The staff could see people waiting in the cold for the doors to open, and still chose to ignore them and not open the place. Update 2: The owner’s response clearly shows that the issue is not limited to incorrect opening hours, but reflects a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for customers. The facts are straightforward: the venue was closed despite clearly stated opening hours, with people waiting outside. Instead of addressing the issue or correcting the information, the owner chose to respond in an arrogant and offensive manner. For clarity, a similar situation occurred at Cantinetta, which was also closed despite the opening hours listed on Google. Based on both the situation itself and the owner’s response, this restaurant is simply not worth considering. Someone who communicates with customers in this way should seriously reconsider whether they are suited to running a hospitality business

10/04/2026: I had a classic! Polenta with mushrooms, to be on the safe side. It seemed like a reheated dish, not freshly made! Dry and flavorless mushrooms, no broth whatsoever. Lukewarm polenta. Disappointed!

21/03/2026: The friendly, cozy atmosphere is ideal for a beer and a chat. The sandwiches, consisting of a small, warmed baguette with minimal filling, are modest for the location.

09/03/2026: Excellent location for a ski-lunch stop, for a post skiing apéritive and for a simple cozy friendly dinner away from the cantine crowds! Lovely staff and excellent fast service

03/05/2026: During our three-day stay in Giustino, between excursions in the Val di Genova and Lake Nambino, the hotel recommended a restaurant/pizzeria just 50 meters away, one of the few open during this period. My partner and I shared a panara with Sicilian-style pizza: decent, simple, nothing special. Welcoming place and quick service. A convenient stop after a day in nature.

19/04/2026: During the low season, finding open places isn't easy. We were lucky because not only did we find a place open, but it was also very good: a nice, traditional, well-prepared menu and very friendly service! I recommend it ;)

23/04/2026: We tried three pizzas, and they were DELICIOUS—words can't describe them. The service was also incredible, and the prices were reasonable. I would go back a thousand times.

09/04/2026: We ate at this restaurant on Easter Sunday. Excellent value for money. They also serve pizza for lunch. Delicious platters with local cheeses and cured meats. Friendly and welcoming staff. We'll be back...

04/03/2026: Good morning, From the moment we entered, the service was top-notch: very helpful, smiling, and friendly. Breakfasts were always beautifully prepared, with high-quality Italian products. The waiter always asked if she could prepare anything extra, such as scrambled eggs or an omelet. We also had dinner, which we still remember to this day was exceptional. The spa is fantastic, with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, carefully prepared, and after returning from skiing, everything was perfectly tidy. And we can't forget the gentleman who always dropped us off and picked us up on time, incredibly kind and smiling. When I asked to print a document, it was no problem at all. This is an ideal place for those traveling by electric car; the hotel has its own charging station. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

12/05/2026: I had pancakes with cream and strawberries: DE LI ZIO SI. The matcha was also good. The waiter named Salvatore (I'm not entirely sure, maybe Sebastiano) made my day with his kindness. I'll definitely be back :)

12/05/2026: It was wonderful what a variety of flavors we were able to try and buy here! Varieties we've never seen in Germany, and they were delicious. It's nice to be able to buy smaller portions individually, but I wish the packaging waste was more environmentally friendly, for example, paper packaging instead of plastic. But I'm sure that will come! The café was quiet and clean, and the staff were very friendly.

The pizzas are always delicious, whatever your taste, and the prosciutto and baked sausages are always excellent! It's definitely worth a visit to Luciano's pizzeria!

One of this bar's strengths is undoubtedly its cocktails, crafted with great skill and attention to flavor balance, setting them apart from the city average. The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, perfect for a quick stop or an informal meeting. The only area that could be improved is the food: unfortunately, compared to other bars in the area that offer more lavish aperitifs, the amount of food served with the drinks is slightly smaller.

08/01/2026: We've been to this bar/gelateria a couple of times over the Christmas holidays. I have to say, the products are very good. Quality gelato. The hot chocolate is nice and thick and tasty, without too much sugar. The only downside is the staff: as other reviews have stated, they're not friendly! It wouldn't take much to raise the review score: a hello, a smile, and a little courtesy!
