06/02/2026: The male waiter who served us pretended not to know what tap water was when we ordered. He refused to serve it, thinking he'd found some suckers. That's how you lost 11 people every night. The pizza tasted worse than last year. The lady at the counter was very nice.

01/02/2026: Hello! I didn't give it a full score only because it was very crowded. The place was really chaotic, and we didn't get to enjoy the excellent food and the evening. The pizza was truly excellent, and the shin of pork was the best of all the other renowned restaurants. The waiters, considering the place was really busy, were very quick. The bill was also fair. For me, it's an excellent value. I recommend it to families.

Furthermore, the (requested) cookies served with the tea were tasteless, possibly and could very well have been the waitress's snack. P.S. If you don't feel like working on New Year's Eve, you can stay closed.

10/12/2025: An exclusive Loacker café in Trento, overlooking the Christmas market square. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as super organized! It's really crowded, yet they manage to find a free seat as soon as someone leaves, while also promptly clearing the tables of empty cups and glasses. What can I say, the service is absolutely top-notch! They offer a variety of unique coffee products made with their wafers. Absolutely worth trying at least once. They ask for payment upon ordering (and rightly so).

09/12/2025: Perfect welcome, small place. If you get there early, you don't have to wait, otherwise there's a line. The waffles aren't the best, but their creams are. The strudel with vanilla cream is good.

01/02/2026: Mixed feelings about the place. The good: Very good pillows and mattresses. Very good breakfast has everything, including freshly pressed orange juice and freshly pressed carrot juices. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Ski room was good, every room having their own private box for boots, skis and snowboards, but the place is a bit narrow, so when there are several groups at once, not enough space. My friends couldn't get into the room anymore, as the battery of their door was down and hotel fixed it within 1 hour (bad that it didn't work, but they really solved quickly). The bad: Insulation even in renovated rooms is not the best and room doors do not have soft closers. You can hear people talking through walls and others just let go of their room doors when leaving so they just smack with a lot of noise. You need to leave your car keys at reception during stay - hotel policy. Very strange, first time in my life, I still do not understand why they would need to move my car when its parked in the first line or in the corner. I understand that people who block others or park on a second line should leave their keys, but not everyone. Wellness area is not big and you need to reserve and pay separately 10 Euros per person. Again, mixed feelings, it is partially good, otherwise if it was free everyone would go there non-stop and there would be too many people. On the other hand sauna in skiing area hotels should be free, so something to think about. Overall the price/quality ratio is good.

19/01/2026: We liked the hotel, even though we read the reviews and were worried it wouldn't be as good. I don't know why the rating is so low. The rooms are in good condition, although they're not new, but they're clearly well-maintained. The plumbing is excellent, and I really liked the mattresses and bed linens. I'm very picky about that. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. Yes, the breakfasts are a bit meager, but that's always the case in Europe. The location is excellent – ​​centrally located and 100 meters from the ski lift. We really enjoyed the spa – a Turkish bath, a classic sauna, and a salt relaxation room. Everything is new and beautiful. There's a great beer pub nearby. The restaurants are mostly above average, but we knew where we were going.

30/09/2025: We stopped here on a trip to Rovereto, and it's wonderful to find a place like this. The spaces are well-organized: a glass terrace complements the outdoor seating. The staff is very courteous and attentive to their guests' needs.

03/02/2026: Good pizzas, perfect thin dough, semi-crispy, perfectly cooked, perfect amount on top, not too little, not too much, excellent Tyrolean, Moena too, compliments to the pizza chef. The house red wine is excellent, I'd say Collio? A beautiful place with perfect service and friendliness, fair price for the overall quality. Thank you so much.

05/11/2025: We had a wonderful time at the HI Hotel Torbole. Our room had a large covered balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel is in a quiet location, yet you can quickly reach the town and the lake. The panoramic hiking trail near the hotel is also highly recommended. We used the small sauna area with the whirlpool and the heated outdoor pool daily. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good and varied. Our only minor suggestion for improvement: the stairs to the bike room in the basement were a bit difficult for our e-bikes; perhaps another solution could be found for this. Otherwise, everything was great! We'll be back, thank you for everything!

14/10/2025: I had a wonderful time at this hotel, where I spent three nights. The double room we had wasn't very large and had limited space to store your things. The view of the lake was beautiful. My room had a terrace overlooking the lake, but there are rooms that overlook the internal courtyard. The location is a 15-minute walk from Torbole, up an uphill road. The continental breakfast was excellent, and the spa was well-maintained and ideal for recovering from a day exploring the mountains. The spa should be included for all guests at no additional cost.

03/02/2026: Excellent property in a stunning location! The staff is always helpful and friendly. The wellness center is immaculate and offers a breathtaking view. The restaurant is good, offering a wide selection of carefully selected dishes. Highly recommended!

15/01/2026: An excellent experience at this welcoming restaurant in Madonna di Campiglio. We felt at home from the start. The owner greeted us with such attentiveness and courtesy. A delicious aperitif ushered in a wonderful evening. We chose the "Lo Chef" menu. All the dishes were unique and delicious. We couldn't decide which one we liked best, as they were all truly delicious. The manager, everyone, and the other staff were extremely kind and professional, making us feel at home. We definitely will be back; we must try the other menu.

20/08/2025: The pastry shop is very welcoming, and the cakes and pastries are delicious. The waitresses are very friendly and kind. A special compliment to Ada, who, despite her age, still "kicks" like a young girl.

The cappuccinos were rich and perfectly made, and the pastries were a true delight. Nestled in a quiet corner, it’s the perfect spot to relax and indulge.
