06/08/2023: Come avevo precedentemente letto su google molti ristoranti di questa catena sono falliti post covid e questo è uno di quelli, scrivo solamente per far modificare le informazioni del posto su tripadvisor visto che qui risulta ancora aperto e con gli orari disponibili

14/12/2024: Nell’arco di un mese la stessa pizza è aumentata di 1 euro che non è poco da 8 a 9. E si è ridotto il condimento lasciando più bordo . Arrivata fredda

02/02/2025: PEOR SERVICIO AL CLIENTE DE LA HISTORIA! NO ES RECOMENDABLE VISITAR! SE NECESITA DE MEDIA A 1 HORA DE ESPERA ANTES DE QUE TE ASISTAN A PESAR DE QUE NO HAY MUCHOS CLIENTES DENTRO. . .

29/12/2024: Incredibile. Per andare alla toilette devi comunque consumare. Una bottiglietta d'acqua acquistata per forza. Il primo cameriere mi dice il costo. 1.40 Alla cassa 1.50 Bravi continuate così...Ottima politica .... E' disarmante questa incapacità a comprendere l'importanza della percezione reputazionale che ha il "probabile" cliente di questo ristorante. Soprattutto vorrei capire dal management di questa multinazionale quali sono le regole relazionali con la clientela Ovviamente non risponderanno. Grazie vi ho pagato l'acqua e ho fatto pipì.... Ma non metterò più piede in nessun ristorante della catena

01/11/2023: Sufficient quality. Terrible service, speechless! In response to your review: It's not a fake, don't worry ;) What should I tell you? that you were rude? That we were abandoned at the outside table while the waiters thought in a hurry to close everything at just under 10.30pm in the middle of summer? that no one came to ask if we would like anything else? that we had to get up to come and ask for a coffee because no one was there (with 3 tables) and you replied "the machine has already been cleaned, I'm sorry we can't do anything!"? You do it!

29/07/2024: Nos detuvimos por rápidamente Snack y nos topamos en este restaurante que era solo Grest. sirven comida fresca de calidad y el personal es muy amable.
