We went to this McDonald's for lunch. After waiting for our order, we noticed that two Cokes and a mayonnaise were missing. After we asked for what we had paid for, obviously with the receipt in hand, the young lady told us that they were doubting our word! So we asked who was responsible and to come and check in person, since our word and the receipt were not enough to raise doubts!! The young lady's response to our request was, "Don't get angry, we'll give them to you anyway," as if she were doing us a favor! It would be enough to employ competent people to avoid these inconveniences, and above all, the staff should be more polite when speaking to customers! Asking questions without checking is absolutely inexcusable! We definitely won't be back, especially because of the rudeness of the staff!

31/05/2025: Place not suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
Entered with enthusiasm, left with disappointment. I read "100% vegan line" and then I discover that the vegan burgers are cooked on the same plate as the meat. No, it's not a joke.
I think it's right to point out that offering a vegan line also implies avoiding contamination, otherwise we can't talk about truly vegan dishes.
It's a question of respect for those who have chosen a vegan lifestyle for ethical, environmental or health reasons.

10/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante americano in cui abbia mai mangiato. Tutto freschissimo, cotto alla perfezione e saporitissimo. L’arredamento è incredibile: mattoni rossi a vista, un cabinato con i picchiaduro retrò, bellissimo. Servizio velocissimo e gentilissimo. Un'esperienza che rifarò sicuramente.
22/03/2025: Ieri è stata la mia prima volta in questo delizioso locale. Ci sono andata perché suonava una tribute band che seguo da 3 anni e ho colto l'occasione di scoprire un locale con una bella atmosfera, buon cibo e personale disponibile, simpatico e veloce nel servizio. Dista 1 ora di strada dalla mia città, ma ci tornerò ben volentieri 😊

10/07/2025: The staff was a little rude, and it's unacceptable to pay 50 cents for coffee.
18/06/2025: Had the bacon and eggs. Eggs were only offered one way (sunny side up) but we're prepared well. Bacon was ok - if you prefer crispy bacon you will be disappointed.
Overall it was nice if you want something other than just a pastry and want some protein with your breakfast.
Good value for the price.

...tuna, tomatoes, arugula, Emmentha, and zucchini. A paradise for the palate. All quality ingredients, and I know what I'm talking about. Cleanly prepared and flavorful, as it should be. A true delight for the palate. One of the best sliced breads I've ever tasted.
Thanks to whoever prepared it. Truly excellent, combined with the kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness of the staff. I consider myself very lucky.
Try the sliced breads and the pizzas. Excellent from every perspective.

13/10/2025: You'll find the best sandwiches only here. Lots of different types, all delicious and with plenty of variations. You can also order toasted sandwiches, salads, and meat dishes. I ordered the pork menu for €11, which included a sandwich, fries, and a drink. Highly recommended.
09/09/2025: I've been there several times and the food is excellent, but the last time I was there it was a real disaster. The wait was too long for sandwiches; it was already very late and there were few people. Moreover, two people who arrived half an hour after us were served when we still had nothing on our table after 45 minutes. We had to wait over an hour for dinner; they didn't even give us placemats or a glass for water, and we had to pay a €1 cover charge without having received it. The waiters were all kind, but unfortunately it's not their fault, but the management was a flop. After this hour of waiting, I couldn't even eat what I had so desired during this long wait. My sandwich didn't contain mozzarella (which was included), and I wasn't even told about it. Furthermore, since I had ordered a menu, baked potatoes were included alongside this sandwich, another missing item. Instead, they served me nachos on my plate—bagged chips that I absolutely wouldn't have eaten. I didn't think it was fair to pay 11 euros for a menu I didn't eat, as it wasn't what I had ordered. If they had told me the potatoes were missing, I would have simply said I was just ordering the sandwich, as I would have paid less and eaten practically the same amount. I found this attitude truly unfair, I assume only because we were young, as they certainly wouldn't have treated us like this in other situations.

One service is available... closed and unusable... I'd ask Mr. and Mrs. Sarni where 20 children go if they need the bathroom.
14/07/2025: Terrible food, but that's not all. You enter the "restaurant" without any signage to help you understand how it works. Once you find out that you have to queue first to order and then queue again at the cash register, you're not very happy with it and it takes forever. Then they give you a slip of paper with your order and something that's supposed to ring when it's ready. I'll just tell you that at the time of writing, there's a 40-minute wait, and when you ask for an explanation, they say, "They're cooking." Guys, mixed grill and a light dish, basically two 5-minute dishes. It's like this every time I eat. The price is fair, but why do they make you pay for it in stress and wasted time?

28/06/2025: Sconsigliatissimo, tempi di attesa assurdi, più di 2 ore. Eravamo in 6 abbiamo ordinato 6 pizze, ne sono arrivate due alla volta a distanza di mezz'ora ogni due pizze.
