The service was impeccable: the attentive, knowledgeable staff conveyed each dish and the philosophy that accompanies it with genuine passion. It's rare to find people who share their passion for what they bring to the table with such sincere engagement. The cuisine won us over: refined dishes, with surprising and perfectly balanced flavors, expressing the chef's origins and personality in every course. Friendliness truly comes first. Nothing is left to chance, and even the smallest detail is meticulously attended to, making you feel welcomed from start to finish. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff and the chef for giving us such a special experience. We'll definitely be back, as we're eager to try the vegetarian menu.

As a pastry chef who has worked in various settings, I'm a real picky eater, and I've never found a restaurant with such care, dedication, and attention to the customer, and such meticulous preparation of the ingredients. From the welcome to the coffee, it was a unique sensory journey, and a breathtaking view. It's true that you can be moved by a dish. We'll definitely be back.
