16/08/2026: The experience at Meraviglioso was truly excellent, from arrival to the end of the dinner. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the staff with great kindness and professionalism. Throughout the evening, they were present and attentive, without ever being intrusive: a meticulous service that contributed greatly to the overall quality of the experience. The cuisine was also very high quality. We began with appetizers, all very good and prepared with top-quality ingredients. The first course was probably one of the highlights of the dinner: well-balanced flavors, excellent ingredients, and preparation that definitely lived up to expectations. The wine cellar deserves special mention. During dinner, we were recommended a wine that proved exceptional and paired perfectly with the dishes. It was a bottle that impressed us so much that I would return to Meraviglioso just to drink it again. Overall, what I appreciated most was the attention to detail throughout the experience: from the welcome to the service, from the quality of the products to the wine selection. You don't just feel like you're dining, but rather being accompanied throughout the evening by a staff that pays attention to detail and knows how to offer advice. Marvellous, it's definitely a restaurant I'd return to. When I'm back in Polignano a Mare, it will definitely be one of my stops.

08/11/2025: Right in from of the train station. We tried the local coffee Leccesse coffee which is ice coffee with almond syrup no milk. It was good!

25/10/2025: We had coffee and this place was great too. I can honestly recommend any small Italian cafe in the city. They are all clean, high quality and have a friendly atmosphere.

07/08/2026: Yesterday I stopped by Bar Turismo! I ​​tried the hazelnut and coffee cream gelato. Simply incredible, real gelato!!! Don't judge a book by its cover! The place is retro, reminiscent of the '80s...but the quality of the gelato is real. The owner explained to me that he uses real ingredients to make his gelato, not like many other gelato makers these days who use powders and packaged mixes. What can I say? Try it and believe it! The difference between real gelato and gelato is visible to the eye and tastes delicious!
