21/07/2025: The best poke ever. I've been having it every week for over a year and a half now. The ingredients are super fresh and top-quality, especially the salmon tartare. They also have a variety of tasty treats like mochi, plantain cloves, and ice cream mochi. My all-time favorite.

08/10/2025: I ordered a Mc Crunchy menu since it was new.
The ordering kiosk was very bad, so much so that it wouldn't give me a receipt. The sandwich was completely disassembled inside the box, where the cheddar was still cold.

11/10/2025: It's the same old story every time: I order, ask for a bag, pay, and then they come with a tray to ask if I'm actually taking it away. But why ask for a bag if I'm not taking it away? Obviously, it's a waste of my time waiting to bag everything, and a waste of the person doing the prep work, even though it's a place that focuses on time optimization. The food gets cold, and people touch the food twice to put it away again. Well done!
03/10/2025: They are bad and never give the food in the bag even when asked several times. They respond rudely and annoyed…

02/10/2025: October 2, 2025, 7:30 PM I stop by McD's Drive-Thru for a sandwich before leaving. I order my menu item with ketchup. I'm already on my way. I can't go back. The bag is missing both the straw and the ketchup I paid for. It doesn't seem that difficult to deliver a complete and healthy order when you hand the bag to the customer.
18/09/2025: My experience is with drive-thru... There's a lot of staff turnover, and not all the guys at the counter are trained, and often the orders are wrong. They're also not particularly polite or friendly. Not to mention the ones who deliver the orders at the end...

09/08/2025: There are very few outlets for charging your phone in the MS, only 4 for the entire large hall. There is no wireless charging on the pages. Sometimes this makes it impossible to recharge a little.
Another thing is the toilet. There is a code on the purchase receipt that you need to use to enter the toilet, but this code does not work. For example, if you ordered food and need to go wash your hands, it is simply impossible to do this. You have to stand in line at the cashier to open the door to the toilet. Then if another person with you wants to wash their hands, you have to stand in line at the cashier again to open the door.
Please - make basic things accessible to people - washing hands before eating. You can install sinks in the hall, or introduce another system for people to get to the toilet. I hope the administration will hear this.

01/12/2024: Este fue el mayor hallazgo durante nuestra visita a Génova. Tenía antojo de algo además de la focaccia estándar y todo pesto y este lugar encajaba perfectamente con la ley. El personal es cálido y acogedor y la comida no puede ser mejor. Hay una gran variedad de sándwiches diferentes y cerveza local. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita.
16/11/2024: Los bocadillos de carne asada son increíbles. El rollo es escamoso y perfecto. Lo que se destacó sin embargo fue las 2 damas que toman su pedido y luego hacen su sándwich. Son serviciales, agradables, y simplemente muy agradable para un lugar que es tan concurrido y popular.

Es raro encontrar comida y personal tan increíble. También es súper asequible y de gran calidad. Fue tan bueno que almorcé aquí 2 días seguidos de los 3 días que estuve en Génova. Puede que vuelva aquí solo por estas increíbles damas y por supuesto por la comida.
Puedes tomar tu sándwich e ir al lado y tomar una buena copa de vino y sentarse y disfrutar de la hermosa Génova.

05/07/2024: Soy un americano que vive en Imperia Italia. . . en busca de un sabor de casa. . . el 4 de julio! . . mis amigos y yo decidimos cenar en Frank and Grace American Diner. . . ¡qué genial es este lugar! . . justo en el final o 1950 s Nueva York. . . completo con cabinas curvadas esculpidas y YHE ESTATUA DE LA LIBERTAD . . de pie en el centro del restaurante. . . nos recibieron Frank y Grace. . . ambos italianos con un amor por todo lo americano. . . las hamburguesas (llamadas así por legendarias estrellas de cine ) eran imaginativas obras maestras hechas a mano con rollos recién horneados y coberturas como el tocino abd cheddar e incluso berenjena frita! . . . su elección de Black Angus o Fasono carne de res! . . . tanto en la boca - aguante y jugoso . . acompañado de perfectas patatas fritas crujientes. . . y un BATIDO DE VAINILLA (del cielo) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . ¡PERO MEJOR! ... felicita a Frank y Grace. . . bien hecho. . . . ¡o debería decir medio raro!

02/05/2025: L’ho scoperto per caso gg prima con la family poi ci sono tornata da sola oggi e devo dire che è una bellissima scoperta : personale gentile e sorridente, cibo squisito e di ottima qualità , persino bollicine a calice ottime e molto rare da trovare così buone sé non si prende le bottiglia. Direi che ci tornerò decisamente spesso .
