13/12/2025: Ordered from Deliveroo. I understand it's a Saturday night, but the quality was truly mediocre. We ordered the "meatballs with their sauces," a huge mess with all four sauces mixed together with the meatballs and some hard fries not listed on the menu. However, to my taste, the sauces tasted like two: ketchup and mayonnaise. The flavor of the meat was not at all pleasant, I don't know if it was due to the "four" different sauces mixed together or because the quality of the meat was questionable. The other two rolls ordered didn't have any good sauce. We called the restaurant and were told they don't send sauces separately for home deliveries. Sushi restaurants have been sending their customers soy sauce for years, even though it's liquid. Using separate containers for thick sauces shouldn't be a problem, especially considering the prices aren't fast food, but restaurant-style.

27/11/2025: A gem, hard to find in downtown Novara, but worth it and completely worth it. A spectacular sandwich; I've had few that were this tasty and good. Divine appetizers; eating here satisfies, fills you up, yet remains light and easy to digest. Everything is positive, everything is wonderful. Thanks, guys.

17/01/2026: I only go to the mc drive, often but I'm fed up, every time something is missing or there are wrong things inside, I ALWAYS LEAVE BETWEEN 30/50 EUROS AND IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME STORY EVERY TIME, ABSURD ONE PAYS A LOT OF MONEY AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE A WRONG, AND DON'T REPLY TO ME WITH APOLOGIES BECAUSE I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR EXCUSES, TEACH THE STAFF HOW TO WORK BECAUSE IT'S NOT POSSIBLE AND WHAT THE HECK.

15/01/2026: Dirt reigns supreme: tables are always dirty and no one ever cleans them. If you ask, they tell you they can't and you have to move! The floor is even worse, it's disgusting. The tables are too close to the seats and there's no way to move them. It's suffocating to eat with the table crushing your stomach. Furthermore, if you have mobility issues like me, it's really uncomfortable. I'd also like to know what HACCP rules require placing the two measly napkins you're given on the tray, under all the food, directly in contact with it. If someone is allergic or intolerant to any of the foods that come into contact with it, they risk contamination. Furthermore, if you ask for more, they're brought to you by the same person who may have just touched the food, doors, cash register, or money. Despite the clientele consisting of young people and children, there's no cheerfulness in the atmosphere; it's sad; even the staff never smiles. About the food: I think if you have the nerve to charge more than €4 for a bag of fries, you should at least declare and guarantee the weight! Instead, they're thrown in random handfuls onto red cardboard; they're often cold, and getting back to the hygiene issue, it's illogical that they're placed in an unsealed container that leaves them in contact with the tray and other items on top.
