02/03/2025: El 2 de marzo de 2025 , primer día de nuestro viaje de esquí, entramos en las instalaciones alrededor de las 6 . 00 pm para una copa. La zona del bar estaba llena de 15 - 20 lugareños, todo parecía muy amable fuera de esta mujer que estaba sentada con un grupo de mujeres cuando entramos y tuvimos que venir al bar para servirnos. Sentimiento inicial de que estaba molesta porque tenía que dejar la empresa en la que estaba y atender a algunos clientes, tal vez como éramos turistas, simplemente no quería atendernos. Le pedí gin tonic, estaba murmurando en italiano, parecía molesta y parecía extremadamente grosera y agresiva. Aquí está la línea de golpes, ella tuvo la audacia de servir mi gin tonic en una taza de café de papel, en serio. Le pregunté si me estaba sirviendo mi gin tonic en esa taza, agresivamente me miró como si fuera una molestia entrar donde trabaja y pedir un trago. En esa etapa decidimos simplemente irnos, ya que sentimos que era extremadamente insultante. Entiendo que es la dueña y es conocida por ser muy grosera e ignorante con los turistas. Mi sugerencia a esta mujer (propietaria) es que considere emprender un curso en Servicio al Cliente ya que la beneficiará a ella y a su negocio en gran medida. Habíamos estado allí para cenar en enero de 2023 y estábamos planeando ir de nuevo esta semana, pero nunca volveremos a visitar allí de nuevo.

31/08/2024: A great spot to stop by if you're craving something sweet. The pastries are really delicious – fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth trying. The coffee was also good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall experience. The only thing that could elevate this place even more is some investment in the interior and exterior. The café deserves a bit of renovation to make it more beautiful and cozy. With a little improvement, it could become an even more enjoyable place to relax with coffee and treats.

25/01/2025: Cafoni e scontrosi hanno contestato la mia richiesta di un caffè al volo che avevo chiesto in una brevissima pausa pranzo...mi hanno detto che al volo vanno solo gli aerei e che loro offrono solo qualità e non si poteva fare un caffè veloce...non c'era nessuno in fila perciò un modo di fare davvero ingiustificato per chi lavora con il pubblico

09/10/2024: Beautiful cafe where you can also eat a pizza and much more. We tried the ice cream cups: highly recommended because they are very large and very good. It is not easy to choose the cup you want to try since the choices are different and each one deserves to be tried. Recommended place!

17/09/2024: posto appositamente raggiunto per poter effettuare la colazione in loco. alle ore 9 del mattino purtroppo non c'erano già più scelta. erano rimaste le ultime 3 brioche che sono state farcite al momento con i classici topping industriali. per essere una pasticceria si è rimasti un po' delusi poichè ci si aspettava un banco fornito ed invece è risultato vuoto. in vetrina vi era solo un vassoio di biscotti e alcune confezioni vuote di strudel. ci si aspettava maggiore scelta e più artigianalità. il persola è veramente molto gentile ed affabile. nulla da dire in merito.

23/08/2024: Basics: - wife's birthday, with two children, ages 12 and 8. - arrived 19:45 and sat in the back corner. - Classic menu for adults, children from a la carte children's menu. - last night of 8 nights in Madonna di Campiglio. Several elements of the experience that we felt fell short of our expectations: (i) the quantity and quality of the food fell short of what we would consider should be expected at a Michelin-starred restaurant: (a) the "degustation of bread" was not a very high quality start to the meal - it felt gimmicky and (for the restaurant) a low-cost way to make patrons feel satiated, given the quality and portion size of the rest of the menu. The breadsticks were stale and crunchy (plus the acoustics of the intimate stube-style restaurant resulted in us hearing every other customer crunch on the breadsticks/crostini) (b) the salad was underwhelming and fairly small and not particularly unique; (c) the soup with tortellini was unremarkable; (d) the pasta, while tasty, was not out of the ordinary for the region; and (e) the venison was a bit disappointing both in flavor and in size. Overall, it was not of a quality one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant set menu. (ii) the service was delivered by nice people with a very good level of English, but it fell short of what we would expect. (a) We had to ask several times to have wine to accompany courses, while our glasses sat empty for a long time on the table - in two instances, my wife had to ask what wine could accompany the meal she was already sitting in front of, having to wait until the wine arrived later to start eating (for the main, the head waiter left her sitting waiting for at least 5 minutes); (b) our water bottle and glasses sat empty for a very long time, and we had to remind them to bring another twice. (iii) Though they were clearly short-staffed, the staff did not seem to recognize their having fallen short of delivery: when we called them over for the above reminders, the impression we got is they were annoyed with our intrusion, rather than apologetic for their having forgotten or for having fallen short. We felt we were very kind and patient with the staff - we always are, but also because we both started our careers in the food services industry (my wife as a chef at 2 and 3 michelin star restaurants), so our starting point is always sympathetic. Minor points: (iv) upon arrival, when asking guests to wait for their table for an extended period in the lounge, a nice touch would be to offer a small coupe of prosecco (v) it appeared staff attended to other tables with more attention, but we did notice that other tables had empty glasses throughout the evening. There were of course some good parts of the evening, from the generally nice senior staff (e.g. at entry and exit), the presentation of the meals, and the extensive wine list. It was also nice that you had a kids menu, a la carte, allowing for parents to dine on a set menu with the children eating from a different one. The children enjoyed their meals, although we would point out that the Milanese Vitello con palate was overcooked - both the meat and the potatoes. My son was so hungry, he ended up going ahead and eating (without out sending it back), but it definitely could have been better. The meatballs for our daughter were undercooked initially, a situation that was rectified - with an apology (i.e. we appreciated the chef admitted there was a mistake, rectified the issue, and apologized -- and following that our daughter really enjoyed the meatballs). The evening fell well short of our expectations, and we spent far too much money given the experience fell short of Michelin. After the meal, I went on google to look at reviews and came across one on google reviews from someone called "Chris Kopczynski" from > one year ago. I think that accurately portrays the evening we had as well, which makes me regret I did not do my research ahead of time.

09/02/2025: Una vera e propria sorpresa!!! Siamo stati dopo una giornata sulle piste per un cioccolato caldo e che sorpresa un cioccolato caldo così mai mangiato… Lo consigliamo sicuramente!!!

02/02/2025: Durante un week end con amici decidiamo di cenare in questa pizzeria.Personale poco attento al cliente tant'è che l'ordinazione di viene presa dopo 30 minuti dopo molte richeste da parte nostra.Qualità della pizza molto scarsa,poca lievitazione e condimenti di poca qualità.Non torneremo di certo

01/02/2025: Serata rovinata da incompetenza e arroganza, avevamo prenotato per 10 e non c' era il tavolo, la titolare insisteva a dire che avevamo prenotato per il giorno prima ma così non era.Finalmente ci fanno sedere, dopo una certa attesa. Abbiamo tutti ordinato la pizza, 8 di noi ne hanno lasciata piû di metà nel piatto, io ne ho mangiato una sola fetta poi il resto l' ho lasciato, la pizza era poco lievitata, completamente allagata dall' acqua della mozzarella non scolata a dovere e con del pomodoro tagliato a fette spesse 2 centimetri e buttato sopra in modo molto dozzinale. Nessuno si è curato di chiederci se qualcosa non fosse andato bene, arroganza e poca professionalità, un posto in cui sicuramente non tornerò.

05/10/2024: Siamo stati oggi in questo locale per pranzo,personalmente gentile abbiamo mangiato anche abbastanza bene il problema è stato scoprire il prezzo di 19.50€ per unnpuatto di gulash e polenta... 5-6 pezzi di carne per quel prezzo anche no.... era un piatto fuori menù e scritto nella lavagna all'entrata senza che il prezzo fosse scritto... ho sbagliato io a non chiedere però per 5-6 pezzetti di carne e due cucchiai di polenta 19.50€ lo trovo quasi assurdo.

04/10/2024: Posizionata nel centro di Primiero, personale gentile ed educato. Abbiamo mangiato la pizza che per noi era veramente troppo sottile. Comunque non ci è dispiaciuta.

03/09/2024: Lasagna was niet warm, tafel werd afgeruimd terwijl niet iedereen klaar was met eten. Kreeg de indruk dat het een fastfood restaurant was want gerechten werden binnen 5 minuten geserveerd. Het voelde alsof we werden weggekeken. Binnen 45 minuten stonden we weer buiten. Geen aanrader.

31/08/2024: Brevemente, la comida estaba bien, pero con la cerveza paulaner solicitada, me decepcionó enormemente cuando el camarero colocó una cerveza clara en un vaso diferente en la mesa. Le pido al camarero que sirva la cerveza correcta en el vaso correcto. ¿Vuelve éste con el vaso rechazado y un vaso pauliner con la misma cerveza clara en él y diciendo que era el mismo en el vaso derecho esta vez. Decido no discutir más y consumir mi comida mientras el camarero me pregunta con una sonrisa si la cerveza era diferente. Es triste que jueguen con los pies del cliente y tal vez sería mejor decirle honestamente al cliente cuando algo está terminado para que puedan elegir otra cosa ellos mismos. ¡Así que ninguna segunda visita aquí para mí!
