12/07/2026: A truly disappointing experience. We spent over €50 for two burgers, and the value for money is absolutely unjustifiable. My burger was practically inedible: the meat tasted burnt and completely ruined the meal. The overall taste of the sandwiches was also very disappointing.
The portions of fries were truly meager, especially considering the prices. Finally, a €2.50 coffee seemed excessive.
The only positive note was the waiters, who were kind and helpful throughout the evening. Unfortunately, however, the staff's courtesy wasn't enough to make up for the terrible quality of the food. Personally, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it: there are burger joints that offer much better products at much more reasonable prices.
28/06/2026: The burgers are first-class. Probably the best burger I've ever had. The beer is also worth trying—it's fantastic. The service is top-notch. I highly recommend it.

11/05/2026: My friend and I had dinner last Saturday night. The food was very good and the wait was short. The blue-eyed waitress was super kind and helpful. We'll be back soon!

You ask for a wording on the receipt, they say "OK," and then they ask for another.

26/12/2025: Best place to eat Halal food. It’s easily accessible from both Como and Lecco Area.
Their best signature burger is Mega Chicken Parmaggiano and then Naan Tikka grill is the second best. Just try these two , you will thank me Later

15/05/2026: We went to McDonald's in Appiano yesterday around 7:00 PM, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
The restaurant was visibly dirty, both in the dining room and in the bathrooms (the men's room was in terrible condition).
We ordered three menus, and everything arrived cold. We returned fries and sandwiches from one menu, but the staff didn't even apologize, displaying a lackadaisical attitude.
Furthermore, three kiosks were blocked by a printer error, creating further confusion. I understand the crowds and the promotions, but this is precisely why we need to be more organized.
Unfortunately, hygiene comes first for us, and we won't be returning.
14/05/2026: They haven't made milkshakes for a long time because they say the machine is broken and it won't be repaired.

We waited 20 minutes to be served, standing at the counter without anyone explaining why we had to wait. People kept cutting in line to get their orders.
The staff seemed completely overwhelmed, even though there weren't many customers!
We finally got our order without a single apology. They barely even looked at us.
The wrap was very average. The fries were good.
13/07/2026: By far the worst Mac in Europe. I always visit at least one in a given city. It's a disgrace, poorly cleaned, and there's no air conditioning or ventilation on the first floor. I don't recommend it!

28/04/2026: One of the most disgusting Mc Donald's we've ever eaten. I went for lunch today with my girlfriend, we waited 25 minutes even though the restaurant was empty. Plus, the sandwiches were disgusting and tasted like cardboard. I ate at 3 PM and it's still in my stomach.
I'll never go back.
12/04/2026: 1:46 PM, nothing has arrived yet... it's the second time... the first time. After a 20-minute wait, we noticed my sandwich was cold and I was alone waiting on the balcony... everything else was still missing...

Cocinado a la perfección. ¡Incluso nos hizo panqueques sin gluten! ¡El ambiente es tan encantador que no encontrarás nada igual en ningún otro lugar! La tienda ofrece ropa hermosa y joyas. Pero sobre todo, sentirás el amor y el cuidado que te ofrece la dueña, Babi. Nos sentimos como una familia cuando nos marchamos. Realmente le damos a este restaurante y a Babi 10/10.
09/06/2025: Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb, die Schwestern waren super sympathisch. Das Essen war exzellent, der Kaffee sah nicht nur toll aus (rosa), sondern hat auch fabelhaft geschmeckt. Das Restaurant ist toll eingerichtet, man kann sogar shoppen. Ich würde jedes Mal wieder herkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

04/03/2025: Dopo anni di assenza dovute essenzialmente al pessimo servizio ed alla poca attenzione nella cucina ci siamo ricascati. Domenica un famigliare dice perché non provare nuovamente… Disastro, uno dei manager, quelli con la camicia nera ha il fare e l’aspetto di una persona sempre imbufalita i tempi di attesa sono biblici, mentre i moltissimi camerieri chiacchierano e perdono tempo, si sperava almeno nella cucina, costata al sangue servita cottissima Hamburger freddi i camerieri neppure una volta si sono interessati se tutto andava bene. Ma nessun problema passeranno altri anni prima di tornarci o forse No.
01/03/2025: Sono un cliente abituato di questo locale e mi trovo sempre bene, l'unica cosa che vorrei sapere e : ma se il venerdì sera ci sono le ciken wings in offerta a 10 euro. Perche io le ho pagate a prezzo pieno senza nessuno sconto?

17/12/2023: Pagando alla cassa la cassiera applica lo sconto però mi fa pagare intero importo togliendo la parte bassa dello scontrino. Alla mia richiesta mi rifà lo scontrino con prezzo intero e non restituisce la parte mancante. Mancano i tovaglioli, abbonda la scortesia.

26/10/2023: ASSURDO. Sono stata lì oggi ho fatto una semplice ordinazione i mc nuggets spicy e un croissant al pistacchio. Morale della favola? Una volta tornata a casa aprendo il sacchetto mi sono trovata i mc nuggets normali e un croissant alla crema. Controllate sempre sul posto.
