21/03/2026: We stopped for a quick aperitivo and a chat with friends, and it was a lovely discovery. Young and informal, it's the perfect place to spend an hour with friends or even alone. The shared tables, which allow for sharing and socializing, are a great idea. The atmosphere is pleasant. The craft beers are excellent.

11/04/2026: Welcoming and attentive staff. The food is good and the setting is beautiful. I visited in spring and enjoyed a lovely nap near the waterfall. I'll definitely be back.
05/04/2026: After spending a few hours at Parco della Rana, we were coming from outside Florence. We politely asked the restaurant if we could have two coffees. The owner began to treat us rudely for asking to sit inside for a few minutes. In a surly and annoyed manner, she placed two chairs outside for us and gave my girlfriend directions to the bathroom in a snarky and irritated manner. Having already paid for the two coffees and water, she intended not to issue a receipt, saying she had already closed the register. A few minutes later, she returned with the register magically reopened and handed me the receipt. Terrible service and a terrible welcome for two coffees. I definitely won't consider having lunch or dinner there.

14/03/2026: Terrible experience, the barmaid told me that the bathroom was occupied even though a customer had just said it was free as she had gone out, I also consumed, nice place but unclear attitude, being the bar closest to the station and often the service in the station is out of order I find this attitude illogical
20/12/2025: The atmosphere is impeccably maintained and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had an aperitif in the cozy upstairs room, enjoying the great atmosphere and spectacular drinks. Highly recommended!

09/11/2025: 1. It has a spacious terrace with tables for outdoor dining overlooking the beautiful Valdichiana. 2. There were 20 of us. We all had a mixed appetizer, then some had first courses that were a bit disappointing in terms of quantity and quality. Others, including me, had thin-crust pizzas, well-seasoned and well-made, some even with porcini mushrooms. Then we had some desserts, water, wine, coffee, and everything was good quality. 3. The price was fair: €23 per person, considering everything. It's great. 4. The service was fairly quick, a bit too informal on the part of the young, somewhat unprofessional waiters. 5. It also has rooms for overnight stays if anyone is passing by and wants to stop. I hope this was helpful. If so, a thumbs-up, a comment, or a follower would be appreciated. See you next time.

28/03/2026: What a lovely evening! We were in the center of Arezzo and stopped in without a reservation. The girls immediately found us a warm, inside seat. They were very sweet and kind, and the service was super fast. The cured meats appetizer was excellent, the tartare and pici pasta were delicious. The berry cheesecake mousse was delicious. The place is very charming and quaint, with lots of recycled and repurposed vintage items. A truly delightful evening. Thank you ☺️
26/03/2026: I definitely wouldn't go back. They served me a plate of pici a minute after I ordered them. They were precooked.

27/12/2025: Discovered by chance. The regular pizzas are actually gigantic, at least 40 cm in diameter. Thin but generously topped with good ingredients. You leave feeling full! The service could be improved with a little more "observation" in the dining room. The atmosphere is quiet, not ultra-modern but adequate, well-kept, and clean (even the bathrooms, which isn't a given).

09/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per il secondo anno dovendo alloggiare nel vicino hotel per spezzare un viaggio in autostrada. Ancora più buono della prima volta. Personale gentile e accogliente, cucina tipica con un menu non lunghissimo ma vario: carne pesce, primi e pizza. Fanno anche cocktail e tutto è preparato da loro con prodotti di qualità. Atmosfera rilassante ma non formale e prezzi nella media.

07/04/2026: Embarrassing. It's always a shame to have to review a place for its shortcomings rather than its merits, but here, rather than being mere criticisms, it's a total disaster. From the outside, the place looks quite nice; it seems like a cozy little corner. And that's what got us. Unfortunately, as soon as we entered the veranda, a pungent smell of urine (dog urine? Let's hope...) filled us, and upon closer inspection, the sense of hygiene immediately fell far short of our minimum expectations (blackened felt bread bin, a glimpse of a less-than-inviting kitchen, a dirty and very makeshift bathroom). So far, let's say, these are points I could have overlooked; unfortunately, however, since this is an osteria/restaurant, what matters is inevitably the food, and that's where the world falls apart: - all the truffle-based dishes were unavailable. The (kind) waitress pointed out that there were no truffles available at the moment because they weren't in season, so none of those dishes were available. Too bad it wasn't written anywhere, and people like us, who had sat down to savor truffle-filled dishes, had no choice but to order something else. - We settled for the ragù. A watered-down ragù with mostly tomato (purée poured from the bottle and reheated, with no added flavors) and occasional "chunks" of meat that had nothing to do with traditional ragù. Mere chunks of bland meat thrown into the purée. - Both on the ragù and on the pici alla gricia, small "hairs" resembling eyelashes that we hoped were from the pork cheek rind, but even so, they were nauseating. - ALL the dishes we ordered, from beans to tripe, from polenta to tagliatelle, were topped with the same acidic and bland tomato sauce. The sauce for the pici alla gricia was also acidic, with roughly chopped pieces of guanciale, inedible in both texture and flavor. We even considered complaining about the individual dishes, but since they were all inedible, we realized that the culinary experience was now irretrievably irretrievable. The prices, especially considering the poor quality of the food and the flavors, were too high. Seeing the numerous negative reviews (which unfortunately we read too late and which coincide with what I observed), it's inexplicable how they completely ignore criticism and advice and persist in running a restaurant business this way. It's clear that it's not the details that are lacking, but the very foundation: you don't know how to cook.
06/04/2026: This is the first time in years I've entered a restaurant without checking the reviews first. I was wrong. A big mistake. Aside from the kind waitress, there's nothing to be saved. The porch where we ate smelled of urine, the table was half broken, and the bread was placed on a felt basket that couldn't be more unsanitary. And then the food! A ragù with lumps of meat the size of clods on a tomato cooked for maybe five minutes. I left it all there. Not to mention the other dishes. It's not even a matter of taste or the quality of the ingredients; it's just that cooking like this shouldn't be done, especially if you own a restaurant.
