04/01/2025: The rooms should be lacking in cleanliness and general decorum, a nice freshening up and a little adjustment to the bathroom wouldn't be bad.
The offer of burgers is excellent, the fries are delicious; very friendly and nice staff.
03/01/2025: Very good value for money, sandwiches above expectations, really delicious.
Service a little slow, due to the presence of only 2 people (1 at the register and 1 at the stove) we waited about 30 minutes before the order arrived. Despite this however, friendly and helpful.
Very nice and themed place, developed on two floors, we ate on the ground floor, unfortunately the room was a little cold due to the continuous opening and closing of the door. Overall a nice place to eat good sandwiches without spending too much, recommended, we will definitely return.😊

05/01/2025: Nice hamburger shop, ideal for an informal dinner. The burgers are large, tasty and with a wide choice of combinations. The fries are also excellent, crunchy and well made. Fair prices for the quality offered. Overall, a pleasant experience.

22/12/2024: I had to revise my review to the negative after having dinner last night. Thirty minutes to get the order after other people at two nearby tables, who arrived later, received their drinks before us. Furthermore, my dish arrived with a sauce that went from pink to orange on the outside, probably due to having been exposed to too much air.

24/12/2024: Large and spacious restaurant, I was able to keep the dog under the table and they brought me a bowl of water; good food at roadhouse standards. I had a great time, thank you!
16/12/2024: I won't talk about the food, since Roadhouse is a very good chain in my opinion, but what makes Lipomo Roadhouse special are the clerks. I went twice and both times I was greeted by extremely kind and helpful shop assistants and waitresses. Thank you very much ❤️

21/12/2024: If I could I would give 0 stars because there is always something wrong: orders mixed up, cold food, wrong products... not to mention the endless waits and the general indifference of those who work there, albeit, apparently, reluctantly!! I'm not asking for much but the minimum would be appreciated
Disappointing, I won't go there again
21/12/2024: Very disappointing experience, terrible service at the Drive... as was also found inside the restaurant.
Endless waits especially in the McCafé part which is as if it wasn't considered by the staff.
Staff and venue management not up to par!

26/11/2024: Third time in a row that payments don't work, and the MC app doesn't work, we go to the totem. We tried to choose the surprises in the happy meal but they didn't exist exactly like the previous ones which sold out on the second day. Do you think they take away the possibility of selecting the surprise? Of course not. Luckily in the last few days I picked up the phone to ask if they were there and the answer was they're coming again on Tuesday, today is Tuesday and they're not there. In order not to receive the books as a "surprise" like last time, let's order something else. The waiter arrives with the wrong order,
kindly change it with the right one, it's cold.

07/09/2024: Purtroppo la nostra esperienza è stata molto negativa. Il locale è molto affollato è veramente ben tenuto il servizio è ottimo e non c’è niente da dire. Purtroppo il frappè che ha preso mia figlia era variato perché il latte probabilmente ha avuto un colpo di calore fatto sta che poi mia figlia è stata male tutta la notte anche per per due giorni seguenti abbiamo dovuto chiamare il Pediatra quindi purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata molto negativa
31/08/2024: Vinimos a Babi por pasteles una tarde. Era lindo por dentro, con una bonita decoración rosa, floral, y la caja 'Babi' era divertida para una foto. Las bebidas eran agradables y bien presentadas. Ambos comimos chocolate blanco y tarta de queso de frambuesa. Resulta que era una rebanada de tarta de queso de vainilla con salsa de chocolate blanco y frambuesas frescas encima. No es lo que esperábamos, pero sigue siendo sabroso.

29/12/2024: Dopo parecchio tempo siamo tornati a cenare lì in famiglia. Quasi 10 minuti di attesa perché all'ingresso non c'era nessuno. Una volta seduti abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi la ragazza per ordinare. Le bevande sono arrivate dopo più di 20 minuti e solo dopo aver sollecitato (assurdo davvero), i famosi nachos non sono mai arrivati.
Il cibo quasi freddo anche se la qualità onestamente non è male.
Le ragazze e i ragazzi in sala passano più tempo a parlare fra loro nella zona bibite che in sala con i clienti. Il responsabile? Onestamente chiamarlo così è anche troppo.
Da rivedere assolutamente il personale, questi secondo me i motivi che rendono quasi vuoto il parcheggio all'esterno!!!
28/10/2024: Sono stato con la mia famiglia a cena con formula ribes all you can eat,nulla da dire sul cibo. Appena entrati si nota subito la differenza di temperatura (si stava molto meglio fuori) all' interno si percepiva davvero un freddo fastidioso. Personale disorganizzato e spaesato. Responsabile alla cassa, pieno di se e poco attento alle richieste del cliente. Chiesto più volte tovaglioli.....mai arrivati, più giri di costine fredde e rimandate indietro. Bisogna puntare su personale qualificato e con voglia di fare questo mestiere.

17/08/2024: ci sono stato ieri, cibo solito del mc tutto normale ma un punto a sfavore è che si vede che questo mc è vecchio non mi è stato possibile ordinare in app quindi usare le offerete in app.
il personale litigava tra di loro, la dirigente scortese con i clienti e con il propio personale.
bagno dei maschi superiori e guasto.
