11/11/2025: I have been here before 2 years ago.
I wasn't expecting anything special, I ordered a chicken burger.
That was the best burger I ever tasted, it was all made in house from the breads to the chicken.
I have been wanting to come back ever since.
I finally made it back and let me tell you it was good as I remember..
The potato dippers are hand cut and made, not oily and so crisp.
The burger was exquisite, I had chicken the fillings inside the burger were judged so well.
It's clear they love food and what they do, it shows.
It is the greatest burger I have ever tried and the postage dippers are excellent.
Also tried the chicken with chilli starter most excellent.
Will be back in a year !! Till then if your thinking about trying this place don't..
Just do it !

18/10/2025: The staff were really rude and unfriendly, even the manager, it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
10/10/2025: I ordered a chicken cutlet from the menu for €14.90 (which tasted more like boiled than grilled) and filtered water (which is obviously the new trend in restaurants). On the bill, I found a menu I didn't order for €19.90. When I asked for an explanation, I was told they did this to get me to pay less (!!!), because otherwise I would have had to pay a cover charge (maybe €2) and water (€2.90!!!!). Personally, I thought it was a scam. Never again.

13/09/2025: Ironically, the worst aspect of the place is the bathroom, which, given the volume of customers in a fast food restaurant, is always guaranteed to be dirty. However, aside from the wait, which was indeed quite long (it was peak time anyway), at least half an hour, the quality is 100% worth it, both for the fries and the burgers, and the prices are extremely competitive.

15/10/2025: I think this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life... I never leave a negative review, but honestly, the management needs to do something... Arriving for a McDonald's coffee in the morning around 11am, you have to queue up for your drinks, then queue up a second time on the other side of the restaurant if you've decided to get a bite to eat. No one is in place, you wait, wait, wait, the manager goes around in circles with the tickets, but nothing comes out of the kitchen, even though there aren't many of us... We're not talking about friendliness, OK, we don't speak Italian, but no one speaks to us at all. The toilets are disastrous, the door doesn't lock in the women's toilets, and the men's toilets are locked, and even if you enter the code, you can't get in. No one seems to care. In short, a very, very bad experience. There's work to be done to get things back on track.
14/09/2025: Manager not willing to hear out our inconvenience! It’s just money in their heads!
We ordered food for 3, we pay but no receipt came out of the ordering booth! Card was not charged, so we considered the order has not been processed!
We order from app, took the food and eat!
Once we finished, we observed that money were payed from account for first order too!
We went to staff to explain, but they say they can not do anything, because they already waste the food to garbage!
We left with 28 euro spent on Mc Donald’s process failures, and no competent people to speak to!
Disappointed about the treatment from the stuff from this branch!
Food was the same delicios Mc!

15/10/2025: It's always nice to go to Burgerama. Friendly staff, excellent sandwiches, and amazing wings!
Also a great place for a birthday party, with a kids' play area!

02/11/2025: I have to admit: I love McDonald's, even though I shouldn't.
There are always interesting new additions to the menu, and my favorite remains the Filet-O-Fish... too bad they don't sell it after 11 pm!
But there are also some weaknesses: the fries are often cold and become truly inedible, and more than once they've forgotten napkins or sauces.
We almost always get drive-thru, so I don't know what the service is like inside, but takeout leaves a bit to be desired.
Two stars less only because eating greasy, cold fries without even a napkin isn't exactly the best.
31/10/2025: Very slow service. 30 minute wait for a snack.

06/11/2025: The food is good, but it's the umpteenth time an item has been missing from the order.
They won't refund me because they say I didn't check to make sure everything was there.
In the past, I never had to check to make sure everything was there because I've never had problems with orders at other McDonald's locations, but at this one in Como-Tavernola, you always have to check to make sure they haven't forgotten anything.
If you don't do this, you're the one who loses if the order is incomplete.
People don't have the time or inclination to check to make sure everything is there. If you can't guarantee me good service, I won't come again.

06/07/2025: ¡¡¡Nos encantó el restaurante de Babi!!! La comida es simplemente deliciosa! Cocinado a la perfección. ¡Incluso nos hizo panqueques sin gluten! ¡El ambiente es tan encantador que no encontrarás nada igual en ningún otro lugar! La tienda ofrece ropa hermosa y joyas. Pero sobre todo, sentirás el amor y el cuidado que te ofrece la dueña, Babi. Nos sentimos como una familia cuando nos marchamos. Realmente le damos a este restaurante y a Babi 10/10.
09/06/2025: Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb, die Schwestern waren super sympathisch. Das Essen war exzellent, der Kaffee sah nicht nur toll aus (rosa), sondern hat auch fabelhaft geschmeckt. Das Restaurant ist toll eingerichtet, man kann sogar shoppen. Ich würde jedes Mal wieder herkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

04/03/2025: Dopo anni di assenza dovute essenzialmente al pessimo servizio ed alla poca attenzione nella cucina ci siamo ricascati. Domenica un famigliare dice perché non provare nuovamente… Disastro, uno dei manager, quelli con la camicia nera ha il fare e l’aspetto di una persona sempre imbufalita i tempi di attesa sono biblici, mentre i moltissimi camerieri chiacchierano e perdono tempo, si sperava almeno nella cucina, costata al sangue servita cottissima Hamburger freddi i camerieri neppure una volta si sono interessati se tutto andava bene. Ma nessun problema passeranno altri anni prima di tornarci o forse No.
01/03/2025: Sono un cliente abituato di questo locale e mi trovo sempre bene, l'unica cosa che vorrei sapere e : ma se il venerdì sera ci sono le ciken wings in offerta a 10 euro. Perche io le ho pagate a prezzo pieno senza nessuno sconto?

17/12/2023: Pagando alla cassa la cassiera applica lo sconto però mi fa pagare intero importo togliendo la parte bassa dello scontrino. Alla mia richiesta mi rifà lo scontrino con prezzo intero e non restituisce la parte mancante. Mancano i tovaglioli, abbonda la scortesia.

26/10/2023: ASSURDO. Sono stata lì oggi ho fatto una semplice ordinazione i mc nuggets spicy e un croissant al pistacchio. Morale della favola? Una volta tornata a casa aprendo il sacchetto mi sono trovata i mc nuggets normali e un croissant alla crema. Controllate sempre sul posto.
