27/04/2025: Asked to eat something even though it was 6.30pm on Sunday, they politely told us that they could only make pizza! Well... The 2 best pizzas in the world served with a smile and lots of kindness! I recommend stopping by because you feel at home!

13/03/2025: We stayed two nights, rooms without shower but with tub and curtain, no tact to take a bath, hot water with boiler so limited for 4 people, one of the two rooms without TV, and breakfast with bagged snacks from the supermarket, in all this the price per night is very high, a shame because the location is fantastic. Disappointing

18/02/2025: Sunday 16 February, we decide to have lunch at this restaurant. Even though we arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant opened, the super courteous staff made us sit at the table. We are immediately fascinated by the family and warm environment. Truly sublime food, refined and above all local raw materials, homemade pasta. The Ceriola del Roscio has remained in my heart...
Thank you so much to all the staff for giving us an amazing culinary journey.

11/03/2025: In viaggio verso Orvieto ci siamo fermati per pranzo a Fabro viste la buone recensioni del locale- Dotato di un bel parcheggio. Abbiamo mangiato degli ottimi crostine e una buonissima grigliata di carne mista- Da consigliare

06/01/2024: Special "New Year" evening.... applause to all the waiters forced to work in a bedlam of cheering people. I can say that for this particular evening the food was very good.
01/01/2024: New Year's Eve dinner definitely worth seeing again due to the quality of the food served and the times which were far too long for four courses which we completed after midnight
