02/09/2025: Very nice pub and super good meat! Service was a little slow, even though it wasn't very crowded, but it was worth the wait. I was happy with the food, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend it! :)

23/08/2025: Excellent place for a hearty and tasty aperitivo. We ordered a platter of local cured meats and cheeses and several Tex-Mex dishes to share: tacos, chili con carne, nachos with guancamole and pico de gallo, and then succulent Calabrian eggplant meatballs with mint, beef braciole, and perfectly fried rice croquettes. A taste of local caponata, just like my grandmother used to make (superb!). All washed down with a good Negroni and a citrusy non-alcoholic drink. I almost forgot about the dessert: crema catalana 🔝 Excellent value. I recommend it and will definitely be back!

31/10/2025: This café has become one of my favorite spots: welcoming, well-maintained, and with a pleasant atmosphere at any time of day. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by the aroma of coffee and the smiles of the staff, always kind and helpful. The coffee is truly excellent—aromatic, creamy, and always served at the perfect temperature. You can tell they use a quality blend and that the staff behind the counter are skilled and know their job. The cappuccinos and lattes are also delicious, perfectly frothed and served with attention to detail. Breakfast is one of the best moments: croissants and brioches are always fresh, soft, and generously filled, with a wide selection of spreads, jams, and chocolate. But the café is also perfect for a break during the day: granitas, juices, aperitifs, and savory snacks are always top-notch. The atmosphere is well-maintained and clean, with comfortable tables both inside and outside. There's a family-friendly, relaxed atmosphere, where you feel at ease. It's the classic place where you can come alone for a quick coffee or with friends for an aperitif, knowing you'll always be treated with courtesy.

We started with an appetizer of local products, truly generous and of excellent quality: among the cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables, the most notable were the delicious, sweet, and flavorful onions, which gave the dish a special touch. We then shared a first course recommended by chef Angelo, featuring an extraordinary tomato sauce and fried eggplant: generous portions and an authentic flavor that won us over. An absolute highlight is the kindness and hospitality: rarely are people so helpful and welcoming, capable of making you feel truly at home. The restaurant also deserves a special mention: it feels like a beautiful mountain chalet, warm and meticulously maintained, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant, and the view is incredible. Finally, an important note: the quality-price ratio is incredible. We ate very well for very little, a very reasonable price for what you get. In summary: excellent food, great attention to detail, an enchanting setting, and unbeatable prices. About €45 for two: a huge appetizer, two first courses, 1 liter of wine, water, and liqueurs. 24/03/2026: I have to be honest. I've been coming to La Coccinella since I was 5 years old, and I have to say my opinion hasn't changed. The pizza is delicious, especially the round one; the sliced ​​one is a bit less so, but still good. I have to say I highly recommend this pizzeria, especially for the super-friendly and polite staff, even during the most awkward moments.

19/10/2025: The location is a bit hidden, with a hard-to-see parking lot, so much so that we parked on the street. The food is decent and very homely, and the service is friendly but inattentive (every request had to be asked multiple times). The view is spectacular, well worth a visit.

07/12/2025: Excellent pizzeria in Lamezia Terme. The unique feature is the choice between Neapolitan dough with high crusts (good, but not as leavened as I expected) and thin, crispy dough. Huge selection of pizzas. Dessert approved.

16/11/2025: The pizza was good and the place is very nice, I would have given more if it weren't for the fact that we had to wait two hours for 4 pizzas.

04/04/2026: We went to Poc and had a good meal, but the waiter was very rude and uninterested. When I asked for a recommendation for a sweet beer, given that they have so many non-commercial beers, he replied that he wasn't a sommelier and couldn't tell me. I told him to choose them, perhaps asking someone who knew more. He told me to tell him which beer I wanted so as not to waste time. It's a shame; this service seems outdated in 2026 and very unpleasant for a place in the center.

29/03/2026: A special and very cozy restaurant, with a great location and friendly staff. The "Kafka" pizza is a good choice! I just had a tuna pizza with sour cream for the first time and I was completely impressed, I can only recommend the place. (It was recommended to me by a local cafe, thank you to them!)

13/12/2025: A family-run, vintage-style trattoria. Ugo's wife and daughter, who work in the dining room, welcomed us with great kindness and courtesy. I met Ugo, the chef. He's a genuine person, kind-hearted and very polite. I complimented him on his kindness when I called for information and a reservation. She's very professional and patient with our orders. His daughter also made the same pasta, was kind, and accommodated our every request. There was nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the food. It felt like eating at home, and the photos of the dishes speak for themselves. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟

01/12/2025: I recommend this trattoria to campers; I went to try it because it specializes in cod. The atmosphere is very simple, with a bar counter that feels like an old inn. I tried the spaghetti with cod, which was very good and delicate, then the fried cod with potatoes, peppers, and olives. I didn't see any olives, but the peppers were very good. Overall, I was very satisfied with what I ate; you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathrooms were neat and clean. If I'm ever in this area again, I'll definitely come back.

23/12/2025: We ate here on Saturday evening. We booked a table for 9:30-45 PM (the time they suggested, which was fine with me). We arrived at 9:45 PM, and even though we had a reservation, we waited a bit to get in. I had to go outside to get a menu after about ten minutes. We ordered, and shortly after, our drinks and fries with cheddar and bacon arrived. They were cold and smelled weird, but we were hungry. At 11 PM, we got up from the table because the pizza hadn't arrived yet. We went to the counter and were told it was in the oven, so we had to order takeout to eat at home. As we left the restaurant, we both started to feel a stomachache from the fries, but whatever. When we got home, we ate the pizza and shortly after, we started to feel sick, with stomach aches and nausea. In the end, I got away with a bad stomach ache, while my girlfriend threw up all the chips and pizza and now she vomits every time she drinks or eats, not even being able to drink a little water without bringing it up.

22/09/2025: Poké with Venere rice, cooked salmon, corn, soy sauce, and avocado—truly excellent, with fresh and well-balanced ingredients. A mix of simple, well-balanced flavors. Perfect for a healthy and filling lunch or dinner, without being heavy. Polite, friendly, and professional staff. The place is clean, and the wait time is practically non-existent. Highly recommended!
