16/02/2025: We went in 4 on Sunday evening, the place was empty, a really simple but well-kept environment, the owners welcomed us and we ordered a small cutting board, a pasta alla norma, spaghetti alla chitarra, a spaghetti alla carrettiera and an aubergine parmigiana, two glasses of wine, two cokes, a plate of panelle... cost 90 euros Congruent cost for the quality and quantity of the products, the dishes were more than abundant and excellent.... the small cutting board was composed of good cold cuts, cheeses, sweet and sour onion, spectacular olives seasoned by them and an excellent orange marmalade with chilli pepper, also the panelle were well made. English: What can I say about the first courses, spaghetti alla chitarra with clams, really well done and with lots of clams, the spaghetti alla carrettiera was sublime brought to the table accompanied by a bowl of breadcrumbs to sprinkle as desired, pasta alla norma was really good, the sweetness of the tomato enveloped the fried eggplant pieces in a combination made perfect by the salted ricotta that enriched the dish as desired.... in addition to this a very fruity white wine served at the right temperature. We were offered ricotta cannoli, very good, and mandarins from their tree. The sesame bread was also fragrant and good. After 4 days spent in Sicily, between Palermo, Trapani and Agrigento we visited many monuments and beautiful places and had lunch and dinner in restaurants where on average the first course cost between 15 and 20 euros, a cost that was not low for me but above all did not meet my expectations, which are often the same expectations of those who, in addition to the beauty of the places, also want to appreciate the flavors and traditions, and among these the culinary one. In this simple restaurant we found the warmth of the Sicilian people, both owners with discretion and kindness were excellent hosts and his simple and polite ways and her open smile were a precious seasoning for what I can define as an excellent Sicilian evening.

10/02/2025: Non è la prima volta che pranzo in questa trattoria e non si smentisce mai per la semplicità, qualità e genuita dei piatti preparati al momento . Location semplice ed accogliente, cucina a vista, staff molto cordiale. Lo consiglio vivamente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Unica pecca o qualità a seconda del tempo che vuoi impiegare per il pranzo ( i piatti vengono preparati al momento) si aspetta un po' troppo ma ne vale la pena .

08/02/2025: Trattoria a conduzione familiare con buonissimi prodotti locali, il proprietario Francesco e gentilissimo, e ci ha consigliato molto bene. Il menù è piccolo , ( una quindicina di piatti in tutto ) d’altronde non mi aspettavo altro. ( se uno si aspetta qualità ). Da consigliare assolutamente

Il banchetto è stato impeccabile, con un servizio attento e professionale. La qualità delle portate è stata davvero eccellente, sicuramente superiore a quella di altri agriturismi che abbiamo provato in passato. Ogni piatto era ben presentato e saporito, con ingredienti freschi e una cucina raffinata che ha saputo sorprendere tutti i nostri ospiti. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero conveniente, considerando l'alta qualità delle pietanze servite. Un'esperienza davvero piacevole, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un posto speciale per eventi o semplicemente per una buona cena immersi nella natura. Grazie al team di Casale Drinzi per aver reso il nostro evento ancora più memorabile!

The environment is peaceful, also considering that it is located in the middle of the mountains. It has an outdoor space with games for children. For someone like me, who easily finds faults, I must say that I will definitely return, as I found myself very well. Great options for vegetarians too.

19/01/2025: The best cannoli we had during our entire trip to Sicily were at this place. We also had the opportunity to try their panettone since they were offering samples. However, we were not impressed (a bit dry). In the end, panettone is from Milan, while cannoli are a Sicilian specialty - and the cannoli here, along with other delicious local sweets, were absolutely amazing!

02/01/2025: honestly, artisanal pistachio panettone is very overrated... personally to my taste it is too soft and not very honeycombed... it looks like pandoro... good spreadable cream... but not exceptional for the price of the whole product; On top of the icing is white chocolate, not pistachio, so I'm a bit disappointed

08/01/2025: What we like most about the Giada Bar Restaurant is Franco and his son's passion for good and well-made things. From the various delights found at breakfast, to the restaurant where there is always fresh food, especially fish. Very good wine cellar assorted. I would like to point out the Tiramisu which is a real delight and the fried Calzone, awarded as the best in Palermo (and it's the truth). The 5 Stars are not only well deserved but I would say mandatory. Well done

28/11/2024: Fuimos allí todas las mañanas para el desayuno, ya que nos alojamos en Palazzo Planeta que está al lado. El propietario y el personal eran muy amables proporcionando un servicio excelente y personal. Siempre estaban abiertos a charlas y bromas agradables. Tuvimos un gran tiempo con ellos. Sirven una variedad de pasteles dulces, panini y otros no dulces. Por supuesto, el café era excelente, así como la comida. Esperamos volver.

28/12/2024: Delightful cocktail bar a stone's throw from Corso Vittorio Emanuele. The internal setting is beautiful both in the ''lounges'' and at the bar. The outdoor area right on the street in the pulsating life of the city is also excellent. The cocktails and selection of spirits are excellent, the platters are less particular or interesting.

12/02/2025: Small, cozy and well-kept family-run restaurant. We had such a good time that in 4 days we went there 3 times and the fourth was skipped because of the weekly closure. Simple but complete menu of typical Sicilian specialties, excellent choice of wines and friendly, attentive and fast service, which makes you feel immediately at home. Highly recommended, reservations recommended.
