12/01/2025: Saltellando tra le alpi lascio Malga Panna nell' innevata Moena e torno nei luoghi di villeggiatura di quand' ero bambino. Da Tambre alla locanda il passo è breve e ritornare a deliziare il palato a suon di agnello credo sia la cosa più ovvia. Ma oggi... anche se tendenzialmente non gradisco i menu' degustazione, mi è' caduto l' occhio sulla selvaggina. Se il capriolo è il cervo erano quasi scontati per la loro straordinaria esecuzione, mi ha lasciato sconcertato l' anatra selvatica. Un anatra lavorata, preparata e cucinata rispettando la particolarità del gusto della selvaggina. Due cotture da ricordare! Gli altri piatti non sono da meno, come del resto i dolci e i vini importanti locali e non. Nel pagare il conto ho notato un libro che ho prontamente acquistato, un libro che ripercorre la storia di questo luogo, che parla di un omaggio a un grande cuoco e che ripercorre la storia con delle ricette. Leggendo questo bel libro mi ha fatto riflettere, apprezzando appieno non solo il cibo, ma quell' atmosfera accogliente piena di estrema passione per il servizio. Il piatto è il cibo sono importanti, ma senza lo staff che ci mette amore, passione e sentimento... anche la migliore pietanza apparirebbe come " una idea vuota". Che dire... Bravi, Bravi, Bravi.

02/01/2025: Visited Pasticceria Bressan today and had a wonderful experience. We tried a couple of things, including cappuccino, caffè al ginseng, and the mousse pralinato chantilly francese, panna cotta con caramello, bignè alla crema e quadrato alla zucca —everything was absolutely amazing! They were exceptional, and the quality truly stood out. The service was also top-notch; the staff was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed. A perfect place to enjoy a relaxing treat. Highly recommend!

30/01/2025: We were there for lunch on a Saturday, as soon as you arrive you have a breathtaking view and already from the outside the restaurant is truly picturesque. Inside the place is elegant and welcoming with a beautiful large room, the style is typically mountain but with a touch of modernity, warm also given by the lit fireplace that creates even more atmosphere. Owners immediately available and kind who make you feel at ease. The menu is unique and tasty, we chose appetizers and main courses and also dessert. It was all deliciously tasty and exquisite, with 2 more positive notes for the thoughtfulness of the owner who, hearing how good the spinach bread was, brought us more and the owner, friendly with a joke always ready, knowing that there was a birthday girl, brought the cake with the candle, it is true that the prices are higher than average but they are worth it all. The bathrooms are very clean even those furnished with taste and appreciated the heat that is there. What can I say? We felt pampered like at home, we will definitely return, well done because you can see the love and commitment that is in everything they do, congratulations.

04/01/2025: I am deeply sorry to say that the service was incredibly disrespectful and disappointing. I don't usually leave negative reviews at all, but my mother was treated with incredible rudeness. My mother, who suffers from a visual impairment, ordered a first course by mistake, not having asked if it contained eggs, having misread. When she kindly apologized, explaining that she couldn't eat it, an extremely rude lady returned to the table with the plate, leaving it there untouched while we ate and arrogantly replying that she should have read better, and that it was written in large letters to have to say any intolerances. I would like to point out that we never said we didn't want to pay for the dish and we apologized for the mistake. We were absolutely outraged by such disrespectful behavior. Add to this that the Ampezzo potatoes were of poor quality, the lamb chops were poor and, as regular visitors to Cortina, we were deeply disappointed. It was one of the most disrespectful and unpleasant experiences I've ever had in a restaurant.

31/08/2024: Excellent pastry shop, good quality products. The coffee is also worth it, a suitable place for a breakfast. Car parking available. Seats inside and outside the venue. It's a shame about the capacity of the place, it deserves to be bigger.

30/12/2024: The location of the refuge is enchanting with a view of the Ampezzo Dolomites. The staff is attentive and kind: a special mention for Eugenio who served us on the terrace. The menu offers typical dishes of the area, for example eggs, potatoes and speck, the mountaineer's dish (grilled polenta, mushrooms, sausage, cheese), spätzli with Gorgonzola fondue, etc. All very good, however the price is also adequate for the offer.
