We'd been wanting to try Butcher for a while, and we took the opportunity of a local tour to finally stop in for dinner.
It was absolutely worth it!
The cuisine showcases technique, balance, and respect for the ingredients: dishes that alternate creative interpretations with intelligent reinterpretations of classics, without ever losing consistency.
Congratulations to the wonderful team in the dining room and kitchen for their preparation and hospitality!

If you want to taste real, quality meat, you can't miss this place.
The place itself is beautiful, and when you look at the fridge with all the cuts of Florentine steak and rib-eye steak, it's a real treat!
From the wide selection, we opted for a 1,300-gram Florentine steak from Casa de Espana. Exceptional, tender, and tasty!
To accompany it, hummus with cabbage... divine, try it!
In addition to the exceptional lunch, a round of applause and thanks goes to all the staff: friendly, professional, and invaluable in their advice.
Well done, we'll definitely be back!

Last night I went to Butcher Verona and I have to say it was a wonderful discovery. The service was truly excellent, the staff attentive and friendly, making you feel at ease without being intrusive.
The meat? Simply excellent, perfectly cooked and of the highest quality. Carefully selected.
Special mention also goes to the homemade bread, which was truly delicious, and to an appetizer they offered us: gorgonzola and white chocolate... a combination that may seem strange, but it turned out to be a real surprise, delicious!
A positive experience, I'll definitely be back. Recommended!

I've been curious to try it for a few months, and I can say we were impressed.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, ready to answer any questions.
The meat selection was very wide and delicious.
The first courses were exceptional, as were the side dishes.
The starter was also excellent.
The restaurant is small and intimate, so I recommend booking if you don't want to be left stranded.
We'll definitely be back.
