11/10/2025: The first time I was satisfied but this time not at all because the baked potatoes with their skins on were very salty and the chicken was dry with almost no skin.

07/10/2025: This is so good! There were 12 customers in the shop. Fast service. Perfect al forno potatoes. Well cooked with rosemary and a touch of salt. Order the hot sauce with it. Seven chicken pieces on the bone from the grill, better than the fried ones. I paid 16 euros, which was more than enough for two people. Lepanto is a nice neighborhood in the evening, too. It was too windy to search for restaurants on the street. This was a godsend.

26/08/2025: A pleasant surprise! This seemingly simple and unfussy pizzeria turned out to be a real gem. The atmosphere is simple, but clean and welcoming, and what really stands out is the quality of the pizza: light, well-leavened dough, perfectly cooked, and the freshest ingredients. Every bite is an explosion of flavor! But the real added value are the owners: incredibly kind, smiling (my Nadia 😍😍😍) and always available, who welcome you warmly and make you feel immediately at ease, as if you were at home. An authentic place, where you can feel the passion and eat excellently without spending a fortune. Highly recommended for those who love good pizza and a family atmosphere. I will definitely be back, and with pleasure! I also recommend trying the "patata di Pasquale"...fresh potatoes cut into sticks and then fried...they are unmatched!!!!!! 13/09/2025: What can I say? You can't miss dinner here! Starting with the staff, who are exquisite, professional, and extremely kind, always available to answer any questions. The owners are professional and meticulous in their attention to detail, ensuring they take care of everything regarding service and customer care. The food is excellent, absolutely delicious. Meat lovers will love it, and for everything else, it's all there is to it. You won't be disappointed! All you have to do is come and sit down; they'll take care of everything, and trust me, you won't be disappointed!

21/09/2025: Try their hot wings (alette calienti) , they are really good, juicy, tasty and also spicy(even if for me they re pretty mild as i always eat super spicy). They also put a ton of quality sauces to go with it (heinz brand). This review is for a very recent takeaway order

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. I'm giving the service one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. We ordered three combo dishes: a pizza, a sandwich, and a portion of chili. The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. While we were talking, a gentleman at the cash register added, "Now I'll buy you a drink and you'll calm down." Update in Response to Management I would like to add a key clarification to my original review regarding your response, as my intention was never to stir up controversy, but rather to offer constructive feedback. It is important to clarify that our initial concern was not raised directly with the wait staff who served us, but with another cashier, unrelated to our direct service. Furthermore, following our criticism regarding the fragmented service (where some diners waited while others had already received their dishes), your management initially acknowledged the validity of our complaint. I reiterate that the purpose of our criticism was not to obtain any compensation or gift, but simply to politely report our first experience at your establishment, in the belief that feedback, if accepted, can lead to operational improvements. I note, as well as from other reviews, that the service issue The misalignment is not an isolated case. I hope that greater attention will be paid to this aspect in the future. In particular, I suggest that in the event of delays or service that cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery of dishes, staff take care to inform customers in advance of the expected delivery times when they place their orders. This measure would avoid misunderstandings and bad feelings during the wait. I conclude by expressing regret for the tone used in your public response. 06/09/2025: The burger wasn't good quality. When I ordered, I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked. Pizza...let's forget it.

25/08/2025: There are few places like this in Altamura. Service is average, a little slow. Beautiful industrial-style atmosphere, very well-kept and clean. Super good food. I'm talking about the burgers, a little smaller than in the past, but for the price, it's fair. I recommend it 100%! Go there! You won't regret it!

31/07/2025: The burgers and fries are truly top-notch. I lived in the US for three years, and they're about as good as the burgers there are. The prices are more than fair, too. Highly recommended.
