28/12/2025: A place with an elegant atmosphere and quality food

10/11/2025: DINNER OF THE YEAR WITHOUT A LIMIT! I have been a fan of this place since it opened, but, having moved away, I hadn't dined at Patties since before Covid. Yesterday, for dinner, I found myself in a place that had been revolutionized, in terms of menu, interior design and style. A place that serves meat so beautiful and exciting that I decided to spend a few more words in this review. Let's start with the meat: a few years ago Patties had become super-famous in the city for its gourmet burgers with delivery in sneaker boxes, now instead it offers specials (cuts of fine meat that are not found everywhere): I ate, sharing with others, Fassona tartare, Argentine black Angus entrecôte and Sant'Ambrogio cutlet (a Milanese cutlet done with all the trimmings). Each dish was served to perfection and the raw material was of indisputable quality: every bite brought me to tears. The location, to put it in Alessandro Borghese's words: the place itself is already very nice, but Damiano suggested that we sit in the closet for our private party. Through a closet you enter a separate room with a barrel vault from the late nineteenth century: practically a secret in speakeasy style, very very suggestive. The honest and fair bill for what we ate and drank. We even had dessert! Special mention for the attention reserved by Damiano, in first person, to our table and also to another small group that was at the counter of the secret. I will recommend it to all my friends from Taranto or to anyone passing through town!

13/12/2025: I'm not voting for anything because it doesn't seem normal to me that, out of nine times I've tried to call, not even one has been answered, both for me and a friend of mine. Some calls even get busy.

13/12/2025: We waited an hour to order. We ordered two pizzas. Half an hour for just ONE pizza to arrive. We split the first pizza. When they took the plate away, I mentioned that one pizza was missing and apparently they'd forgotten. Another half an hour for the second one to arrive. Two stars only for the good pizza. Terrible service.

15/06/2025: Kindness is their real success. Really very kind people. The food is prepared well, quickly and is very good. Well done!!!

31/05/2025: Place not suitable for vegetarians/vegans. Entered with enthusiasm, left with disappointment. I read "100% vegan line" and then I discover that the vegan burgers are cooked on the same plate as the meat. No, it's not a joke. I think it's right to point out that offering a vegan line also implies avoiding contamination, otherwise we can't talk about truly vegan dishes. It's a question of respect for those who have chosen a vegan lifestyle for ethical, environmental or health reasons.

24/12/2025: The waiter was very nice and kind, the sandwich was very good and arrived quickly, the environment was very clean.

25/10/2025: On Saturday evening, I decided to book a table at this restaurant and enjoy an excellent sandwich. I have to say, however, that I wasn't completely satisfied. Despite having a 9:30 PM reservation, I waited outside for half an hour. After being seated, I waited another 45 minutes for my sandwich. The food was excellent, but the staff was inconsistent and unreliable in respecting the timetable. I can say that despite the excellent quality of the food and the excellent quality of the ingredients, I would never return to this place. I appreciate the frenzy of Saturday evenings, but perhaps it would be more respectful to customers not to accept reservations on that day of the week to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.

11/12/2025: Very nice, tastefully decorated place, excellent value for money, and excellent homemade burgers and buns. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

10/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante americano in cui abbia mai mangiato. Tutto freschissimo, cotto alla perfezione e saporitissimo. L’arredamento è incredibile: mattoni rossi a vista, un cabinato con i picchiaduro retrò, bellissimo. Servizio velocissimo e gentilissimo. Un'esperienza che rifarò sicuramente.

22/03/2025: Ieri è stata la mia prima volta in questo delizioso locale. Ci sono andata perché suonava una tribute band che seguo da 3 anni e ho colto l'occasione di scoprire un locale con una bella atmosfera, buon cibo e personale disponibile, simpatico e veloce nel servizio. Dista 1 ora di strada dalla mia città, ma ci tornerò ben volentieri 😊

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.

18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed. Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast. Good value for the price.

02/12/2025: Good food, quality of raw materials and professional and above all polite service, ideal environment for a dinner and post-dinner both as a couple or in company, the only flaw was that the meat in the burgers which on the plate was tending to be cold, overall a more than positive experience

11/01/2026: Terrible experience with home delivery. After more than an hour's delay from the scheduled delivery date, I tried calling the restaurant to check on the status of my order. They never answered despite over 40 calls. After an hour and forty minutes, the order arrived with the food cold.

11/01/2026: TERRIBLE SERVICE We placed an order on Just Eat because the restaurant's phone was disconnected, and it didn't arrive after an hour's delay, with no way to contact the restaurant.

22/08/2025: Beautiful place...but inedible sandwiches that were weeks old.

18/08/2025: A pleasant discovery, a food truck with delicious burgers and a relaxed atmosphere. I'll be back.

18/01/2026: I returned after many years of negative experiences, but the situation hasn't changed: the pizza is terrible and the staff is incompetent. The most glaring thing is that the pizza chef quit the service and ran away.
