Ristorante Winestube Crozzon In Pinzolo

Unfortunately we only stayed for one night, but it was worth it. Excellent service, beautiful room to say the least. Thank you for this stay.

We were guests of the Hotel for the classic ski week and we can say that the experience was perfect. Upon arrival, staff were ready to take care of our luggage and park our car; At reception Sara welcomed us with professionalism, attention and a big smile. Bright, spacious room, tidy furnishings, large and luxurious bathroom. Easy access ski room, with heated and lockable personal locker. The shuttle service to the slopes works really well, the staff is quick to take you to the slopes and equally quick to pick you up after calling the Reception, in practice we never waited more than a few minutes. The restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner, is a real gem. Gourmet menu with refined and delicious dishes. Absolutely worth mentioning is the experience in the Stube with the meat Bourguignonne, accompanied by eight exquisite sauces and the Chef's welcome entrée and a small pastry at the end. All masterfully orchestrated in the dining room by Maria Grazia, Daniela and Lidia (not to take anything away from the remaining staff but I'll mention those who made us directly enjoy their professionalism) who were attentive, professional and very friendly and nice (which doesn't hurt at all). In the evening, excellent cocktails served by Stefano, a perfect barman also in conversation. Finally, it is absolutely necessary to mention HER, that is, the owner Mrs. Rina who invests you with her love for the hotel industry, her friendliness, determination and total attention that manages to convey everything to you together!! In a word WE FELT AT HOME, WITH FAMILY. Absolutely recommended hotel and not to be missed.

Overall a nice experience, kind and helpful staff and Mrs. Rina very nice and welcoming, however there were some negative aspects: as regards the cuisine overall, it was normal, nothing special; we took the annex suite which unfortunately has a serious flaw, namely that it is located outside the structure, you have to exit the main corridor of the rooms and reach it, with the cold there and after the spa we were sick with the flu in the next days. Another really negative aspect was the shipping of the luggage upon our return, so more than 2 weeks passed without being able to understand what had happened with the shipping labels, which were checked and arranged before leaving us and which only had to be glued onto the luggage and collected by the courier already paid and organized before the holiday, some aspects were a shame because for the rest everything went well.

A pleasantly friendly place in the city center ... typical mountain atmosphere ... friendly service ... spacious and well-kept rooms ... highly recommended ...

Siamo stati ospiti par alcuni giorni presso questa struttura a Madonna di Campiglio. L’hotel Crozzon si è rivelato una bella sorpresa. A pochi passi dal centro, posizione gradevole per la passeggiata serale, l’hotel offre di ogni servizio, tutti di alta qualità. L’accoglienza è gestita con professionalità sia delle ragazze addette così come dal servizio bagagli. Le camere, ben pulite, rispettano i canoni di un quattro stelle; a noi è stata lasciata precisamente quella che si era vista in foto, non da sottovalutare. La sala Ristorante così come il servizio e i piatti meritano un ottimo voto. Il Personale è gentile e professionale. Gli spazi comuni sono davvero tanti e diversi tra loro. C’è uno spazio adatto a chiunque: Dall’aera Bar, all’area Tv in comune, alle area di relax, all’area giochi. L’area spa interna, elegante e funzionale, è completa di ogni comfort: dalla piscina alle varie saune, alle zone relax, si trascorrono bei momenti. L’auto la si può parcheggiare sia nel parking esterno sia in quello interno. Sono protetti e monitorati. Una citazione particolare la vorrei dedicare alla Signora, la proprietaria dell’Hotel. Una Signora innamorata del proprio lavoro che gira per l’hotel per curare ogni minimo dettaglio o richiesta. Ma soprattutto la Signora cura direttamente il rapporto con il Cliente che nella maggior parte delle strutture e’ sparito o delegato a funzionari. E’ un vero piacere e soprattutto un grande stimolo vedere quanto impegno e passione la Signora dedichi all’attività. Chapeau Arrivederci alla prossima Luca Dominici Direttore Tecnico Turistico

Devo fare i complimenti alla famiglia Mase’ e tutto il suo staff perché ci hanno fatto vivere un Natale bellissimo!!! sono tutti gentili, disponibili e molto professionali… tutto è stato perfetto: la camera era pulita e molto spaziosa nonostante avessimo una standard 403 , il cibo squisito con prodotti freschi e piatti tipici anche senza glutine (per me è stato un sogno perché i prodotti erano fatti in casa e non confezionati …deliziosi!!! Almeno qui non mi sono sentita diversa visto che sono celiachia ) , il centro benessere stupendo e completo di tutto .. molto ben organizzati anche per l’attrezzatura da sci ( una sala apposita con armadietti numerati dove depositare sci e scarponi dopo aver sciato) .. e poi che dire la Sig. ra Rina splendida !! sempre presente e attenta alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti come sua figlia molto gentile e professionale.. grazie davvero di ❤️ .. continuate così ci rivedremo presto!!

Abbiamo mangiato una Fondue bourguignonne buonissima, con una vasta gamma di salse. Piatti buonissimi, anche gluten free (locale AIC). Personale gentilissimo, la proprietaria affabile e cordiale. Una serata piacevolissima

Noi ci siamo fermati qui per il ristorante certificato AIC per celiaci, servizio top e vino fantastico anche nella versione gluten free.

Ottimo hotel ma soprattutto personale e padroni di casa ti fanno sentire come se l'hotel fosse il tuo.

Ottima Location, gentili e professionali, e una cucina da “leccarsi i baffi”
