08/01/2025: Good but not exceptional meat quality at really high prices. REALLY BAD SERVICE!!!

06/01/2025: Unfortunately, a negative experience. A request for information which is mistaken for an order, in fact we had not ordered, but asked for clarification (!) In fact we were not even asked the cooking point for the meat. The "welcome" was not brought to neither of the 2, even if the intolerant was only one (already reported at the time of booking); we were not asked, not having given the order, if we wanted something as a starter; arrived only 1 small bowl of side dish (potatoes) for 2 people. I would like to suggest that the fillet should be served on a hot plate/stone, otherwise after the second bite it is cold. Finally, I find it truly disconcerting that in a place where meat is the strong point, practically all the dishes, other than simply grilled meat, feature milk or derivatives. I believe that when you want to offer products of a certain level you should have ideas very clear and the space for errors should be much, much smaller... including the type of music to play and the relative volume.

04/01/2025: Dinner on 12/31/204, I ate very well, the waiters are kind and super helpful. There was music, we had a lot of fun and we danced a lot. Our table even won a bottle of prosecco because we let loose. Experience to be repeated!!! Congratulations to the staff!!!

15/08/2024: Cena di compleanno per la mia compagna! Locale a conduzione familiare, con pochi coperti. Staff gentile e disponibile! Lo consiglio se si vuole mangiare un buona Fiorentina con patate (eccezionali). Antipasto di affettati e un calice di vino a testa, oltre al dolce! Tutto molto buono, conto un po’ alto ma tutto sommato nella media considerando cosa si mangia e la qualità del prodotto!

24/07/2024: We returned after years to savor their delicacies, obviously if you don't book, it's difficult to find a place, it went well for us because there were only two of us. We took two medium-rare ribs with baked potatoes, I must say that the meat was very tender and cooked very well and the potatoes were phenomenal, all washed down with some house wine. We had a very good time, perhaps a bit of confusion due to a table that continued to make noise without respecting the other customers. Parking outside on the street after 6pm is free, so you can park without paying for parking. I congratulate the boy who prepared the meat despite the infernal heat emanating from the embers. Price normal. I recommend to everyone.

29/12/2024: Afternoon at the spa, we were looking for a dinner to end the day on a high note. The appetizer with mixed salami was good. The homemade tagliatelle with white ragout is delicious. But the grilled steak is excellent. Cooked rare, cut and served like a Florentine steak. The dessert was excellent even if a little expensive... But it was worth it!

14/12/2024: Restaurant we have been frequenting for a while. Welcoming, non-demanding environment. Excellent food. Risottos, desserts, good wine; recently I asked if they could make me, by booking in advance, boiled with pearà, to be tasted by our Lombard friends who were our guests, and we were granted a discount. Michela always makes us feel welcome. Among many offers in catering, Corte Giaron remains a point of reference for us.

14/01/2025: The meal of lamb carre with rosemary potatoes was full of flavor and juicy. Very positively surprised. My friends also enjoyed delicious food. I would definitely recommend Speck Stube to all my friends and would visit again and again when we are in Bardolino.
