19/12/2024: Una trattoria dai toni rustici e tradizionali, che regala un’atmosfera famigliare. L’ho scoperta grazie al mio ragazzo, con cui mi ci sono recata. L’accoglienza e il servizio piacevolissimo, ma la parte migliore è dedicata al meraviglioso menù. Premetto di non aver mai voluto provare la carne di cavallo, ma la Trattoria Beatì è famosa proprio per quella, perciò le ho dato una chance e ho fatto super bene! Antipasto acquistato con lo Smartbox “Degustazione” ricco e di ottima qualità. Spaghettata al ragù di cavallo MERAVIGLIOSA. Anche la bistecca che ha preso il mio ragazzo era buonissima, molto tenera e cotta al punto giusto. Il bagno è molto pulito e fuori dal locale è possibile godere di una discreta vista di montagna che male non fa. Ci tornerei molto volentieri!

22/12/2024: Cena deludente. Mangiavo ancora l’antipasto e sono arrivati con il primo, per servirmi il piatto scaldato. Sono anni che vado in questo ristorante per i famosi maccheroni. Ma ieri e’ stata una grande delusione… la pasta scaldata non la mangio neanche a casa! Forse uno chef più attento e preparato non avrebbe commesso questo errore.

21/11/2024: Tout parfait. Petit restaurant qui ne paye pas de mine. Arrivée tardive pour déjeuner (~13h30) hors saison. Patron qui parle un peu français ça aide. Carte en français aussi. Petite planche de réjouissantes charcuteries pour commencer le repas, bon petit vin au verre pour le prix correct, pâtes maccheroni cuites flambées dans la meule de grana, spécialité de la maison depuis 1981. Un régal ! Bon moment. Patron et patronne accessibles, hors saison il y a moins de monde et c’est plus sympa.

31/12/2024: It is difficult to summarize the rating with stars since there were various components that influenced this experience. Let me start by saying that I had already been to Mauro's at least a couple of times, attracted by its reputation as the best hamburger restaurant in Brescia. The extreme impossibility of parking in the immediate vicinity, to be shot, is confirmed. After several laps parked about 200 meters away. but inadvertently you risk a fine. The place is characteristic and welcoming made up of different environments, unfortunately we ended up with a table stuck under a television broadcasting a football match that we would have gladly done without. The choice to impose a double shift for the tables is unpleasant and inconvenient. I confirm the excellent quality of the raw materials used by the kitchen and the vast choice of both classic and more tasty hamburgers. A criticism of the cuisine as, upon request, we all opted for medium-rare meat, including two identical burgers. The two identical ones arrived, one very overcooked and the other raw or very rare just placed on the grill as well as the other different in type. The onion that was supposed to be caramelized was quite stew. At the classic and regrettable request if everything had gone well we objected to this cooking problem but no one then came to ask for more specifications or give explanations. In the end, all in all it wasn't an exciting experience but we should return to do the acid test. Finally, reasonable and not exaggerated prices for three burgers, three appetizers, glass of wine, medium beer, drink and water around €90

02/01/2025: Large and modern room with several well-lit and heated rooms. Professional and very friendly staff, especially Sabrina who served us. Wide choice on the menu. I recommend the very delicate and abundant carpaccio of carne salada and the Angus sirloin with a side of chips. All to be accompanied with a soft and at the same time fragrant focaccia with Maldon salt. Including beer, coffee, delicious profiterol and cover charge €1.50 per person, the three of us paid a fair price and left more than satisfied.

19/01/2025: As always, the fried gnocco accompanied by cured meats is excellent, but the real gem is the meat, from the Florentine steak, from the Brescian spit to the picanha, all top notch and also the delicious baked potatoes, plus the restaurant has some seats with a very nice lake view .

09/01/2025: We stopped off here whilst visiting Lake Garda in January - a time where most places are shut, but this place was not. The food was delicious - I had lasagne and my partner had a pizza - and the local wine (Lugana) was recommended to us which turned out to be lovely too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and fluent in English too. Would definitely recommend!
