20/08/2024: We had dinner here due to its proximity to our hotel during a family trip to Bolzano. The environment is really nice and nice and the sandwiches are delicious! It seems that the strong point is, in addition to the grilled meat (fantastic!), cocktails and beers, but we can't say much about it. Worth coming back and if you get there early (dinner around 7.00/7.30 pm) it is also very suitable for children even if there are too many things not to touch!

14/07/2024: Cotolette xl fantastiche, gustosissime, morbide e croccanti allo stesso tempo. Ottime nuove opzioni io ho preso la nuova JammJa e aveva una mozzarella strepitosa! Camerieri tutti giovani e molto in gamba! Ci hanno fatto mangiare in terrazza visto che il tempo lo ha permesso, ci torneremo sicuramente!

13/08/2024: Maybe the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Completely different burgers than you're used to. Really delicious. The only catch is that even though the shop was empty it took an extremely long time to prepare 6 meals. Too bad.

Product quality really only shows problems one time out of 10.
I go there often and the customer care they take is satisfactory.
I'm sorry for the very few times that the cooking of potatoes in the oven goes a little wrong but I think it's normal given that there are often a lot of people.
I highly recommend it in every way.
Best Old Wild West I've ever been to.
04/07/2024: After 20 minutes of waiting for someone to serve me, even though I had pointed out that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes, no one showed up to take my order... I got up and left without anyone worrying... .. last time I go there

17/08/2024: The attractive pictures from previous reviews made us curious, so we decided to go for lunch since the restaurant or snack bar was close to our hotel. Unfortunately the food turned out to be average and more of a takeaway level. Despite the name, there was no pizza on offer, so we chose two salads and fries. The salad portions were huge, but unfortunately prepared carelessly. Overall, all the dishes were rather unpalatable. However, service was friendly and our dog was provided with water. There are 3 stars for that.
14/08/2024: Very beautiful location we stopped after the morning at the adventure park.
Served well and with good food, during lunch the children were able to play in the little park in front of the tables and on the lawn, plus deckchairs and cushions were available for customers to relax in!

19/08/2024: Overcrowded and disorganized, probably understaffed, inefficient digital equipment
18/08/2024: At the register they go back and forth continuously without actually preparing the orders, with a lot of food ready on the counter that would be ready to be served.
The products therefore arrive cold and very late (we waited more than 1 hour) from what I can see the classic dispenser to keep the food warm is missing and above all the STAFF is totally UNPREPARED to manage the normal flows of customers
We need to redo the training of staff, or change them completely.
Worst experience I've ever had in fast food, and I've tried many throughout Italy.
