06/06/2025: I came twice in a month I ordered the same thing and the quantities and the size and the sauce changed ... the meat was very little, the nachos were many the second time 4 pieces, the waitress who asked twice to take my plate while I was still finishing eating. Not to mention that they petted a dog that was in the restaurant and without washing their hands they continued to bring the food. The food is good if they also put more effort into serving it with the right size and quantity.

27/06/2025: I was at this place about a week ago and the experience was truly excellent. Even though the place was full, the organization was impeccable: a team of very young people managed the service in the room with surprising professionalism. They welcome each customer with a smile, transmitting enthusiasm and immediately creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Red meat is undoubtedly one of the strong points of the menu: cooked to perfection, tender, juicy and full of flavor. Each dish is taken care of in the smallest details, both in the presentation and in the quality of the raw materials. The service is one of the aspects that strikes the most: fast, friendly and well coordinated. Despite the continuous flow of customers, everything runs smoothly and without stress, thanks to an attentive and always available staff. A note of merit also to the cashier, who was very kind in splitting the bill without any problem, with patience and courtesy. A place to return willingly, ideal for an evening with friends. 27/06/2025: I had a really disappointing experience at Old Wild West. The quality of the food is absolutely terrible: the burger and fries taste like plastic and arrive cold. In particular, the fries are fried in old oil, you can tell by the fact that many are burnt. Also, the prices are too high for the quality offered, which makes the value for money really disappointing. I will definitely not return and I do not recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal in the area. The only positive note: fast waiters.

22/06/2025: Yesterday, June 21, Saturday we were looking for an open restaurant and this place really attracted us, after checking that the place was open we set off by car. When we got there the place was closed, but inside we could hear voices, so to check we called from outside the place and we could hear the phone ringing and a voice inside clearly said "Great we're closed". The fact that you are closed is not a problem but at least communicate it to the various apps or sites because people come and are disappointed, moreover if you are inside answer and tell me it's closed. Rude .... Diego

25/06/2025: If I could give a lower rating I would. Disrespectful to the customer, disorganized in the orders, embarrassing table service, and much more. I ordered a mcflurry and 2 girls who ordered a menu 1 minute before me, got their order, while I, who had ordered with table service, actually had to go get it myself that was there on the shelf melting.

21/06/2025: Long waits, dirty tables, and a complete mess in the restaurant. But when the food finally arrives after a while, it's quite good.

21/06/2025: Great food at reasonable prices. A bit removed from all the tourist hustle and bustle, making it particularly nice. It's a shame they no longer serve pizza. It was always delicious.
