08/09/2025: Beautiful place, excellent food, and friendly, competent service. Plenty of space for a family outing or a group of friends. After the meal, a delicious grappa al latte is truly delicious!

07/09/2025: Great biker-style venue with tons of food. Located in a hilly area near Lago Santo, where you can stroll after gorging yourself.

13/09/2025: The Kentucky Salad was a large portion, but not particularly good. The chicken wasn't a fillet, but a mixed meat. The service was friendly, though!

10/09/2025: Rude staff (waiter with colored hair) I got up and left. Terrible experience.

05/10/2025: The quiet zone is fantastic, and otherwise it was really good. The only thing I find disappointing is the quality of the gluten-free burgers. They're small, shrink-wrapped buns with two slices of meat, no lettuce or anything. The outside was extremely hot, and the middle of the Petty was still slightly frozen. It could be better, and it's a real shame for Italy, especially since you can get a gluten-free Big Mac in many other countries. Really nice for the kids. Unfortunately, there's no play area inside, except for the digital tables.

05/10/2025: 10 types of coffee, 10 types of smoothies... healthy yet delicious croissants and cakes. Lovely staff... ONE OF A KIND in Bolzano.

21/09/2025: The wait was moderately long, despite the waiter slaloming between the tables and the kitchen (which I personally found a bit annoying). The manager doesn't understand a word of English, and overall, we weren't entirely satisfied with the food and service. It's clear that friendliness isn't the order of the day.

02/09/2025: I'm giving only one star to the atmosphere because it shouldn't affect the total; it's not assessable. The place is owned by the municipality, and the management changes. The food is truly shameful: €15 for a cutlet and fries, inedible, tough, and bad-tasting meat; €7.50 for a pre-cooked piadina, a water, and a Coke, for a total of €30.50. Make up your own minds, because €8 for a half-liter plastic bottle of water and a can of Coke is a rip-off. The whole thing is run by two people, with a place where you'd find full tables that needed clearing, a line of ten people at the cash register, and people sitting around waiting. Management isn't up to par. It's a classic tourist trap, to say the least. They charge one euro to use the bathroom, which is dirty and has no paper. As they say... I like the first one, but not the second one.

29/08/2025: Fun and pleasant team but don't bother to warn that there are products unavailable and sell them anyway without any solution (no coffee ☕ in the evening)

27/08/2025: At the drive-thru, they weren't very friendly, not to mention completely unpolite, and the service took way longer than expected! We stopped by after rush hour!
