Fiorentina Galiziana absolutely superlative, Osvaldo's ham is ecstasy. Well done, you can sense the research and preparation. Clearly quality has a price that you must be willing to pay.

07/12/2024: I'm a meat lover, and that's why I wanted to try this restaurant, the ribeye I got was good, cooked the right way and contained the right amount of fat. Honestly, however, I was a little disappointed, perhaps my expectations were too high, but I have eaten dozens of equally good steaks in normal restaurants and even at home, good yes, special no. Sin.

30/11/2024: The owner, Mrs. Daniela, is very professional and competent, with young and dynamic staff and the dishes live up to expectations. Clean and tidy rooms and a beautiful park with centuries-old plants, excellent in summer. Advised. I'll be back.

25/08/2024: Absolutely Perfect First of all, the place is cool, in the heart of Valpolicella, with convenient parking The restaurant fits well into the context with a large outdoor terrace and a beautiful internal room The service is super courteous and attentive But the best are the dishes All excellent ingredients Try the lardo, the soppressa with garlic and polenta and don't miss the home-made giardiniera So the starters are a temptation In addition to the menu of the day I recommend: For the first courses, the tagliatelle 1956 are a must The dumplings are handmade I tried the wild garlic ones with provolone and they are balanced and light For carnivores the cuts of meat are exceptional The origin and breed are indicated on the menu The bill, considering the quality, is good I propose this taste experience to you Unfortunately I won't talk to you about the wines But overall I am very satisfied

05/08/2024: Very good food, the only flaw was the wait, there was only one girl who gave the menu and did the bill at the cash register.. There was little and no one, we waited about 20 minutes to order.. Nice place.. We will be back definitely ☺️

16/12/2024: Le Colombare is a restaurant where we go periodically to eat something "different" than usual. The meat is of quality and cooked well... also due to the grills brought to the table to keep the meat warm, (this according to my wife, because I don't eat meat); even the vegetarian proposal is interesting and satisfying. Very good pizzas. The staff is truly attentive, prepared and present, it is not easy to have such a refined service. The environment is "particular" perhaps deserves some more attention... amazing in the summer outdoors. I always recommend it to friends.

01/12/2024: Consigliato da amici ho prenotato domenica a pranzo per una visita ai mercatini di natale. Ottima accoglienza. Un primo piatto di bigoli con gorgonzola salsiccia e radicchio.Il secondo abbiamo scelto visto il profumino proveniente dalla cucina una tagliata alla brace con patate fritte. Un buon vino rosso ha rallegrato il pranzo. Ho intravisto degli antipasti stupendi con polpette carciofi formaggi vari da leccarsi i baffi peccato sarà per la prossima volta. Ottimo tiramisù per finire. Prezzo onesto esposto al menù con ottimo servizio. Pietanze di qualità con gusto.

30/11/2024: Unfortunately a negative experience, first of all as soon as we arrived they invited us to sit (with 90% of the seats empty) near occupied tables, grilled meat arrived cold!!! They heated it up later but they didn't avoid the bad impression, and in the end the price seemed too high to me, certainly next time I will opt for other solutions.

15/08/2024: Cena di compleanno per la mia compagna! Locale a conduzione familiare, con pochi coperti. Staff gentile e disponibile! Lo consiglio se si vuole mangiare un buona Fiorentina con patate (eccezionali). Antipasto di affettati e un calice di vino a testa, oltre al dolce! Tutto molto buono, conto un po’ alto ma tutto sommato nella media considerando cosa si mangia e la qualità del prodotto!

24/07/2024: We returned after years to savor their delicacies, obviously if you don't book, it's difficult to find a place, it went well for us because there were only two of us. We took two medium-rare ribs with baked potatoes, I must say that the meat was very tender and cooked very well and the potatoes were phenomenal, all washed down with some house wine. We had a very good time, perhaps a bit of confusion due to a table that continued to make noise without respecting the other customers. Parking outside on the street after 6pm is free, so you can park without paying for parking. I congratulate the boy who prepared the meat despite the infernal heat emanating from the embers. Price normal. I recommend to everyone.

14/07/2024: Delicious meal! The bread and pasta are homemade which gives a superb taste to the dishes, we eat quality and quantity, the servers take great care, in short I highly recommend this restaurant for its traditional and succulent cuisine!

06/08/2024: Quality of the meal correct. Error when ordering, wrong pasta dish received. Outdoor terrace in a narrow alley next to the Arenes, this alley being poorly ventilated it is very hot, and the air conditioning was not on inside the restaurant at 7:30 p.m.! It's not very serious when it's 35 degrees outside. A little disappointed because the ratings seemed pretty good for this restaurant.

05/08/2024: For context of this review, we are people who greatly value the dining experience and really enjoy the processes behind them. We pay attention to detail, we consider different aspects of the experiences and try to be as objective as possible when giving feedback. The place is lovely and has a good location and setting. The service was quick (but we arrived towards the end of the night, so there werent many people out anyway). The waitors got an order wrong and hesitated on accepting their mistake and were a bit annoyed when asked (2) questions about the menu, and also a bit aggressive in their replies (recommending intensely the most expensive dish without giving a reason). The portions were tiny and, considering the taste was from OK to good, we considered them to be overpriced. We ordered the gnocchi with cheese and truffle (small portion; the gnocchi were great in texture and flavor but with only 3 thick and old tasting truffle slices for 14€) and the filetto all’ Amarone (very small; about the size of the palm of a hand and costs 26€ without any side). We wanted to order some bread to accompany the food (so it would be more filling) but no one replied to our gesture of attention. The experience was not bad, just average, but we were expecting better from other reviews and the pricing.
