06/02/2025: Very nice place in the center of Como. Unfortunately, the extraction of fumes and odors from the kitchen necessarily needs to be checked, as does the regulation of the internal temperature because it was really excessively hot. Wide range of burgers and dishes from the kitchen, friendly service but too long waiting times. Price certainly not low, but I would say average.
24/01/2025: Fries superb. Family liked the burgers. Cheese cake was not bad.

24/12/2024: The staff is friendly and available for any need. If you want to treat yourself to a treat for your palate, always considering the genre, this is the right place. I really prefer it to other fast food chains. The restaurant is large with an area intended for children which allows you to eat peacefully

27/01/2025: Abbiamo prenotato per una cena in famiglia in modo semplice e veloce tramite il link scegliendo la fascia oraria. Devo dire che ci siamo seduti e dopo c.a venti minuti è arrivato il cibo, servizio davvero cordiale e veloce. Angolo tranquillo e abbastanza riservato dentro le panche / carrozza che al mio bimbo è piaciuto tantissimo. I bimbi sono coccolati con tovaglietta, pastelli e regalino menù apprezzatissimo. Personalmente ho scelto un panino no meat buonissimo con hamburger vegetale insalata pomodoro e salsa di guacamole! Ottimo lo consiglio, con patatine dippers!
26/01/2025: Valida alternativa al Mac ma qualitativamente superiore. Il prezzo superiore è giustificato anche da un ottimo ed efficiente servizio. Torno sicuramente

15/02/2025: Not happy with the staff. My number disappeared from the Tv and when I asked what is happening I was rudely told "When it's ready we call". I said it's no longer in Preparing section, the same was repeated back to. Very unpleasant.
14/02/2025: Finally, in Como, this McDonald's was renovated 🔥It was in a terrible state and was spoiling the reputation of the city😍

23/01/2025: I paid at the cash register, and the same person, after having handled the money, prepared the sandwiches for me... Zero hygiene!
The thing that made me angry is that, when I pointed out the unhygienic behavior, the "boy" also said that he had done nothing wrong.... He gave me the change and helped the "cook" by putting , with his dirty hands, the slices in my sandwich... I paid, I went out and threw what I paid into the bin!
23/01/2025: I only go for breakfast...
Every time I ask for something salty the answer is always the same NO and soon..
Next time I will come for breakfast in the afternoon..

12/02/2025: Very bad. 20 minutes for a snack with ice cream and cappuccino. Despite repeated reminders, they didn't care. And the place was also half empty. Never again!!
11/02/2025: Good food but worse service. Empty restaurant, order at 4pm. The order arrived after half an hour. Not to mention the service at the bar where there are employees walking around without caring about the customers. Scandalous. Worse than this I don't know if there is a worse service.

28/12/2024: Cambio di location ma Babi è sempre Babi. Mi è mancata tantissimo in questi mesi di chiusura per cambio locale. Sono andata con mia figlia ed un suo amico per una cioccolata calda. Io e Luca abbiamo preso la classica mentre mua Rebecca quella bianca che da Babi è rosa: entrambe sempre buonissime.
La location non è più tutta rosa come quella della vecchia ma ha mantenuto l'arredamento del locale a cui è subentrata: elegante con tavoli di legno, poltroncine e divanetti. Vendono anche abiti.
Devo tornarci al più presto con mio marito che adora la cioccolata di Babi che, per noi, è la migliore in tutta Como.
27/12/2024: Mi spiace fare questa recensione ma il locale è cambiato completamente da quando si è trasferito cambiando completamente le origini. Il bar sembra un negozio, infatti si può acquistare l'arredamento, idea particolare. Peccato perché il vecchio Babi era tutto rosa, più grande e fantastico!

29/12/2024: Dopo parecchio tempo siamo tornati a cenare lì in famiglia. Quasi 10 minuti di attesa perché all'ingresso non c'era nessuno. Una volta seduti abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi la ragazza per ordinare. Le bevande sono arrivate dopo più di 20 minuti e solo dopo aver sollecitato (assurdo davvero), i famosi nachos non sono mai arrivati.
Il cibo quasi freddo anche se la qualità onestamente non è male.
Le ragazze e i ragazzi in sala passano più tempo a parlare fra loro nella zona bibite che in sala con i clienti. Il responsabile? Onestamente chiamarlo così è anche troppo.
Da rivedere assolutamente il personale, questi secondo me i motivi che rendono quasi vuoto il parcheggio all'esterno!!!
28/10/2024: Sono stato con la mia famiglia a cena con formula ribes all you can eat,nulla da dire sul cibo. Appena entrati si nota subito la differenza di temperatura (si stava molto meglio fuori) all' interno si percepiva davvero un freddo fastidioso. Personale disorganizzato e spaesato. Responsabile alla cassa, pieno di se e poco attento alle richieste del cliente. Chiesto più volte tovaglioli.....mai arrivati, più giri di costine fredde e rimandate indietro. Bisogna puntare su personale qualificato e con voglia di fare questo mestiere.

17/08/2024: ci sono stato ieri, cibo solito del mc tutto normale ma un punto a sfavore è che si vede che questo mc è vecchio non mi è stato possibile ordinare in app quindi usare le offerete in app.
il personale litigava tra di loro, la dirigente scortese con i clienti e con il propio personale.
bagno dei maschi superiori e guasto.
