17/09/2025: The bar is spotless, with a wide variety of breakfast options. It's very spacious and exudes a sense of serenity. The pastries are excellent.

More suited to a younger crowd... The oven wasn't working.
The manager's manners were questionable, given the response... Thank you for correcting them.

26/10/2025: What can I say... when we go, we feel right at home. Stefano at the console delights us with so many freshly made delicacies. In the fridge, you'll find a variety of beers unlike anything you've ever seen. Definitely worth returning to... or rather, returning again...

08/03/2026: We booked on Instagram for a birthday party, and they initially accepted our reservation, confirming they'd put us on the list. Then, on the birthday, as soon as we arrived, they told us the list was only a "waiting list," but since there were ten of us, we wouldn't even have priority access (so the point of putting us on the list by deliberately creating a misunderstanding is unclear). The girl responded rudely, saying, "You're neither first nor last, you have to wait." When we asked if we could have at least one dessert after all this fuss, the answer was that if there was any left over at the end of the evening, they'd give it to us. Zero professionalism. The surprise was ruined; they knew it was a surprise party, and first confirmed on Instagram that we'd arrive at a certain time (which we even showed up early), and then told us we'd have to wait who knows how long. We always came, although they never agreed to pay separately, evidently to avoid POS fees, even though the prices are high. We'll never make that mistake again.
P.S. Since they activated the ephemeral messaging feature on Instagram and I wrote to them at two different times, I don't have the screenshots where they also asked me for the name of the list.
Response: After the review was published, the restaurant responded, citing possible defamatory content and highlighting the staff's professionalism. I should point out that the review simply reports what happened to our group last night.
The request had been made via Instagram at a specified time; upon our arrival, we were told that it was actually just a waiting list that didn't guarantee entry. We, a large group, experienced all of this.
Furthermore, it was stated that the ephemeral messaging feature hadn't been activated by them. However, the Instagram chat screenshot clearly indicates that ephemeral messaging was active.
Regarding the professionalism cited in the response, I can only report the impression I had during the interaction with the staff, which wasn't cordial. I'll leave readers to draw their own conclusions.
08/03/2026: Couch, a landmark in Bari.
A must-try for those seeking atmosphere and good food.
Highly recommended.

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.
18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed.
Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast.
Good value for the price.

15/03/2026: We went to eat here a few days ago, but unfortunately the experience wasn't what we remembered. We think the place has changed a lot compared to before, and not for the better.
The prices have gotten quite high: for example, around 9 euros for a sandwich without even fries, whereas before the value for money was much better.
Another thing we didn't like was the service. The food arrived slowly: some people at the table had already finished their sandwiches while others were still waiting for theirs. This is quite unpleasant when you're eating together.
It's a shame, because it used to be a place we loved returning to. We hope they can improve and get back to the same level as before.
12/02/2026: Nice place, modern and pleasantly furnished. The only downside is that it's cold in the winter.

18/04/2026: This evening we had dinner at the Santa Caterina restaurant. We had an interminable wait for raw or burned pizzas, made worse by the fact that the completely raw one was served to a two-year-old girl. When I told the waitress how disgusting it was, she responded in the Bari dialect, "Well, I'll tell them, they don't do anything." Needless to say, it was my first and last time at this place.
18/04/2026: Unfortunately, the prices displayed outside don't always match those listed in the "promotions" inside.
Needing to eat meat cooked differently, we ordered the "tagliata" for €20 and asked for it to be served on a griddle, to allow for different cooking methods.
The meat (6 semi-burnt pieces) was brought to us directly on the griddle, with arugula and cooked tomatoes...
I pointed out that this wasn't the right way to present the dish, and that arugula and cooked tomatoes weren't ideal for accompanying the tagliata. In a hurry to leave, I separated the meat from the arugula and tomatoes from the griddle... I ate the small amount of charred meat, leaving the rest, pointing out again that they should have brought the sauce separately (and I had to specifically request the glaze later). After numerous apologies from the manager, at checkout I again disputed the dish... but it was charged in full... and not even an apology coffee was offered.
A mistake made due to inexperience in the presentation of a dish, while serious in a restaurant with such prices, can happen... but I was truly surprised that the owner didn't even try to remedy the situation, despite verbal apologies. A negative review is in order, in the hope that we learn to better deal with unexpected events in the future. P.S. I hope the owner eats cooked arugula every day...

10/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante americano in cui abbia mai mangiato. Tutto freschissimo, cotto alla perfezione e saporitissimo. L’arredamento è incredibile: mattoni rossi a vista, un cabinato con i picchiaduro retrò, bellissimo. Servizio velocissimo e gentilissimo. Un'esperienza che rifarò sicuramente.
22/03/2025: Ieri è stata la mia prima volta in questo delizioso locale. Ci sono andata perché suonava una tribute band che seguo da 3 anni e ho colto l'occasione di scoprire un locale con una bella atmosfera, buon cibo e personale disponibile, simpatico e veloce nel servizio. Dista 1 ora di strada dalla mia città, ma ci tornerò ben volentieri 😊

28/06/2025: Sconsigliatissimo, tempi di attesa assurdi, più di 2 ore. Eravamo in 6 abbiamo ordinato 6 pizze, ne sono arrivate due alla volta a distanza di mezz'ora ogni due pizze.
