27/11/2024: Experience of absolute value. Gnummariedde and bombette... the best I've ever eaten. Small but welcoming and typical location (I think) of the area (Valle d'Itra Etrulli). In the historic center.

The staff is very attentive and always present, meat can be ordered upon entering the restaurant or from the menu.
The breaded capocollo deserves attention, tasty and not dry like the bombette. The potatoes are cooked under the ashes. Dinner at the "Braceria Granaldi" is an experience worth having to spend a nice evening.

17/12/2024: Good value for money, genuine food, very friendly priority. Simple environment but we don't care, it's better to eat well and pay the right price.
Too bad there weren't, or at least I don't know, any vegetable side dishes, next time we'll try to ask.
The sausage and the bombette made with veal only without cheese are good, difficult to find nowadays.
We will be back
24/11/2024: We eat delicious, fresh meat and you can also choose it on the counter. Maximum cleanliness. I've been coming back for a long time, affordable prices for the quality of the food.

08/08/2024: We spent a very pleasant family evening here. The place is perfect for children to have fun, explore and laugh. We ate a truly excellent Neapolitan pizza from the dough to the toppings which were certainly of high quality. The staff is qualified, very kind and helpful. Highly recommended place. Compliments!!!!
