popular by Ryanair. Still, this was an awesome bar, with superb beer (Italy has the best craft beer in Europe in my opinion) - the only one I could find in town, so just as well that it was so good. You cannot imagine my feeling of elation when I found it and it was open. Indispensable. If you find yourself in Lamezia (and I guessing many will) - go here.

11/02/2025: Particularly noteworthy is the very cozy and beautiful ambience that you can't see from the outside of the restaurant at first. The taste of the food was very good, even if we had to wait a little long despite there being few customers. It was worth it. The service was friendly and all in all it was a wonderful evening.

06/02/2025: Passed by by chance while staying there on holiday, very nice and pleasant to spend time there... you can smoke and above all they serve nice dishes to accompany the various alcohols. It almost makes you forget that you are in a small suburb. I recommend it to anyone who passes by, obviously those who are local will undoubtedly know it

01/02/2025: A place, more precisely an Eno Tasting, with an interesting cuisine, for those who love to eat with taste... In my opinion, the cod is their strong point but the other dishes also do not leave you disappointed at all (when it is offered off the menu the first courses are unsurpassable)... The wines are of excellent choice (which is rare)...The service is attentive and quick and the prices are honest given the quality. The location is welcoming and located among the city nightlife, offering an exterior in a really interesting little square. Zerosettantacinque a true treasure to discover.

22/03/2025: It was very tasty😍We waited for the order for about 15 minutes and ate it in a couple of minutes😍This is the most delicious pizza I've ever eaten in a restaurant😍 And we live around the corner, 10 steps away! There are always a lot of people here! We already want to come here again😍The pizza is wonderful and the cheese card is also great🔥🔥🔥🔥

05/03/2025: The pizzas are to die for! The “Caprese” starter with the delicious pizza bread was also highly recommended. The staff is also very friendly. So we ate here twice during our short vacation.

20/02/2025: The place operates two shifts, 8pm and 9.45pm, I opt for the second but we show up 15 minutes early. I like to be punctual. They seat us anyway, there were already several free tables and we order at 9.40pm. A chip with frankfurters and two pizzas The chips arrive after about half an hour, the pizzas at 11pm. Having time available I was able to take a look at the poor organization of the place and the favoritism towards friends, where the order arrives first even though they arrived later, the pizzas were baked very slowly and among other things mine was also raw. Terrible experience

22/02/2025: Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Stay To anyone thinking of staying at this so called hotel, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This was our second stay here due to its proximity to family, but unfortunately the experience was far from satisfactory. Our first stay was seven years ago, when the hotel was still under renovation. At that time we had few accommodation options and it was the only place close to the family. This year, however, things have drastically worsened. We stayed December 31st and January 1st, then returned after our trip to Sicily to spend more time with family. Unfortunately, the standard of care during our return was extremely disappointing. Initially, we were given the same room near the elevator on level 3, which was dilapidated and noisy due to thin walls and elevator noises. The room had not been cleaned properly, with visible dust on the furniture, a non-functioning heated towel rail, a rusty corner shower rail and a musty smell. Luckily we had a few sunny days and a balcony with broken tiles that allowed us to open the windows to let in fresh air. Upon our return we were moved to another room near the elevator on the first floor. Although the heat worked this time, the phone didn't. After reporting the problem and leaving a note for room service, no immediate action was taken. It was only when we continued that the manager came to inspect and admitted that the phone line was faulty. He said he would look into the matter. The heat had been set to a non-adjustable temperature and only after we reset it did we have a working heater. The next day we still had no phone in the room and the problem was never resolved. Early the next day, the room service staff knocked on our door to clean the room. When I asked for them to come later in the day, as we had just woken up after a late night, I was told they couldn't, as it was finishing early. There was no room service that day. When we discussed our experience with the manager, from room maintenance issues, to dao service. Our conversation turned into one where the manager had total disdain for the tone of voice he was using, total arrogance, false accusations so that there was no accountability on his part for how you treat customers. He refused to acknowledge that our legitimate concerns were extremely disappointing. It has become clear that the hotel owner/manager believes his hotel is the only accommodation option in Lamezia Terme. However, given the condition of the accommodation and the attitude of the management, which they say justify the 4 star rating, it is clear that this hotel is far from the standards it claims to meet. I highly recommend staying anywhere other than this one as there are other options nearby or even in Nicastro, a town not far from Lamezia Terme, which offers better access to nightlife and restaurants. This hotel is not worth the 4 stars it claims to be. I have been to many 4 star hotels and I really have to say that this hotel has a lot of improvements to make not only in renovations but also in staff training with customer service. I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustrating experience and get better service and cleanliness for their money. ]
