03/01/2026: We waited over 20 minutes for an Aperol Spritz and a Coke. The waiter was very aggressive and unfriendly.

12/10/2025: A nice enough place, but the prices are a bit excessive (€5 for a cappuccino with cream). But the prices aren't the biggest disappointment. I found the staff to be truly disrespectful and mean; they literally kicked us out of the place (which was also empty). I'm giving it one star out of kindness. Everyone was really unpleasant, except for the waiter, who was super nice.

17/01/2026: Nice little cafe with options for sandwiches and sweets. Seating indoors and a couple of tables outside.

03/01/2026: After a wonderful stroll through Verona, around four in the afternoon, we arrive at this seemingly elegant bar. Three bartenders behind the counter don't even glance at us, until, as we were about to sit alone, one of the bartenders stops us and tells us to go upstairs, as the guys upstairs will take us to a table. The upper floor is truly charming—it is, after all, an old building—but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings of the incredibly slow staff. On a holiday, teatime isn't an option, and you can't just say they're out of stock. It's a bit like a hospital ward running out of Band-Aids. My friend selects an alternative, which is served in a dripping teapot, accompanied by a small cup and saucer without a trace of sugar, honey, or any other sweeteners. This is a bar in the historic center, mind you, and the prices aren't exactly cheap, so a certain level of service is required, certainly not that of a suburban train station. I ordered a hot chocolate flavored with cocoa and thickener for the elderly, with a viscous consistency, obviously without sugar. I went downstairs to get it myself, since after waiting ten minutes for the waiter to bring it, there wasn't even a hint of sugar. While paying, I noticed the shockingly long hair of one of the bartenders brushing the counter. A little out of place, I'd say, unhygienic. No special mention for the bathrooms, which we didn't have the honor of visiting. Apparently, previous reviews had spared us. It's not good, you risk closing down.

01/02/2026: Hello everyone To review this place in the heart of Verona. Everything is as described above with my ratings... I don't find it to be a fair value for the prices, which are, to say the least, expensive, as shown in the photos. It's true that we're in the center of Verona, but like other places, and they're certainly not like that, I've tried almost all of them. The quality is decent, but as I repeat, the table service is okay, but not the prices.

07/01/2026: The two owners have bad tempers. For one person/one drink to go to the bathroom, I can understand, I agree... etc., but there are ways and ways to clarify that you have to pay to go to the bathroom. For a child (who almost does it around the corner), a little courtesy, a little kindness, even a fake smile are enough, but then again, from two witches (no offense to the witches, but to them, yes), what can you expect... The coffee? Horrible, I would have also bought juice, snacks, and more, but in the end I left, telling the two bitches to go to hell. I don't recommend it. All the places around here are 4/5 stars, but this one is NOT.

09/10/2025: They are rude and the sandwich is worse than on other places. Also overpriced....

04/10/2025: Service very friendly and nice choice of products. But too expensive. Double or triple price - tourist trap. Would buy in a supermarket. We had two sandwiches, nothing special, bun was quite dry, expected a better quality.
