24/09/2025: As a steak lover, the reviews made me curious. WOW 🤩 Incredible evening. The friendly welcome and the loving preparation of the meat were fantastic. Everything was grilled to perfection, just as ordered. It's a small restaurant with 6-7 tables, so reservations are essential. We'll be back 😘. Mille grazie.

14/09/2025: It's the perfect place to eat game, mushrooms, and more. Among the first courses, I recommend the amberjack pasta made with chestnut flour and seasoned with your choice of sauce. I chose mushrooms, which was very good. A second course presented in an original way is the grilled wild boar and pork skewer. Try it. The location is obviously rustic, surrounded by greenery, but I found the walls covered with the heads of stuffed wild boar, deer, and pheasants that sacrificed themselves to grace the tables to be somewhat questionable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are definitely fair.

07/10/2025: I'd first like to thank the staff, who are incredibly competent and extremely kind. The service is impeccable. Why give it 3 stars? Simply because the prices at the register are different from those listed on the menu. We didn't have time to go back and mention this to the waiter who billed us. A small tip: the 2.50 coffee seems excessive, considering the cover charge, and the desserts, although fairly priced, were truly delicious. All in all, it's still a truly delicious experience.

22/10/2025: The food and atmosphere were very good, as were the reasonable prices. The wait was very short and excellent. The service was also good, but a hair stuck out in the chocolate salami (edit: I had the wrong dessert, I couldn't remember which one). Reservations recommended.

13/10/2025: Disappointing experience We booked through the number provided, which sent a link on WhatsApp to complete the reservation. Everything seemed perfect: I received the official confirmation and even a reminder message the same day. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the restaurant, it was closed. We tried to contact the number provided, but it was either non-existent or deactivated, making it impossible to get information or assistance. The situation was extremely difficult for us: there were six of us, with two small children, in Procchio, where there were no other restaurants open that evening. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. The reservation system should be managed with greater care and reliability.

The real star of the evening was, without a doubt, the meat. The meat, presented to the table before cooking, displayed perfect marbling. The flavor was complex and deep, a true triumph of umami that melted in the mouth. A meat that tells a story of breeding and aging. The service proved to be commensurate with the quality of the cuisine. The staff is the service: extremely knowledgeable and discreet, with a deep knowledge of each cut. Ricardo, in particular, was able to passionately recommend a robust red wine pairing and explained the exact provenance of the meat. Fuoco alla Torre is a memorable experience that elevates the concept of a steakhouse to the next level. This isn't an everyday restaurant, but the ultimate destination for those seeking the ultimate in luxury meat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion with uncompromising culinary quality.

20/08/2025: We arrived at 1:30 PM with a reservation specifically for outside dining, but they wanted to seat us inside without air conditioning (I should point out it's August), saying they couldn't accommodate everyone! As soon as we sat down, they told us there was a bit of a wait because all the tables had arrived at once... as if lunch wasn't taking place at that time! The appetizers arrived at 2:50 PM, and not all at once, so some were eating while others were watching. We asked for wine, and the waitress put it on the table and left it there without opening it, only to open it again 15 minutes later. The first courses arrived at 3:30 PM, obviously not all at once. I had asked for a fusilli with guanciale, datterino tomatoes, and tarallo, and it arrived with speck. The reply was that they had run out of guanciale and the chef had added speck to the recipe on his own initiative without telling us. Another diner received an unpleasant addition of cuttlefish sac and shrimp intestines in his squid ink gnocchi. We asked for a bottle of water, and after 30 minutes the waitress arrived and asked if we preferred it still or sparkling. The very young waitress, perhaps newly hired, had no idea how this job was done. We left the table at 4:10 PM, paying more than €40 per person, with a substantial discount of €2.90 for six people. A Neapolitan trattoria that's Neapolitan only in name, but nothing like true Neapolitan cuisine! Absolutely to be avoided.

19/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, excellent pizza and food! The location and atmosphere would be super nice, but unfortunately we ended up at a different table than the one we agreed on the phone. Long wait for food... Excellent food, but you should increase the staff in August!
