01/01/2025: My opinion is purely aimed only at New Year's Eve, as I have never been a customer the rest of the year. I had the regret of choosing the gold package, paying €100 per person to experience an evening that was not at all worth the price. The lack of transparency in explaining that the "party stage room" would simply be a tent with benches, not heated at all, where I had to eat while holding on to my jacket. The menu stays true to what they write, it is served lukewarm and the second course hasn't even been served. You had to go and get the dessert served on paper plates. In all this, from the 8pm they say it is, we started eating at 10.15pm. The fact that the website shows the conditions of the dinner only for the package reserved for the internal room, which only cost €19 more and was significantly better, is sobering. The main poster with the background of fireworks is very nice, as they do not exist in reality. €212 for two, a steal.

11/11/2024: Actually, I could have taken part in the event, but unfortunately it is currently difficult to drive through on the Tyrolean side of the motorway (Wipptal). At the next opportunity, visit the location.

12/11/2024: Finally a bar in Bolzano that also offers vegan breakfasts! It seems incredible and yet it is a rarity that I won't comment on out of decency. The bar is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and there is ample parking nearby. Average prices. Better than that... Better than that, you could offer payment via electronic money without further charges. But no one is perfect 😉. Edit: unfortunately the service is particularly slow and not always suitable for an early morning breakfast.

17/08/2024: The attractive pictures from previous reviews made us curious, so we decided to go for lunch since the restaurant or snack bar was close to our hotel. Unfortunately the food turned out to be average and more of a takeaway level. Despite the name, there was no pizza on offer, so we chose two salads and fries. The salad portions were huge, but unfortunately prepared carelessly. Overall, all the dishes were rather unpalatable. However, service was friendly and our dog was provided with water. There are 3 stars for that.

14/08/2024: Very beautiful location we stopped after the morning at the adventure park. Served well and with good food, during lunch the children were able to play in the little park in front of the tables and on the lawn, plus deckchairs and cushions were available for customers to relax in!

09/02/2025: During our lunch we found a poor organization of the staff, where the manager at the cash register railed against the waiters, making them uncomfortable in front of everyone; he especially railed against a boy who seemed to be a novice, and who rightly still has to learn. The whole thing, both for us and for the boy in question, was not very nice to see or even hear

The portions are generous and the quality-price ratio is good, although slightly higher than other fast food restaurants. The service is fast and courteous, although on weekends the wait can get longer due to the crowds. The location inside the Twenty makes it convenient for a lunch or dinner break after shopping, but it can be noisy during rush hour. A strong point is the possibility of ordering for takeaway or delivery, ideal for those who prefer to enjoy a burger at home. Overall, Twenty's Old Wild West is a solid option for lovers of Tex-Mex and American cuisine, with a pleasant atmosphere and a wide selection of tasty dishes, perfect for a casual and unpretentious evening.

27/01/2025: Staff with zero desire to work all stressed and frustrated and rude, obviously not all but most. Above all, the manager doesn't know how to manage anything. The poor portions and the ice cream half empty despite having paid extra 😪😪

25/01/2025: Non è possibile, per l’ennesima volta arrivo a casa dopo essere andato al Mac drive e mi accorgo che hanno sbagliato. Nuggets invece dí toast. Sono stufo, non ci vado più. Piuttosto vado a Lagundo anche se è più lontano. INCOMPETENTI
