21/05/2026: I'll share my personal experience: the owners aren't very friendly, the mixed fried food is huge because it's filled with only French fries, and very little variety. I wouldn't recommend it for the atmosphere or the food. The only positive is that it's located across from Ursino Castle.

05/05/2026: When placing an order, the staff immediately marked it as ready and picked up, I believe to show a shorter waiting time in their system than the actual time. This made the order pickup process a mess, and our simple order took a very long time!
01/05/2026: Totally disorganized table service, with only one person serving. Huge lines, with more than 1.5 hours to wait. Not as reliable as the advertisements that portray a calm and familiar atmosphere. The post office on the day of monthly payments to the elderly seems to be anything but.

18/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my son, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative.
We ordered a Margherita with salami and a parmigiana pizza. The salami was sliced excessively thickly (about 2 cm), making the pizza unappealing and difficult to eat. The parmigiana was even worse: the eggplant was obviously spoiled. It wasn't just my impression, as a customer sitting next to us also returned her pizza for the same problem.
I reported the situation to a red-haired woman (I don't know what her role was), but the response I received was unacceptable: I was told I would still have to pay and that, if they remade the pizza, I could throw it away because it wasn't their problem. An unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward the customer.
I tried to point out the seriousness of the situation, also regarding the quality of the food, but no one listened.
However, I would like to point out that the pizza chefs and a service girl were helpful and kind, trying to handle the situation as best they could.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.
I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.
11/04/2026: Service: We ordered pizzas, served one at a time. The caraoche was turned up so loud that it distorted the music. The pizzas left much to be desired. Poor quality for the price.

Das Restaurant präsentiert sich als typisches Pseudo-Amerikanisches Lokal mit Western-Elementen. Die Einrichtung ist thematisch gestaltet und bietet besonders für Kinder einige spannende Details.
Service
• Bedienung: Das Personal ist freundlich und arbeitet professionell.
• Tempo: Die Abläufe sind leider nicht besonders schnell – man sollte etwas Zeit mitbringen, da die Wartezeiten länger ausfallen können.
Speisekarte & Qualität
• Auswahl: Die Karte ist recht umfangreich und bietet viele verschiedene Gerichte, von Burgern über Steaks bis hin zu Tex-Mex-Klassikern.
• Essen: Geschmacklich ist das Essen in Ordnung, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Wer authentisch amerikanische Küche sucht, wird hier eher Standardgerichte finden.
Fazit für Familien
Für Familien mit Kind ist das Old Wild West eine solide Option, wenn man Wert auf eine große Auswahl und ein unterhaltsames Ambiente legt. Wer allerdings ein kulinarisches Highlight sucht oder wenig Zeit hat, sollte sich auf längere Wartezeiten und eher durchschnittliche Speisen einstellen.

Invito il capo del personale a selezionare con piu attenzione il personale, questa dipendente è altamente scorbutica, ineducata e non comprende affatto cosa possa significare il termine interagire con i clienti.

abbiamo usufruito del menù del giorno: antipasto, 2 primi, secondo, pane, dolce, caffè, vino e acqua.
tutto molto buono e porzione nella norma.
ottima la carne cotta alla brace.

25/01/2025: Pessimo posto. Cibo buono e ottimo ma l’accoglienza terribile i camerieri che andavano di fretta e in più alle mie sorelle e ai miei cugini li destevano. Ho sentito pure che dicevano: “non vedo l’ora che se ne vanno” inospitalità.

01/04/2025: locale molto sporco. credo che il bagno non si possa chiamare tale. sporchissimo, con la ruggine e sporco ovunque e non bene funzionante. credo non sia neanche a norma.
siamo stati diverse volte e il proprietario non ha capito che deve rifarlo prima o poi.
non esiste poi ne' riscaldamento ne' raffreddamento del locale.
il locale e' molto sporco, mi dispiace perche il cibo e' ottimo ed anche il servizio...ma non oso immaginare come sia la cucina.
non penso di tornarci piu per un bel po'.

Penso non più di 30 posti al massimo.
Questo può rappresentare un contro invece per me è un problema.
