04/04/2024: I really would like to give zero, but it's not possible. Not recommended until the very end! Staff shouting at each other all the time they disturb and customer! Burnt chicken sandwich Really rubbish! Thrown in the garbage! Empty place at midday had to be expected as people don't go there! I went to McDonald's which was extra full!!! Truly disgraceful food and those employees it seems like it doesn't have a manager!

03/12/2023: The food and wines are fabulous, the environment compared to the other Varrone restaurant which is located in Pietrasanta is nothing, the parking is very large
But there is a but
I would like to see more "beautiful waitresses" than "waiters" who serve me
I recommend it to everyone π

06/04/2024: Roadhouse owes everything to its staff, always super kind, both in Pistoia and Arezzo. Unfortunately, the staff is few and the waiting times are long, in some cases biblical. The food is not excellent, and given that the menu is based on meat and that they are also located in Tuscany they should pay close attention to both the quality and the preservation method. I would have given it the minimum if it wasn't for the guys who work there. After eating at this chain three times, I can say that a clue is a clue, two clues a coincidence, but three clues make a proof.
05/04/2024: exceptional! the girl (trainee manager) welcomed us with a beautiful smile and unique friendliness! he pampered our children and indulged them π«Άπ» the other very nice collaborators too! 5 stars and highly recommended!!

05/04/2024: we came to florence as a vacation from los angeles and absolutely loveddd this place for breakfast/brunch. My sister is pretty picky and she ordered the eggs benedict and finished the whole plate. The chicken and waffles are a must as well as the smoothies!!! def a must when in florence

Small cinema room where children can watch 8D films. There is another room with light games.
28/03/2024: I stopped by alone one evening, I ate a good double burger with a bottle of sparkling water.
Large and welcoming place, at the time I ate it was almost empty.
I think I'll stop by soon, as soon as I get the craving for a sandwich!

06/04/2024: What a find! Buzzing atmosphere, fantastic food (the Parklane is yummy!) and the team are wonderful.
02/04/2024: Cappuccino was below average, service extremely slow. But the food (I had french toast), when it finally came out was tasty and well presented. No pastries, so really only a good place for a sit-down breakfast or brunch, not a quick coffee and pastry in the morning.

10/05/2024: Nice and nice place, I took a simple sandwich, it arrived on the plate deconstructed, I would have preferred it to be assembled by them, but maybe it's like that with other sandwiches, I don't know.
Prices a little high but in line with those in the area.
The potatoes were very good, the beer decent.
09/05/2024: Decent food, welcoming and characteristic environment, good service, average prices, if you pass through Arezzo and want a good sandwich, recommended!

30/03/2024: We did not receive 1 order of Chicken spicy nuggets, even though I selected for sauces and also paid for extra sauces, nothing was provided in the take away pack. There was just 3 tissues kept for an order of 2 families. No straw given for soft drinks. And there was hardly any cheese on the French fries with cheddar cheese. This joint is taking advantage of travellers who are taking a take away and itβs impossible to check all items before leaving. My order no. Was 58 ordered around 4:30pm for reference. Overall poor service because we even asked if everything is there and they assured.
17/03/2024: Gluten-free sandwich from hospital...π€’π 2 sandwiches taken, 1 was totally frozen and the 2nd was cold, not to mention the overpriced prices, absolutely not recommended for those who want to stay alive
