14/06/2025: In a bar/ice cream shop you expect the ice cream to be good and presented properly.
I took a medium ice cream cup, 6 scoops (€6.50) flavors: Ricotta, Tiramisu and Dark Chocolate (dark).
Let's talk about the presentation, a cocktail cup used to put 6 mini scoops of ice cream, so natural without a sprinkle or a biscuit, a real disgrace.
Ice cream, only the "dark chocolate" flavor is good even if it should have been even more intense, as for "Ricotta" I found no difference with a proper "Fiordilatte" while "Tiramisu" did not arrive (I was unable to understand the flavor).
I would advise the pastry chef to only make traditional flavors if he is not provided with quality raw materials (saving on products is a sign of stinginess) I also tried the "Hazelnut" and "Pistachio" flavors definitely in line with the "Dark Chocolate".
Personally, one star 🌟 is even too much.

25/06/2025: I returned after a long time and found a run-down place, one of the staff in charge of the dining room rude and ill-mannered to the max, incapable of managing customers.
15/06/2025: As soon as I entered with my wife and my 1 year old son in my arms waiting for about 15 minutes to understand where to sit, the staff ignored us, once asked the staff invited us to choose a table to clean... there another 15 minutes of waiting standing and despite other "friendly" customers having entered after they were immediately served and even their table was cleaned immediately while we remained helpless waiting. The waiter was not even able to serve.
I advise the owners to hire staff who are able to make customers come back.
WAIT AT THE EMPTY COUNTER??? 15 MINUTES

10/07/2025: Questo locale si conferma su livelli di ottima qualità! Decisamente buone le granite, ottima la rosticceria! Personale molto cortese e rapido! Il tutto contornato dalla posizione sul lungo mare scogliera della città! Decisamente un posto ideale, per incontrarsi con amici e trascorrere un po' di tempo insieme, gustando roba di qualità.
03/07/2025: Prezzo assolutamente esagerato per quello che abbiamo consumato. Quasi 10 euro per due cappuccini e due paste. State alla larga.

03/07/2025: Very good food and service by Francesco, very patient and good with kids. The food is amazing, especially the crusted pizza and the desserts.
02/07/2025: It was amazing. We started with a ciaco e pepe arancina and a bruschetta they were fresh and perfect. We had their special pizza that they only serve during Monday to Friday. It was a very thick dough but vary airy and fresh ingredients on top. The desert was heavenly, I had canolli which were pizza dough crispyfied in the oven with a filling of fresh ricotta and pistachios on top made with perfection. I tried the tiramisu as well which had the perfect amount of cream and sponge, and had strong coffee flavour. I also tried the muffin filled with chocolate which was basically a lava cake but smaller it was good even though I am not a big fan of thick melted chocolate. It came with fresh vanilla ice cream that was amazing. The service was amazing especially by the waiter named Francisco he was so helpful and caring.

11/04/2025: Ottimo cibo, buonissimi i cocktail, complimenti a Simone, gentilissimo e super disponibile, sa cosa consigliare e anche in mezzo al caos ha sempre un sorriso e un occhio di riguardo per TUTTI i clienti. A differenza del collega PILO (signora sulla quarantina con occhiali e capelli ricci) che è stato molto maleducato per tutta la serata, quasi quasi gli stavamo facendo favore ad occupare il tavolo. Modi molto scortesi. Lo staff eccezionale, se non fosse stato per lui che ad ogni parola che diceva ci faceva venire voglia di alzarci e andare nel locale accanto. Capisco lo stress, ma comunque sei pagato per offrire un servizio e magari un sorriso o un minimo di gentilezza sarebbe apprezzato

01/05/2025: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno, ho trovato l'armonia di gusto,professionalità e cordialità, il tutto esaltato dai piatti di ottima qualità e presentati con classe, ottimo vino e atmosfera magica Ottimo pesce. PROSIT a tutto lo Staff .

04/04/2025: Étonnée de tous ses mauvais avis, le personnel était très aimable et professionnel, nous avons passé un agréable moment et les plats servis étaient très bon
17/03/2025: Ci siamo fermate per un aperitivo. Il posto ci sembrava decente in buona posizione. Dopo il primo drink io mi sono sentita malissimo. Nn ricordo quasi nulla. Mia amica ha chiesto di chiamare ambulanza perche secondo lei stavo molto male, quasi per svenire. Personale assoluttamente indifferente al mio malessere e alla sua richiesta. Sono stata lasciata cosi per piu di un ora!! Poi l ambulanza ha chiamato la polizia alla quale la mia amica si e rivolta. Assoluttamente sconsiglio!!

26/04/2025: Ci siamo trovati malissimo la siciliana era sicuramente surgelata e fritta in un pessimo olio che dava un retrogusto amaro. Le stoviglie erano sporche. Terribile esperienza non la consiglio.
01/02/2025: Credo di non tornarci più. Siciliana negativa, con un formaggio spaccato per tuma, che non aveva alcun sapore. Tartufo bianco con una crema insapore. Di Urna è rimasto solo lo storico nome. Stop.

27/04/2025: Ho sempre ordinato qui, ma via via la qualità sta peggiorando! Stasera pane letteralmente incollato al cartone, polpetta di cavallo così sottile che neanche si percepiva e una quantità di aceto da renderlo veramente immangiabile.
