10/10/2024: Abbiamo scperto questo posto grazie a una conversazione fatta all'isola D' Elba con un conoscente. Mio marito amante della Fiorentina abbiamo deciso di fare una tappa a San Vincenzo e cenare al Relais della Fiorentina. Mai scelta fu più azzecata. Carne di alta qualità. vedere cucinare la fiorentina è uno spettacolo chi la cucina ha una vera passione. Il sevizio impeccabile del papà e i dolci della mamma ottimi. Tant'è che ci siamo andati anche la sera dopo. Peccato che abitiamo lontani.. Un posto che consigliamo vivamente..

31/08/2024: Nothing made the visit unforgettable. But we really liked the rustic, quiet atmosphere in the mountains. Something different from the hustle and bustle in Bolgheri. And the prices are also really moderate for this region. Especially since the pizza was extremely tasty, as was the pasta. We'd love to come back.

10/10/2024: Price/performance is great. Very friendly service and the meat is simply amazing. There were 4 of us and we paid around €45 per person with a starter, main course, dessert and wine.

26/10/2024: I'm sorry dear Mr. Angelo, but this time it was a real disappointment... I have come several times during my holidays on Elba for 15 years now, on the evening of August 15th, 5 of us spent 330.00 euros for three VEGETABLE appetizers, two slices, a squid, two fish (almost 140.00 euros for them alone...) a bottle of "cheaper" wine and four coffees... a real exaggeration, surely there are much more expensive locations suggestive, on the sea, with excellent cuisine and lower prices... it pains me to say it but it was my last time at Pilade. Good continuation.

24/08/2024: Perfect experience! Excellent food accompanied by a selection of high quality wines. The place is taken care of down to the smallest details starting from the mise en place. Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to follow the customer course after course. If you are not a meat expert or don't know what to choose, they will be able to recommend the perfect dish according to your tastes and needs. A place that conquers not only for the location and the details, but above all for the excellent quality of the raw materials which give life to excellent, innovative dishes with a unique flavour.

23/08/2024: I was quite disappointed with my fire experience at the tower that I had heard so much about. As soon as the Florentine was brought to me, I was immediately struck by its impeccable presentation. However, once I started cutting and tasting it, I noticed that the meat wasn't up to par with the cost I paid. The taste of the Florentine was discreet, but I wasn't particularly impressed. What really disappointed me was the texture of the meat, which proved difficult to chew due to too many ribs. I found it difficult to fully enjoy it due to this inconvenience. I cannot deny that the service and atmosphere of the restaurant were good, but in the end, for me, the food is always the focal point of a restaurant dinner and unfortunately in this case it did not live up to expectations, also not giving importance to my comment. I hope that the restaurant can improve the quality of the meat offered to its customers in the future or that we at least do something to accommodate a dissatisfied customer.

22/08/2024: Photonic! I had heard about it, but trying it is even better. The cockerel is well spiced and cooked to perfection, fast and precise service.

28/08/2024: Premise: we ate exclusively pizza. The place is very characteristic, with predominant wood and a pirate theme, including the staff, who are friendly and knowledgeable. The pizzas are really excellent, not particularly large but well seasoned and above all made with high quality dough. I drank a very good fruity craft beer. It is not a cheap place, but the price is appropriate for the location and the quality of the food offered. Absolutely recommended.

27/08/2024: Trained and kind staff with particular emphasis on Cassandra. Dishes prepared with care and with a clear choice of the best quality components. We will definitely return next time.

06/12/2024: I don't like fast food, but the request of the son induced by the incessant advertising prevailed. I came here about ten years ago and the memory I had (even though it was a large-scale sandwich shop) was better than what I found this time: bread that was too soft, hamburgers of mediocre quality, tasteless "cardboard" chips. Second and last time.

13/12/2024: Locale al top, perfetto. Vasta scelta nel menù, dagli antipasti ai primi, ma soprattutto i secondi con vari tipi di carne di ottima qualità. E per finire anche gustosi dolci. Tutto molto buono, ottimo anche il servizio. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

11/12/2024: Conoscevo il ristorante già con il suo nome storico, prima di questa gestione, ed è sempre stato ben menzionato, approfittando di una uscita con una amica ho prenotato per la cena. Devo dire che il locale rispecchia quanto mi avevano detto, un ottimo ambiente e una scelta di menù di tutto rispetto. I costi più alti della media però sono giustificati dal servizio e la qualità delle pietanze, sono andato infrasettimana e non ho subito i ritardi nel servizio che alcuni hanno descritto, insomma ho fatto la mia figura con l'amica e penso che ritornerò sicuramente.

28/08/2024: Für eine Bar überaus zu empfehlen. Die Pizzen sind frisch und extrem lecker! Alle! Die Karte ist klein aber fein. Die Ceccina war frisch und köstlich. Ebenso ist das Personal sehr jung und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

30/08/2024: Food was very average. Pasta overcooked and fries somehow not quite cooked through. If you can't find anything else, ok, but otherwise I would try something else.
