30/12/2025: The "polenta menu" label was the first rip-off of this obvious tourist trap. We were served runny, poor-quality polenta, with bone-filled sausage and supposedly gorgonzola that tasted like discount store spread. Wine wasn't included, prices were unjustifiable, and to top it all off, a cover charge was added, even though in Italy (and elsewhere) it's normally included on the menu. All this while non-Italian-speaking staff took the trouble to explain to Italians what "menu" means and what it's supposed to include. Surreal. Now that you know, avoid!
30/12/2025: I ordered polenta with sausage from the set menu, assuming it was a one-course meal. The portion I received was so small it wouldn't have fed even a child, but that's a good thing, because it wasn't good anyway, and I struggled to finish it. I'll just say I found pieces of bone in the sausage. They also charged us a cover charge, which shouldn't be a standard fare for a set menu, and when we mentioned it, they lectured us, asking if we'd ever been to the restaurant before. Chinese-owned and Indian staff prepare Italian dishes, even saving on polenta, which is ridiculously expensive. Change your profession, it's better.

15/12/2025: If you're looking for a coffee, don't come here. It's a really shabby bar, run by very young people, with a limited selection of desserts. It's more of a place to grab a beer, and they charged us something we hadn't ordered, and the price wasn't even listed on the menu. If you're looking for something nice, avoid this bar.

08/11/2025: Terrible experience: despite the reservation, the tables weren't set on time, but this problem was resolved anyway. The problem was the Aperol Spritz carafes with no Spritz and only ice! It's a shame because I had brought guests and it was a terrible experience. They have a strategic location, but they take advantage of it too much. Never again. Not recommended!

Properly made cocktails, excellent food. It's the perfect place to unwind after class or chat with friends. The staff is always smiling and treats you like family, even when the place is packed.
In short, great drinks, nice people, and positive vibes—what more could you ask for? ✨

03/11/2025: Right next to the world’s oldest library, the Biblioteca Capitolare di Verona, the cappuccino here is simply perfect.
12/10/2025: Beautiful cups, but the staff is uncomfortable and the atmosphere is overly tense. The red-haired girl was very rude, and the cashier wasn't very smiling; moreover, she even snapped at a colleague in front of everyone. If you don't like your job, don't do it. In a job with the public, you have to be smiling and make people feel comfortable, but there was a very toxic and negative overall atmosphere.

The waitress wasn't just incompetent, she was the epitome of rudeness. She acted as if we were doing her a favor by asking for something, with a perpetually annoyed expression that made the atmosphere unbearable. A smile? Perhaps from a parallel universe. This is service unbecoming of a second-rate dive, let alone a bar.
The real shocker is the prices, unjustifiably high for a small town. You pay as much as in downtown Milan for a mediocre product.
The staff needs to be reconsidered!

18/07/2025: I often get poke with raw salmon. I'm giving it 3 stars because sometimes it's good, other times it smells bad. Maybe it depends on how old it is, I don't know...

Apple and sultana pancakes are delicious, but ridiculously small for the price of €1.30 each!!!
10/01/2026: Definitely one of the best patisseries in Verona. All the desserts are very well-balanced, with incredible Chantilly cream, gorgeous cakes, and delicious brioches.
The atmosphere is pleasant, but a little cold...!!!!

Despite having received a truly diverse selection of cream puffs and different products, from a tartlet to pistachio croissants, I was completely disappointed across the board, and I write this with immense regret. I'm sure it was just a bit of bad luck on my part.
