07/06/2025: Came here for breakfast all three mornings of our stay. Wide range of croissants and the chocolate and vanilla ones we had was lovely. Staff was very friendly. Outside seating area is also very nice .

09/11/2025: The rooms aren't the best. They're adequately clean. The price isn't particularly high. It's fine for a one-night stopover. The bathrooms aren't in great condition. The faucets have seen better days. I opened the minibar, which was empty, but in the darkness of the door I found a large cockroach that quickly disappeared into the darkness.
29/10/2025: Rooms are messy,dirty and old fashioned water in bathroom is cold the windows are not good its really cold in room and hair of people before us is in shower ,service doesnt speak english,Food is like some days ago…Location is trash.

11/10/2025: Not recommended. The service was unfriendly. The food was very mediocre. Poor ingredients, wrong orders. Two of our group had already finished their food before the rest of us even had it. It's a large restaurant focused solely on crowds and not on quality. The square it's on is beautiful, but I would look elsewhere for a "real" Italian restaurant, of which there are plenty in Verona.

We had dinner here today and were completely thrilled. The food was outstanding – freshly prepared, lovingly presented, and of a very high standard of taste. The value for money was also absolutely spot on: fair prices for truly excellent quality.
The service was friendly, attentive, and warm, without being intrusive. You can tell that the work here is done with passion and that the guest is the focus.
A place you'll gladly return to – whether for a cozy dinner or for a special occasion.
A clear recommendation – 5 stars!

09/11/2025: We went to breakfast with a voucher we'd been given for breakfast at a nearby apartment. When we arrived and handed the voucher to Mrs. Silvia, she was clearly annoyed. When serving us, she was a bit rude, almost annoyed by our presence.

12/10/2025: A nice enough place, but the prices are a bit excessive (€5 for a cappuccino with cream). But the prices aren't the biggest disappointment. I found the staff to be truly disrespectful and mean; they literally kicked us out of the place (which was also empty). I'm giving it one star out of kindness. Everyone was really unpleasant, except for the waiter, who was super nice.
11/10/2025: The bald waiter lied and said they only accept cash and the price is 30. When I went to the manager, I found out they accept cards and the actual price is 13.

12/09/2025: The waitress looked like she'd been raining for seven days. Unfriendly, no explanation. The order was taken, or rather, acknowledged. No questions asked if we wanted anything else... The coffee tasted good, and the drinks, if they were original, were also good.
We've been there twice now; you can have a bad day, she must have had a bad week.

12/11/2025: The croissant was excellent but the cappuccino was a little cold and ordinary.
07/11/2025: We went to this lovely place for breakfast. I'd like to point out how wonderful it was to see a smile on our faces as soon as we entered. They seated us right away, and in addition to hot drinks, we ordered freshly squeezed orange juice and some really delicious freshly made pancakes. The bill was good considering where we were. In short, we'll definitely be back. THANK YOU ❤️

30/11/2025: The woman who was cleaning the bathroom later called herself the manager of the place told me I cannot cut the line while what I did was meeting my friend who was in the line while I kept our place outside, when I explained this to her she kept yelling at me, called me uneducated, told me in Italy it doesn’t work like this while I’m studying in Italy already for 3 years. Later when I asked for my phone that was in charge she goes “of course you are charging your phone…” what is wrong with charging my phone excuse me? I don’t recommend anyone to go to this place If you don’t want to get assaulted and mocked with.
24/10/2025: Overrated, convenient cafe for its excellent location in the heart of tourist Verona... steps from the souvenir shop and steps from Juliet's....
ONLY THE LOCATION IS WORTH IT.
Terrible service...! And if two people go and only one person drinks... since my husband drinks coffee every step of the way and I don't... they wouldn't let us both use the bathroom. It was also an UNSIGHTFUL place... even to the point of taking the time to REPORT IT for its lack of hygiene and terrible location.
I JOIN THE BAD REVIEWS... since they know tourists are passing through, they don't care about attracting them as customers... but I'm not a tourist anymore... so I RECOMMEND OLIVA across from the arena... excellent service, cleanliness, accessible bathroom, and the best view...

04/10/2025: Service very friendly and nice choice of products. But too expensive. Double or triple price - tourist trap. Would buy in a supermarket.
We had two sandwiches, nothing special, bun was quite dry, expected a better quality.
