25/02/2026: Gocho's in Novara is a breath of fresh air in the all-you-can-eat scene: finally, a unique alternative to classic sushi or the usual pizza. Their menu is based on mini-burgers and hot dogs, which, despite their small size, are prepared with great care and are truly delicious. The menu is comprehensive and well-structured, with a nice variety of toppings that allows you to try many different combinations without feeling full. The side dishes are equally impressive: both the fries and the nachos are well-made, crispy, and flavorful, completing the offerings perfectly. The place isn't huge; its rather compact size makes it feel intimate, and fortunately, it wasn't too crowded during our visit, which created a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was also excellent, proving attentive and punctual. If you're looking for a different kind of evening and love quality street food, this place is definitely worth a visit.

22/02/2026: Last night, my friends and I came to dinner at your restaurant: we were a fairly large group (14 people), and our reservations were accepted without a problem. The place is so small that we were practically sitting on each other's laps, with tables arranged so that we even had our backs to each other. We had to wait over an hour and a half before being served. Most of us ordered beers, while four of us ordered a bottle of red wine. However, they had run out of glasses, so they handed us a glass of white wine (and that's it...), a pint of beer, and two flutes. We were told that there was only one of the two cuts we ordered (mind you, we sat down at 8:30 PM, we didn't make it to the third sitting). When we asked to split it in two, the chef suggested replacing the missing meat with chicken (obviously, there was no mention of a price reduction). When we were finally served, one person's order was missing, which had to be prepared from scratch, causing another wait (we're good friends and despite being hungry, we waited 😉). We asked for a second beer, which was finished. At the end of the dinner, they offered us a liqueur, which was appreciated, but in most places it's free regardless, so we weren't particularly impressed. Just when we thought the "misfortunes" were finally over, we got to the cashier to pay and what happened? The card at the POS ran out. Individual inconveniences can happen, but cumulatively, they made the experience disorganized. The worst thing is that there was no attempt to compensate for the inconvenience, nor even a modicum of savoir-faire on the part of the staff. The evening was pleasant, and we still had a good time, but for large groups, I would recommend carefully evaluating how reservations are handled before accepting them.

14/02/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and were delighted with the surprise. The food and wine were AMAZING. The place is super cute and well-kept, spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and smiling! Highly recommended 😍

14/04/2026: I'm fed up with the fact that every time I order from the drive-thru or take the bag inside, they always forget something, and above all the place inside is dirty.

09/04/2026: I like this place, but very often when I come in the evening, the ice cream machine magically stops working. I honestly tell myself, "We all know that this machine always has problems at a certain time." The question naturally arises: "Why bother if it doesn't actually serve anything?" Unfortunately, it sucks to clean it. But the employees are paid to work, not to mistreat regular customers. I hope someone reads our complaints sooner or later. Goodbye. P.S.: If the staff doesn't want to interact with customers, they can find another profession.
