29/12/2024: by pure chance I ended up in this place and I had a wonderful surprise. the place is very, very nice and clean. the staff were very kind and welcoming! but the thing that amazed me the most was the food or perhaps that we discovered this pearl 12 years after its opening 🥲. but let's get serious, space meat cooked very well and a killer appetizer that we almost didn't get!!!!!!!!!! highly recommended!!! I can't wait to go back!!!

20/12/2024: We ate very well and they treated us really well. Everything is of the highest quality and the place is really beautiful and well looked after. We celebrated my partner's birthday, we were calm and we enjoyed the evening fully. Furthermore, they accepted our little 4-legged friend in a super nice way on the phone: "Do we have a little dog with us and a problem?" -"what's the problem, ma'am, we'll eat him too, bring him, bring him" 🤣 See you next time ❤️

20/12/2024: I went to this beautiful restaurant to celebrate a birthday with some friends, we had a great time, we eat excellent quality meat and you can choose it directly at the counter. Quiet atmosphere, courteous staff, price in line with the quality they offer... Highly recommended

04/01/2025: Excellent experience. We ate for lunch. A tasting menu based on tuna presented in all its variations, two first courses and a very delicate and particular tuna tripe. Excellent service and very good wine list. Excellent value for money.

20/11/2024: Hidden gem in the Sardinian mountains If you find yourself in the vicinity of Desulo you must do yourself a favour and dine at the Gennargentu restaurant. Eliana and the staff will give you a brilliant dining experience. We stopped on a festival day and had a fixed menu meal for a very reasonable price. The many dishes of antipasti were absolutely amazing and along with a glass of wine nearly filled us up. But then the two primo courses arrived and we couldn’t resist, actually we also ordered the porceddu extra which was delicious. The service was very professional and efficient. Take time to have a look at all the hand carved wooden items, have you ever seen a wooden chainsaw? To top this all off, Eliana was so kind to allow us to park our camper overnight in the restaurant car park. She mentioned to us if tourists have a meal at the restaurant they are welcome to park for the night if space allows. Please call beforehand. What beautiful genuine people. Thank you we will

Il cibo fresco e di qualità, perfetto per chi vuole fare un esperienza gastronomica sarda a 360 gradi e respirare l'atmosfera ogliastrina. 08/12/2024: I have been on various occasions as a guest for some events. Yesterday I had guests who came from southern Sardinia and Nuoro. The country club made me look wonderful. As always, quality and courtesy are at home, furthermore the price is excellent.

16/12/2024: The pizzas are cooked in an electric oven and the dough is good. The fried potatoes, on the other hand, are worth a lot, we took the sticks which are cooked in the skin, also excellent as a presentation. The only flaw, we were next to the window and it wasn't cleaned properly. For the rest everything was fine, nice place, attentive and kind staff.

20/12/2024: Absurd waiting times!!! Over 2 hours to get served. Too disorganized. The waiters keep telling you that the dishes are being prepared while they have no idea what is happening in the kitchen. Evidently the kitchen is not sized with the capacity of the room.
