24/06/2026: Just had breakfast, two croissants, juice, and a cappuccino served at the table for €10 without a receipt. When he asked me for €10, he didn't even have the courage to look me in the face. I don't recommend it like that!!!

23/05/2026: Went in for a morning coffee - could not believe how rude & dismissive the staff were. If you want people to return to your business , try a smile and don’t slam the water glass and coffee cup onto the counter. Everywhere else we’ve experienced friendly service - not here. Don’t bother.

02/05/2026: I've been a customer for years, and when the previous owners were there, everything was different: the pastry shop was well-kept and clean, with always sparkling windows. The croissants, coffee, and pastries were excellent, and the staff was tidy, kind, and attentive. Now, with the new owners, I must unfortunately say that the situation has gotten much worse. The place is often dirty, from the windows to the coffee cups, teaspoons, and glasses, which I've found dirty several times. The quality of the products has also declined: the pastries aren't as good as they once were, and the croissants have deteriorated. The staff, moreover, can sometimes be rude and inattentive: they sometimes forget to bring orders, like coffee or tea. It's a shame because I used to come here often with my children for breakfast. I would never go back.

30/06/2026: We did our shopping here today. It's a small delicatessen, good for buying souvenirs.

13/06/2026: We went during Easter week to buy some drinks and typical Verona food, and the owners were incredibly kind. I recommend shopping there because of their friendliness and the high quality of their products. Hugs!! Thank you for everything!

22/08/2026: Terrible experience, avoid! ❌ I ordered a granita and was truly disappointed. Poor product: Coarsely crushed ice, completely separated from the syrup, and completely tasteless. Poor value for money: €5 wasted for a glass of ice. Unprofessional staff: When I mentioned this to the waiter, the response was a cold, "I can't do anything about it," with no regard for the customer. €5 for colored ice is unacceptable. I will never return.

25/07/2026: I feel like I'm repeating what's already been written in some reviews. The place and location are truly beautiful. The service is professionally terrible. You risk repeating your greeting without anyone returning it. It's also truly disgusting to see people behind the counter with their cell phones in hand; the attention to the customer is less than zero. If someone comes in and has to decide whether to sit down to consume, therefore leaving money, they take two steps back and leave the place. You need to teach your employees that if they're not happy, there are other jobs waiting for them and that this remains one of the most beautiful professions if you treat it like a profession. Otherwise, you'd better go to a factory to work.

14/07/2026: I absolutely disagree with the negative reviews. We've now been there three times during our Verona trip. The food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. The staff and owners were very friendly. I'd love to come back next year.
