15/03/2024: Nothing to say about the quality of the dishes and the quality/price ratio. The only flaw is the lack of notification by the manager in reference to the withdrawal of €100 on the credit card valid as a pre-authorization for the table reservation. The return of this amount within 13 days. All reported by the manager after my call to request feedback on the credit to the current account. In my opinion incorrect. I really don't think I'll go back, too bad.

24/02/2024: Alessandro, chef del ristorante, ha costruito un menu straordinario, dove i sapori ed i prodotti della montagna grazie ad una tecnica incredibile regalano un’esperienza unica. Il carciofo, lo zafferano, le farfalle con la farina di castagne, le animelle, le lumache, il gelato al lievito madre, grazie alla sua visione diventano compagni di un percorso da non perdere. Altamente raccomandato.

11/02/2024: Nell'ultima giornata della settimana bianca vissuta intensamente tra Folgarida Marilleva e Campiglio dove, essendo la prima nevicata abbondante dopo tanta penuria, abbiamo saltato la giornata sciistica viste le brutte condizioni optando per una passeggiata a ponte di Legno e Passo del Tonale, questo anche per provare le nostre due auto 4x4 con gomme termiche, una Subaru XV e una Toyota Yaris Cross Full Ibrid che su ghiaccio e neve fresca si sono dimostrate ben oltre all'altezza della situazione. Ad un certo punto, volendo fare uno spuntino ci siamo imbattuti nel "Cantuccio", locale che già dall'esterno ci ha ispirato. Le nostre aspettative sono state soddisfatte poichè abbiamo trovato uno staff di ragazzi gentilissimi e preparati che ci hanno consigliato ottimo cibo, soprattutto i taglieri sono stati veramente abbondanti e di grande qualità tra affettati e formaggi. Birra a fiumi e prezzo più che onesto. Bravi ragazzi!!!! Consigliatissimo.

01/04/2024: We were told that this is the best place for pizza in the area and we were not disappointed. Pizza here is really good. The choice is also impressive covering over 4 pages of their menu. For 2 pizza + 2 desserts + 1l bottle of water+ ½ l of wine we spend ~50€. Other bonuses: -Vegan and Gluten free pizza options - kids playing room (we saw kids to be very enthusiastic about it) -dog-friendly

26/03/2024: Friendly staff and vegan ice cream (lemon/strawberry) available. You can get soy milk to the coffee. Delicious!

13/03/2024: Around 2pm... Ice cream shop to avoid... First of all, the staff at the counter does not use gloves for both ice cream and money... Then they have the sympathy of a kick to the shin.. They welcome you like a letter from Equitalia... And when you leave it seems like they got rid of a mortgage.. Big unpleasant faces and that's it... Then the ice cream could be fine because it is artisanal and also very good but if you are not capable or do not want to sell a product it is better to go and graze the sheep... they don't need a smile or good manners... First customers now never again...

21/02/2024: We returned this year (16-18 Feb) and rediscovered its fairytale charm which has remained intact. In fact I would say it has even improved. Whether summer or winter it is truly a fabulous place. Super staff, always ready to satisfy our needs or to always give targeted suggestions. Exceptional and high-level cuisine making the most of 0 KM products. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back, another dream weekend. Well done and thanks for everything

15/01/2024: We finally had dinner at Filanda de Boron. Truly suggestive location!!!! Beautiful experience. Nicola made us feel at ease straight away. Exquisite dishes on the menu accompanied by two of the three house wines. We will return to compliment the Chef who we were unable to thank.

15/01/2024: Abbiamo finalmente cenato alla Filanda de Boron. Location veramente suggestiva!!!! Bellissima esperienza. Nicola ci ha fatti sentire a nostro agio sin da subito. Squisiti i piatti del menù accompagnato da due dei tre vini della casa. Torneremo per fare i complimenti alla Chef che non siamo riusciti a ringraziare.
