27/04/2024: Excellent location with tables in the square overlooking the truly suggestive castle. Friendly service although a little slow. I ate an excellent chocolate granita, while the brioche wasn't that great, it seemed reheated but from the day before. The croissants are also very good as is the coffee.
02/04/2024: Very friendly welcome, we were served peacefully on the terrace.
The arancini are delicious.

05/09/2023: Slightly trashy, very overrated . Staff will lie to you to tell you it’s open even though it’s not. View is decent I suppose but you can get that anywhere and at a restaurant that’s probably much tastier.

02/04/2024: The accommodation we stayed in recommended that we come here to eat local snacks. We loved it!
The old couple were super nice and enthusiastic. The three of us ordered three kinds of rice balls to eat: fried rice balls arancino, phyllo bread Scaccia, and pie Impanate Siciliane. The most touching thing was that they took the initiative to cut each of us into three equal parts! It feels too warm~ The food is also delicious. When we were eating, many locals came to the store to take it home. It is certified as an authentic old store and recommended~
07/03/2024: Homemade Focaccias and Arancini at a very good price. The owner is very friendly, even though we don't speak Italian we managed to understand each other very well.

04/04/2024: Very nice shop which offers excellent chocolate typical of the Modica region.
Friendly welcome in English and Italian. The saleswoman introduced us to and tasted their specialty: chocolate refined with plants to give it a unique taste (tobacco, pepper, orange blossom, etc.). Very original packaging, perfect for bringing back an authentic souvenir from Sicily. Right next to the Duomo.
21/03/2024: You can try all the chocolates. The employee was extremely nice and told me the background to the chocolate and production. It was definitely worth a trip.

09/10/2023: Outdoor seating, pretty patio. Lots of interesting sounding dishes that I'd never seen before on the menu. We finally chose fish cous cous and smoked salmon ravioli neri. The ravioli was very nice, good flavors and texture (al dente). The cous cous was outstanding! A huge portion, incredibly flavorful, with fish, shrimp,clams, potatoes carrots, zucchini, in a beautiful broth. (The second half is in the refrigerator for breakfast tomorrow. ). Nice white house wine. The food is not inexpensive, but absolutely worth the price! I'd go back often if I lived nearby.

05/01/2024: Good food, very generous dishes, excellent pasta with sardines, exquisite light version of caponatina, good sliced tuna, light and pleasant house wine. We were served by the owner, very courteous, helpful and attentive. Good value for money.

From a very bad taste we threw everything away... anyway I should have imagined it since I chose those from one tray and the lady took them from another.... shame because it's a nice bakery.

16/12/2023: Very well served by all the staff, especially the staff at the reception and the staff serving breakfast. Really friendly and helpful all around for any need or questions we had. I had also been treated with a surprise on my birthday without mentioning anything. Very clean rooms and a beautiful steak house next door which is part of the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you plan on staying in Ragusa!
