22/03/2025: I've been coming for years but last time we were treated vomitingly.
I order 2 seconds for myself, where obviously I ask for one first and then the other. They are brought to me together and I ask that the second one be brought to me later. They take it to the kitchen and after 2 minutes they bring it back to the table saying that there is no room in the kitchen and that they couldn't do it again otherwise they'd miss the turn.
We were at a table with strangers and I didn't even have room to put the plate, and the phenomenon dropped it in my hand!!!
my complaints were dismissed with a "then I'll offer you a grappa", which they always do anyway.
Dude, you made so much noise about this antics that you lost all the customers at that table.

23/03/2025: Abbiamo preso il menù del territorio ed è stata un'ottima scelta. Ingredienti di alta qualità e sapori bilanciati. Anche il servizio è stato impeccabile con un ottimo consiglio sul vino da parte della proprietaria.

Considerato che non è un ristorante, il menù è assolutamente adeguato (ho assaggiato un tagliere misto di salumi e formaggi con vino della Val Rendena…..tutto di ottima qualità).
Ambiente molto piacevole e rilassato, in posizione defilata pur essendo in centro a Pinzolo, che non ha nulla a che fare con i numerosi locali della zona votati esclusivamente al business.
Personale (e la titolare) molto cortese.
Prezzi assolutamente in linea con la qualità proposta.
Da provare!

In case of intolerances, the "not tolerated" dishes should be replaced with something else, not simply eliminated. Serving "partial" dishes without proposing alternatives is not appropriate for a restaurant of this level:

Il bello avviene al momento di pagare
Avendo un buono fatto dalla trattoria di euro 120… ricevuto come regalo di compleanno.
arrivato il momento di pagare il conto di euro 88 presentiamo il buono e ci viene negato perché il prezzo del pranzo è inferiore al buono…. non restituiscono con un’altra soluzione la differenza in questo caso 32 euro
Sono piccolezze che possono creare qualche dubbio.

Il locale e molto bello e i cocktail sono fatti bene.
Come stuzzichini ti portano una ciotola di patatine, ma è possibile ordinare anche dai taglieri a pagamento.
