06/08/2024: Good quality food, poor service, waiting after the end of dinner for well over an hour: I call the guy with the Bridge piercing and the horse and pawn tattoo on his arm and he tells me wait.... more arrived at the table. But during the service he was always nice and polite. I call the curly blonde lady with long hair, annoyed she comes to the table to order the desserts not a smile or a nod of anything, the brunette girl behind the cashier with glasses arrives and clears the table for us. Notice the coffees first and then the desserts arrive. Note well, the lady with blonde curly hair also responds badly because to a question about a sandwich included with chips on the side we asked if we could change the chips and in an annoyed and arrogant tone... and no you can't if they are already there!! !!!!!! Whereupon we ordered a separate portion. I believe to do this job or any job in contact with the public you must always have a smile, whatever happens and whatever has happened to you during the day or if you woke up badly, dear curly blonde, customers always hope to find a comfortable environment. 06. 08.24

02/08/2024: Abbiamo visitato questo ristorante con la famiglia dopo il cinema. Siamo entrati verso le 20:30 e, essendo in sei, abbiamo chiesto un tavolo che imitava una carrozza. Tuttavia, ci è stato negato perché ci hanno detto che era per otto persone, non per sei. Ho fatto presente alla cameriera che era il 2 di agosto e il ristorante era mezzo vuoto; inoltre, avevano tre di questi tavoli 'carovana' e tutti e tre erano liberi. Nonostante ciò, non ci hanno permesso di sederci lì e ci hanno fatto accomodare altrove. Siamo entrati con i tre tavoli che desideravamo ancora vuoti e siamo usciti che erano ancora vuoti, come era prevedibile. Questi signori non conoscono la customer experience. Pertanto, l'attenzione al cliente è pessima.

25/08/2024: Roadhouse chain restaurant. The food is of good quality, the meat is always cooked well and of good quality. The choice of sandwiches is wide and they are really good.

26/11/2024: Sono venuto assieme a mio fratello, il quale non ha avuto problemi, e mio padre, che ha chiesto per il pepe e gli è arrivato sale e olio e quando ha notato che il pepe non c'era lo ha chiesto nuovamente al cameriere, che ha fatto finta di cercarlo sul bancone e poi se n'è andato, lasciando la tagliata insipida. A noi hanno dato un tavolo in una sala con uno schermo che ricopriva tutta la parete, con luminosità eccessiva e colori troppo accesi e saturati, che ci ha costretti ad andare via perché non riuscivo più a sopportare la luce (quando habbiamo detto al personale che c'era troppa luce non hanno detto neanche un "a"). Per essere un ristorante che dovrebbe rivisitare i locali del selvaggio west, è troppo ricco di luci accese e schermi (giganti come quello che ho già menzionato, o della dimensione di un tablet) e di personale incompetente. Il cibo non era male, ma questo mi ha fatto passare la fame. Lo consiglio se volete rischiare di perdere la vista e se amate pasti insipidi.

26/11/2024: Third time in a row that payments don't work, and the MC app doesn't work, we go to the totem. We tried to choose the surprises in the happy meal but they didn't exist exactly like the previous ones which sold out on the second day. Do you think they take away the possibility of selecting the surprise? Of course not. Luckily in the last few days I picked up the phone to ask if they were there and the answer was they're coming again on Tuesday, today is Tuesday and they're not there. In order not to receive the books as a "surprise" like last time, let's order something else. The waiter arrives with the wrong order, kindly change it with the right one, it's cold.

02/12/2024: Ordered 2 menus. I only get one sandwich. When I point this out with receipt in hand, the manager questions my good faith. Then he tells me it's okay, I'll give it to him anyway!?!?
