08/11/2024: 5/11/2024 - To start, 2 tomato bruschettas. For the second course, grilled lamb with a side of homemade fried potatoes. Drink a quarter of red. At the end of the meal, a nocino, 2 biscuits and a coffee. Fair prices and friendly owners. I was satisfied and will return to try the nettle risotto. It's worth 👍

22/08/2024: We had lunch at this farmhouse for my wife's birthday. The owner was super helpful and professional both in recommending dishes and in letting us try truly unique and well-balanced starters and first courses. The quality of the raw material is undisputed and the combinations are well calibrated. From the appetizers to the first courses everything was superb. The meat deserves a separate mention, we took a 1.2kg Florentine steak cooked to perfection, matured very well and presented impeccably. An excellent wine list completes the menu. We will definitely return, the location is really beautiful and being able to have lunch on the veranda with your feet in the lawn is really nice. Keep it up!

22/08/2024: È raro trovare una struttura come Braciami, ove sin dal minimo dettaglio traspare una marcata personalità e la perfetta trasposizione nel reale di un’idea precisa. In disparte il nome ammiccante, che lascerebbe pensare ad un locale più commerciale ed asettico, sin dall’ingresso si impatta invece con uno stile preciso definito dalla piacevole presenza di oggetti di un’altra epoca valorizzati senza snaturarne la loro essenza. Il rischio, in questi casi, è di un ammasso di cianfrusaglie privo di senso e ridotto a mero ingombro: non è così. Qui è tutto accuratamente posizionato in un contesto chiaro, con la funzione di rievocare un’epoca meravigliosa e fulgida per dare carattere ad un presente un po’ troppo neutro. Un gioiellino, che declina il concetto di agriturismo con un carattere deciso rinvenibile anche nel menù, ove materie prime locali e di qualità eccelsa vengono proposte tanto in maniera tradizionale quanto con piacevoli ed azzeccate contaminazioni internazionali. Insomma, qui da Braciami si coglie come ogni elemento sia frutto di esperienza diretta, di passione e di ricerca del gusto estetico ed alimentare. Un luogo che merita di essere pubblicizzato, valorizzato e seguito.

16/08/2024: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Viterbo, with stone interiors and exposed beams that make the place decidedly picturesque. We started with some excellent mixed bruschetta as a starter, served with good bread and fresh ingredients. We then continued with an amatriciana and tagliatelle with mushrooms, the pasta was delicious, homemade and the portions really generous. As a second course we had a Danish steak with a side of seasonal vegetables, the cut of the meat was excellent and the required cooking was impeccable, truly exquisite meat. The staff was kind and quick in service, always smiling and friendly. It was a truly enjoyable dinner that we hope to repeat as soon as possible to try other delicious dishes on the menu.

14/08/2024: Fabulous experience in this wonderful tavern with shocking dishes, they are so delicious! Meat with a sublime taste cooked to perfection... everything else you see in the photo is pure enjoyment. Excellent service, competent staff and honest prices. We will definitely return, we highly recommend it!

28/08/2024: High expectations but partially disappointed. Although there were free tables with a view (not occupied subsequently, therefore not booked) we were seated in the center of the room with a view blocked. Average dishes and service. Prices in line with other restaurants in the area. We will try again in another period, August, for restaurants it is always quite complicated.

28/08/2024: We had dinner on the balcony. Enchanting location with breathtaking views and very attentive and professional service. Now we come to the food: superb! Fresh fish and refined and refined ingredients, with great skill in the kitchen, have been transformed into truly tasty and delicious dishes. Even a prawn cocktail when the prawns are fresh and quality and the sauce prepared in the right way becomes a specialty. Also noteworthy are the trio of appetizers and as first courses the Mancini linguine and the gnocchi with courgettes and shellfish ragout. All accompanied by an excellent rosé wine from the Marche region. And finally the desserts: the exquisite and truly special artisanal sorbet (must try!) and the tumbler of exotic fruits, a mix of fresh and delicate flavours. Overall, a very positive experience, with the desire to return.

28/11/2024: Extraordinary. Quality and tango, love and passion. I felt at home. I hadn't received such a welcome in years. Excellent grilled meat, homemade pasta like a cultured one. Fixed stop for my next trip to Italy. Thank you with all my heart

19/11/2024: Had lunch without reservation and with two small children. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent food, fair price considering the bottle of wine. Equipped with heating vents even outside even if the outdoor area is closed. Advised

Al di là di un problema di sale che magari è un gusto personale, per me era decisamente tutto troppo salato al punto che ho faticato a mandare giù.. non concepisco il fatto che in un luogo di villeggiatura un locale non possa fare un piatto di pasta col pomodoro ad un bambino, ma vabbè.. nel complesso ci sta, da provare

22/08/2024: Siamo stati per festeggiare IL compleanno Di Mio figlio, IL personable molto gentile, ci ha servitor con cura e attenzione. Abbiamo presto UN antipasto misto, carpaccio, stracotto, salumi, formaggio, polpette all'amatriciana ed anche Una verdura mista per UN vegetariano! Tutto buonissimo!!! Poi a seguire pizze, bistecche da dinosauro ed arrosticini,; la carne cotta benissimo. Davvero tutto buono e anche IL conto davvero sorprendente considerato Che pance piene avevamo alla fine Della Cena. Ci Siamo tornati anche IL giorno dopo!!! Consigliatissimo Sabrina

22/07/2024: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante molto carino. L’ambiente è accogliente, raccolto. Il personale sorridente e cortese. Eravamo con amici e con noi c’erano ben 5 bimbi: si sono dimostrati molto affettuosi anche con loro. Cibo ottimo, di qualità, crudi speciali. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie per la bella domenica!

28/06/2024: Staff super gentile e qualificato, location tranquilla e cibo di ottima qualità. È come sentirsi a casa ed essere coccolato in ogni aspetto. Ormai tappa fissa ogni weekend!

30/11/2024: Good fast food, very well organised, where you can order both physically and via the app and via the digital totems present on site. Presence of ample and convenient parking in the area. Inside, the restaurant is very well organised, with plenty of seating and lots of staff (professional and helpful) able to satisfy customers' needs as quickly as possible. Generous portions, wide variety of sandwiches and other types of meat. As for the sandwich we chose, it was certainly average in terms of quality and goodness of the dish, while the quality-price ratio was slightly superior.

23/07/2024: I have already been to this pleasant place other times and every time it is a discovery. A true regenerative farm and a farmhouse in the true sense of the word that uses its own and local products, not like the vast majority that have now become country trattorias with products of unknown origin. Prices are proportionate to the cost of producing and raising animals in a totally natural way and this is clearly evident from their flavour. Marco and Chiara welcome you into their home and have the great advantage of making you feel at ease and transmitting their passion for what they do. Value for money of the various aspects, hospitality and catering, excellent and in line with the quality offered. I will go back without a doubt

01/09/2024: The place in front of the lake. Very cute, the food was good and tasty: the pizza by the meter was crunchy and tasty, all with prompt and kind service!!!! I really recommend it to everyone😊❤️
