05/03/2025: Questo posto è perfetto se ti piacciono hamburger di qualità. Materie prime ottime con abbinamenti di contorni golosi. Il servizio è celere, accurato e il locale si presenta pulito e curato. La qualità si paga, non aspettatevi prezzi da fast food. Consiglio vivamente di provarlo.
Non ho dato il massimo della valutazione solo per il bagno che meriterebbe più attenzione per la pulizia.
04/03/2025: Ottima cena con amici, accompagnati da squisiti hamburger e birre spillate alla perfezione!
Il tutto concluso con un dessert delizioso.
Consigliato anche per coppie.

16/03/2025: Very nice atmosphere, very poor service. First they forgot to book our table, then a very long wait to order. Once this was pointed out, the waiter taking orders served two other tables who arrived later. The food is low in quantity compared to the cost and the quality doesn't leave much to be desired either.

21/03/2025: Absurd costs (14 euros for 6 mozzarella sticks and a medium beer). Small portions and quite poor service with the waiters having to come back twice to ask for confirmation of our complicated order (one dish each and a drink).
Once upon a time, the old wild west was a valid alternative, shame for those who decided to ruin it
A plus to the environment for the talent of a girl who came to sing live who at least cheered up the evening with her splendid voice

22/02/2025: Excellent sandwiches at an affordable price. Large space for children. Here you eat sandwiches made with REAL bread and REAL chips (not like in other fast food restaurants). Advised
24/12/2024: The staff is friendly and available for any need. If you want to treat yourself to a treat for your palate, always considering the genre, this is the right place. I really prefer it to other fast food chains. The restaurant is large with an area intended for children which allows you to eat peacefully

12/03/2025: Kind and attentive staff. Very good food. A positive note is the optional choice with which type of sugar or sweetener to sweeten the drinks.
The only negative note is the car park with few parking spaces which I had to park about 250 meters further on at non-peak times.
14/02/2025: I ordered via deliveroo and half of the orders did not arrive after more than an hour of waiting, you should be ashamed of your inability

07/03/2025: As an expert also on American cuisine, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best burgers I have ever tasted, accompanied by its fantastic fries. The place has a typically American atmosphere, which I love. I will definitely return without hesitation.

The flavor is always recognisable: soft bread, unmistakable sauces and perfectly grilled meat. The fries, crunchy and salty to the right degree, are perhaps the best among fast food restaurants. Breakfast was also excellent

13/03/2025: It was a long time since my last burger here and I don’t thin will come back soon.
I ordered one of the biggest. Double burger. Bacon. Large combo. 10 euros. It was a super mini beef. A disgrace. Small, dry and cold. It kills your desire for a burger. Tje “large fries” came in a large basket almost empty. The drink was the only thing as it should be. Coca Cola can’t miss. I cannot understand how the company still has success. The burgers are really the worse you can get.

28/12/2024: Cambio di location ma Babi è sempre Babi. Mi è mancata tantissimo in questi mesi di chiusura per cambio locale. Sono andata con mia figlia ed un suo amico per una cioccolata calda. Io e Luca abbiamo preso la classica mentre mua Rebecca quella bianca che da Babi è rosa: entrambe sempre buonissime.
La location non è più tutta rosa come quella della vecchia ma ha mantenuto l'arredamento del locale a cui è subentrata: elegante con tavoli di legno, poltroncine e divanetti. Vendono anche abiti.
Devo tornarci al più presto con mio marito che adora la cioccolata di Babi che, per noi, è la migliore in tutta Como.
27/12/2024: Mi spiace fare questa recensione ma il locale è cambiato completamente da quando si è trasferito cambiando completamente le origini. Il bar sembra un negozio, infatti si può acquistare l'arredamento, idea particolare. Peccato perché il vecchio Babi era tutto rosa, più grande e fantastico!

12/02/2025: Very bad. 20 minutes for a snack with ice cream and cappuccino. Despite repeated reminders, they didn't care. And the place was also half empty. Never again!!
11/02/2025: Good food but worse service. Empty restaurant, order at 4pm. The order arrived after half an hour. Not to mention the service at the bar where there are employees walking around without caring about the customers. Scandalous. Worse than this I don't know if there is a worse service.

02/03/2025: It can't take them 15 minutes to bring a hood and a juice to the table, come on! They weren't even growing oranges...
Then it was practically empty, bah
02/03/2025: The manager was nice. It was clean and the food was good and ready quickly.
The only thing that was not positive was that people started pushing ahead (I said something to the second person who pushed forward and it was my turn) and the take away coffee was not made take away, so we had to wait extra long.

04/03/2025: Dopo anni di assenza dovute essenzialmente al pessimo servizio ed alla poca attenzione nella cucina ci siamo ricascati. Domenica un famigliare dice perché non provare nuovamente… Disastro, uno dei manager, quelli con la camicia nera ha il fare e l’aspetto di una persona sempre imbufalita i tempi di attesa sono biblici, mentre i moltissimi camerieri chiacchierano e perdono tempo, si sperava almeno nella cucina, costata al sangue servita cottissima Hamburger freddi i camerieri neppure una volta si sono interessati se tutto andava bene. Ma nessun problema passeranno altri anni prima di tornarci o forse No.
01/03/2025: Sono un cliente abituato di questo locale e mi trovo sempre bene, l'unica cosa che vorrei sapere e : ma se il venerdì sera ci sono le ciken wings in offerta a 10 euro. Perche io le ho pagate a prezzo pieno senza nessuno sconto?

17/08/2024: ci sono stato ieri, cibo solito del mc tutto normale ma un punto a sfavore è che si vede che questo mc è vecchio non mi è stato possibile ordinare in app quindi usare le offerete in app.
il personale litigava tra di loro, la dirigente scortese con i clienti e con il propio personale.
bagno dei maschi superiori e guasto.
