01/04/2024: They are weekly customers (luckily for Legnano, excellent service).
Today we found ourselves in Busto Garolfo near the Coop and we stopped, never had it been worse.
After ordering more than €50 with two receipts, I was delivered the two horribly ordered ice creams, melted, two fingers of ice cream and 4 sneakers.
Having said that, we asked the girl who served you for explanations, and shortly after the manager showed up and started screaming in front of everyone, saying that the girl followed the procedure!!!
But what procedure? Treat customers badly??!!
My family ate the rest after 20 minutes, even though no one was there, everything arrived cold, sauces missing as it was finished, and I left the ice cream because it disgusted me to look at it... never happened!!!!
Having said that, I will definitely not come again, but I advise you to train the staff on how to respond and treat the customer.
Courtesy and education is the basis!!!

26/03/2024: Traveling on a motorbike with a handful of friends. Angus I chose ok, very unlikely though, the ordered weight (370gr). I guess at a rough estimate there is around 200g on the plate and this, in my opinion, is a bit disappointing. The cost is fair, commensurate with the 200g eaten. Of course, we could discuss it forever without having scales in tow as a proof of 9, but, as a meat expert, I rely a lot on my perception.
20/03/2024: Characteristic and well-kept place with a beautiful outdoor area where you can eat in the summer.
The menu is rich and very customizable for all tastes.
The waiters are friendly and competent.
The quality of the food is medium/high.

I don't think I'll go back, paid so much for 3 people, 80 euros and with inedible meat

13/03/2024: It has now almost become a weekly habit to go there! Exceptional staff, young but very dynamic and on point. The "Boss" is a really nice person who willingly stops to have a chat with customers also to give advice and make considerations (it was like this with me/us). The place deviates a bit from the classic fastfood scheme, I almost had the feeling of being in a restaurant in the classic sense of the term. TOP food and quality! What can I say, I'll go back and I'll gladly go back as a couple or with friends, so I can only recommend it, you won't regret it!
05/03/2024: TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! Such poor attention to customers and arrogance on the part of the manager is not possible.... good lunch but we really don't have any staff 😱

06/04/2024: BAD service. We just left without eating. 40 minutes of waiting with the drink already out of gas and hot and people who had arrived a quarter of an hour after us were served first. And there were 2 of us with 2 small children, one of which was 10 months old, nothing arrived. SHAMEFUL.
03/04/2024: Last night my husband and I took the cockerel....it had a bad expression, it seemed to have been reheated twice....in fact the meat was a bit tough...I wanted to call the waitress...but my husband avoided it for Don't make a scene but in any case it doesn't stop me from writing a negative review... we were sick all night... the thing that pisses me off is that we spent 53 Euros... We don't go stealing....

05/04/2024: Typical, beautiful and well-kept place. The top waiter, very knowledgeable and kind. Smooth service.
I didn't find a good value for money with really small portions not to mention practically no side dish. Asking seven euros for those desserts is truly excessive, very normal both in taste and presentation. Our table was wobbly, the waiter noticed it and told us he would straighten it out but at the end of dinner the table remained as it was. Too bad, a lapse in style. Then well, you look out the window and you're on the canals, everything is forgiven.
04/04/2024: Had a nice meal there with friends, but wasn't as impressed as I had expected to be with the various meats. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable.

Improbable waiting times and a discarded sandwich in the microwave... nothing to add I would say.
