We tried several starters, they were all good but common.
I really liked the sandwiches, I love truffles so I absolutely had to try "ANGUS SPECIAL" with black truffle, fried egg and crispy bacon. Really special.
The staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the staff was not competent, in fact it was incorrect and items that should not have been there were debited from the account.
At the beginning of dinner I ask the waiter if it was possible to change the sauce of a sandwich,
The waiter says that it is not possible to make changes to the menu but if they wanted they could bring me a separate sauce, instead of the one that was present in the sandwich.
Rereading the bill, the separate sauce that was supposed to replace the original one was charged.
In addition to this, others happened during dinner that make me say that the service is really bad.
I'm not surprised to have found the place practically empty.

06/04/2024: The meat quality of the tomahawk was incredibly good! It was the recommendation of our Albanian professional who works in service there. This person is hard to beat when it comes to friendliness. Even 5 days after the first visit, he could remember everything we ate there on the first evening, without exception. Despite the large number of restaurants in Bergamo, we deliberately chose this restaurant a second time for our final dinner on the last evening. On the second evening, all the recommendations were excellent.

18/03/2024: Dirty bathrooms, incompetence in serving the table, staff who are not at all attentive to the customer. I will never eat in this mac again.

03/04/2024: I had the tomino with vegetables, I always had it last year but unfortunately this time I think it will be the last time I will have food in this place.
Cold Tomino (I live two minutes away) both inside and outside, of a tiny size, as for the courgettes I think the photo speaks for itself.
I'm sorry I spent money to still have to cook something.

I was last Sunday morning for a coffee with friends at 10.45am they no longer had coffee cups and they served it in paper cups. I dare say something indecent. This is not the fault of the staff, but of the managers who remove the staff to save money and obviously the service becomes terrible. I'm very sorry because most Sundays I go there to drink a good coffee with friends.

04/04/2024: Good location and above average McDonald's taste, but not particularly clean and few seats due to the small size.
02/04/2024: Attention!! Public place without cameras! I "lost" my wallet in there during my twenty minute stay for lunch.
The place was half empty but none of the staff were able to help me.
I left with so many doubts, I will never return!

Decent food: bacon not crispy but simply cooked.
Carbonated tap water like ferrarelle, slightly sparkling.
Chic environment.
Be careful of the tables near the wall of plants: full of midges.

01/04/2024: We were in Pavia for a football tournament and we took the opportunity to eat at Smokey's. Nice, charming atmosphere. The menu is varied, but we went with the classic: giant hamburger and 500g Italian ribeye. The meat was perfect; sublime level of cooking, both for the rib and for the 400g hamburger. Sauces are available on every table. The service was slightly slow at lunch, but absolutely friendly and professional. The only flaw I found was the bottles of purified water. We sent 2 of them back because they weren't perfectly clean, or maybe they were just deteriorated. Even the glasses are a little "worn". The only flaw that does not in any way affect a truly satisfying experience. Also because eating excellent meat at the right price is becoming a challenge in Lombardy, and Smokey is absolutely the best place for quality/price. Absolutely worth visiting!
