21/08/2026: Outside, the advert offers a wide selection... but inside, a small display case with only a few sandwiches, two toasted sandwiches, and a piadina... that don't look particularly fresh. And it's 1 p.m., right in the middle of lunchtime. The waitresses eat while they talk to you... almost unwelcoming.

07/08/2026: A good place near the center of Verona, good pastries, sandwiches, juices... also coffee, they also sell cigarettes, they even have tables outside... super friendly staff.

28/04/2026: Excellent pastry shop with excellent product quality. Wide selection of mini cakes, biscuits, and brioches. Fast service and good value. Anyone living in the area has the opportunity to have a good pastry shop. I recommend it.

03/08/2026: The food at the station is life-threatening. Undercooked chicken! Yuck.

02/08/2026: Visited late morning. Located right next to the cable car. Relaxed atmosphere, dogs welcome, and bowls available. The view is breathtaking. Prices are reasonable considering the exceptional location. Well-made Negronis and the option to sample local craft beers. A place that's both a lounge and also perfect for contemplating the panoramic views.

04/08/2026: The quality of the products is truly excellent, and for this reason I would gladly return. However, there is one aspect that truly left me petrified: the way the owner addresses the counter staff in front of customers. The girls carry out their work with kindness and competence, and witnessing certain attitudes towards them was truly unpleasant. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've noticed this situation. It's a shame because the pastry shop deserves it, but such an atmosphere leaves a negative impression. I hope this observation will be taken as a starting point for improvement.

03/08/2026: You can't bring your dog in, even a small one, even now that they can enter everywhere, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. etc. Unfriendly staff, never again!

23/08/2026: The waiter was ruder than any I've ever encountered. We sat down, and the first thing he told us was to remove our bottles from the table (it's 40°C in the shade, walking around without water would be crazy), but whatever... let's ignore it. A couple sat down, and the gentleman was shirtless: he was kicked out of the bar for this reason. Lastly, but only because it's chronological, two Ligurian gentlemen ordered ice cream, and the waiter's colleague told them they could sit down to eat it. He promptly came over and told them they could only eat it standing up and not sit down. Make your own assessments; it's absurdly rude.

20/08/2026: Sitting overlooking the lake, we had two well-made cappuccinos, so much so that I complimented them. I'd been there last year and the gelato was good. Now I read the reviews and am surprised by so many negative ones.

09/07/2026: I never usually write reviews, but our visit to this restaurant angered me so much that I made an exception this time. First, we were approached very actively and overly friendly, and lured into the restaurant. That was the end of the attention we received. The food was truly awful. The pasta was still rock hard and inedible. My son left everything on his plate. When we pointed this out to the waiter, we were brazenly ignored. I ordered a pizza, and it was by far the worst I have ever eaten. That's quite an achievement in Italy. Bravo! I could swear it was a frozen pizza. I could tell especially from the dough. To top it all off, they charged us for some kind of tip. When we left, the staff turned away from us without even saying goodbye. Please stay away from this place! It's a blatant rip-off!

09/07/2026: The staff became very unfriendly when we complained about the pasta at the end, as it was still very hard and undercooked. The plate was still full. They didn't even apologize. Good restaurants wouldn't charge you for not serving the ordered food properly. It's sad; we left €70 there and didn't even get a full meal. Unfortunately, we had to go to McDonald's two hours later because the children were still hungry. It's very disappointing to offer such service just because we were tourists. In the end, the waiters didn't even say goodbye, but at the beginning, they were overly friendly just to get us to eat there!

30/06/2026: The food was great, the Serrano ham and cheese pizza was delicious, the spaghetti was excellent, the service was friendly, and the beer was ice cold. 🍀 I'm so glad I ate here; it's quiet and the quality is good. I recommend it, away from the stress of the city center, and the whole place has a Romeo and Juliet theme.

16/06/2026: What a dump. Dislike is at its highest: not even a smile, not even a forced one. I almost apologize for coming in; I didn't mean to disturb. Terrible service. The only positive aspect: the convenient location. What does it offer? Practically nothing: two ice creams, among the least requested; sandwiches in the same condition, seem leftover; juices, too. I can't comment on the coffee: I didn't feel like ordering it, given the air and the (nonexistent) workload behind the counter. They're only lucky in their proximity to one of the most important hospitals in the Veneto region. For the rest: a flat ECG.

11/05/2026: Great place with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and the service was very fast. The aperitif was excellent and the price was really fair for the quality. Highly recommended!
