Excellent food with a wide selection and a comprehensive menu, accompanied by drinks including craft beers, paired with the dishes for an authentic experience. Fast and accurate service. I highly recommend it for a pleasant evening with friends or simply for good food.
06/04/2026: The place was unwelcoming and cold, even with the air conditioning on. Perhaps more of a pub than a restaurant.
Price was high for the quality.
More suited to a younger crowd... The oven wasn't working.
The manager's manners were questionable, given the response... Thank you for correcting them.

I've been a fan of this place since it opened, but having moved away, I hadn't dined at Patties since before Covid. Yesterday, for dinner, I found myself in a place that had undergone a complete overhaul—in terms of menu, interior design, and style. A meat restaurant so beautiful and exciting that I decided to spend a few more words in this review.
Let's start with the meat: a few years ago, Patties had become incredibly well-known in the city for its gourmet burgers delivered in sneaker boxes, but now it offers specials (premium cuts of meat not found everywhere): I shared a Fassona tartare, an Argentine Black Angus entrecôte, and a Sant'Ambrogio cutlet (a Milanese cutlet made to perfection). Every dish was served to perfection, and the ingredients were of unquestionable quality: every bite brought me to tears.
The location, to quote Alessandro Borghese: the place itself is already very nice, but Damiano suggested we sit in the closet for our private party. A closet leads to a separate room with a late-19th-century barrel vault: practically a speakeasy-style secret, very, very charming.
The bill was fair and reasonable for what we ate and drank. We even treated ourselves to dessert!
Special mention for the attention Damiano personally gave to our table and to another small group at the secret bar.
I will recommend it to all my friends from Taranto or anyone passing through town!

19/04/2026: The Assassina was delicious. We loved the wasabi bombs (beef meatballs with wasabi sauce) and the chicken club sandwich. The vitello tonnato was also good!!
We tried their cocktails: I loved the "mandorla," even though it's not a long drink, unfortunately.
18/04/2026: Great atmosphere, excellent cocktails, and great people. The Couch Club is a must-try for anyone looking for a high-end venue in Bari, away from the chaos of the city center. Highly recommended for dinner or after-dinner drinks. Just one note: it's best to book a table or arrive early on weekends, as it's always very popular!

26/10/2025: What can I say... when we go, we feel right at home. Stefano at the console delights us with so many freshly made delicacies. In the fridge, you'll find a variety of beers unlike anything you've ever seen. Definitely worth returning to... or rather, returning again...

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.
18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed.
Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast.
Good value for the price.

16/05/2026: The atmosphere is very chic and elegant, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The guy who took our order by heart was incredibly kind. The wait was very short. Unfortunately, however, the quality of the pizza is poor, to say the least.
I ordered a bianca with broccoli rabe and Norcia sausage: the dough was rubbery, the broccoli rabe were visibly frozen and thawed directly on the pizza, and the Norcia sausage turned out to be a decidedly unappealing sausage.
Terrible value for money, prices too high, considering even a Margherita costs €10.
It's a shame, it has a lot of potential. It could improve.
12/05/2026: I've never seen such disorganization. I only go to this place when I don't know where else to eat. Stay away from this place like it's the plague.

15/03/2026: We went to eat here a few days ago, but unfortunately the experience wasn't what we remembered. We think the place has changed a lot compared to before, and not for the better.
The prices have gotten quite high: for example, around 9 euros for a sandwich without even fries, whereas before the value for money was much better.
Another thing we didn't like was the service. The food arrived slowly: some people at the table had already finished their sandwiches while others were still waiting for theirs. This is quite unpleasant when you're eating together.
It's a shame, because it used to be a place we loved returning to. We hope they can improve and get back to the same level as before.
12/02/2026: Nice place, modern and pleasantly furnished. The only downside is that it's cold in the winter.

10/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante americano in cui abbia mai mangiato. Tutto freschissimo, cotto alla perfezione e saporitissimo. L’arredamento è incredibile: mattoni rossi a vista, un cabinato con i picchiaduro retrò, bellissimo. Servizio velocissimo e gentilissimo. Un'esperienza che rifarò sicuramente.
22/03/2025: Ieri è stata la mia prima volta in questo delizioso locale. Ci sono andata perché suonava una tribute band che seguo da 3 anni e ho colto l'occasione di scoprire un locale con una bella atmosfera, buon cibo e personale disponibile, simpatico e veloce nel servizio. Dista 1 ora di strada dalla mia città, ma ci tornerò ben volentieri 😊

28/06/2025: Sconsigliatissimo, tempi di attesa assurdi, più di 2 ore. Eravamo in 6 abbiamo ordinato 6 pizze, ne sono arrivate due alla volta a distanza di mezz'ora ogni due pizze.
