07/05/2025: This is the spot. Magic experience and food in a beautifully intimate setting. Ran by a couple Lui & Fabrizio, every detail thought of. Fabulous decor under the exposed stone ceiling.

05/05/2025: We were welcomed warmly by the owner. The atmosphere was very comfortable with an intimate setting. The spritz were delicious, as were the entrees of trout salad and grilled tuna. The tuna dish was one of the best I’ve ever enjoyed. Desserts were delightful. Vegan options were available. We are from the Mississippi Gulf Coast where grilled tuna and trout dishes are a mainstay and these were exceptional. The Chef visited our table and Hostess/Owner was very gracious. 19/04/2025: Superb restaurant for the setting, the cuisine and the service. We would have liked to have had time to go back… High-end but well worth it. Be careful not to come in beach clothes!

20/05/2025: Typical cafe with a pastry shop and bar. Right by the train station. I recommend it while waiting for a train. As everywhere in such places in Italy, wonderful!

07/05/2025: It’s the only spot near the train station, so I stopped in for a soda. The blonde waitress told me it was €3.50, which felt overpriced. When I asked to pay by card, another waitress stepped in and suddenly it was €2.50 on the machine—clearly inconsistent, and likely intentional. While I waited, an older man and the first waitress laughed and made comments in Italian, clearly mocking me for being a tourist. I may not speak the language, but the tone was unmistakable. My trip to Puglia has been absolutely wonderful, but this experience left a sour aftertaste. If this is how some local businesses treat visitors, it’s a poor reflection of an otherwise beautiful region. Tourists deserve transparency and respect—not scams and ridicule. 中国游客别来这个地方，对亚洲游客两种价格。

02/06/2025: Bar Turismo is pure art. Vito, the owner is history, his ice cream is something wonderful, his special coffee is pure poetry. Unique.
