15/01/2025: Place located near Piazza San Francesco, it does not have car parking but you can still find it nearby. The outside of the structure is similar to many others in the area, while inside we find an environment with a small number of seats which in my opinion is an advantage. In the rooms it is possible to view the cooking of the meat in real time on dedicated screens, a pleasant treat. Bisteccatoscana essentially offers a fixed but well-structured menu, the jewel in the crown is naturally the steak with thickness of the meat and cooking to perfection. The starter entrée is also varied and tasteful and essentially reflects the Tuscan tradition. The wine list is extensive, while the dessert at the end of the meal could be expanded. The service is carried out by attentive and punctual but perhaps a little too present staff, the friendly and affable owner is always ready to cheer up the environment. Price in line with the proposal. Positive experience.

31/12/2024: At the top of a hill overlooking Pistoia is its province. They cook excellent meat, have good wine, and the environment is serene. The road is difficult and curvy, you just need to go slowly😄

01/01/2025: Siamo andati il mio ragazzo per la cena del 31/12 Location carina Cibo buonissimo. Antipasto ricco, non banale, molto buono Lasagne cremose Ho mangiato la tagliata più buona della mia vita, servita assieme a delle patate arrosto saporite e croccanti Tris di dolci perfetto Vino della casa perfetto per la cena Torneremo!

02/01/2025: Trattoria in the middle of nowhere, but with delicious and tasty dishes. In my case, a starter, very diversified and tasty + 1.3 kg of steak, cooked on the grill very well, with a very good and tasty crust, and the meat very tender and juicy, really nothing to say, especially when it is cooked properly and with the right methods, the porcini mushrooms on the side are also delicious, also very tasty. I recommend the place to everyone, just be careful of the road to reach the restaurant which is full of potholes and sharp bends, and to find parking which doesn't exist, so you'll have to figure it out on your own. The big flaw is the closing at 8.30pm, which meant that they brought us everything we ordered too quickly, as if they were pushing us to leave and therefore also the waiters who didn't seem very enthusiastic about our arrival.

29/12/2024: Nice place, with tables inside and on the veranda, possibility of parking in front of the restaurant... Christmas lunch... all courses excellent... fresh and quality ingredients
