14/08/2024: A wonderful place. We ate (vegetarian) more than well and spent a wonderful evening at the Mint. Very kind staff, you can feel that they do everything from the heart.

10/12/2024: In the beautiful escape report, on Puglia discovery of Polignano a mare and this bar. We really wanted to discover their special coffee. We were not disappointed. It's excellent! Typical place, friendly, with a warm welcome. We recommend it. Their ice cream looks delicious.

28/07/2024: Il ristorante fa parte del bellissimo hotel resort e spa Borgobianco, situato nelle campagne tra Castellana Grotte e Polignano a Mare. Buona l’accoglienza. Personale cortese e menù molto curato. Buona la proposta gastronomica, così come la carta dei vini. Prezzi in linea con la location a 5 stelle e con la buona qualità del cibo. Segnalo solo un aspetto, forse, un po’ scortese: appena arrivati in reception, prima di farci accomodare , ci è stato richiesto un documento di identità che ci è stato restituito dopo aver pagato il conto. Bah, mai successo in nessuna parte del mondo…….

26/06/2024: El personal de este hotel es excepcional - tan profesional, amable, informativo y servicial. El hotel era precioso, limpio y decorado con buen gusto, además de camas muy cómodas. Nuestra única decepción fue la comida del restaurante que estaba un poco demasiado cocinado y carente de sabor, pero esto podría ser solo el estilo de la región de Apulia, sin embargo, no marzo nuestra fabulosa experiencia. No dudaría en recomendar este fabuloso lugar!

31/08/2024: The politeness and friendliness of the staff, is appreciated. The coffees are exceptional and refreshing. The croissants were the best that we have ever had anywhere.

26/10/2024: You can't get less than one star, unfortunately! White, black, acidic flavor ice cream. We report that the taste was acidic and in response the ice cream maker tastes it saying that it was not acidic, he hands me a teaspoon, with the same acidic ice cream that he had put in the cone, asking me to taste it, obviously the result had not changed. No apologies, no refunds, on the other hand what else could you expect from a place that presents itself like that? 1 star L bar and 1/2 to me for entering!

04/09/2024: Having recently returned after years to this THIEVES restaurant, I am happy to correct my review... there were 3 of us a few evenings ago (let it be clear that I only went there because I wasn't paying... 😂😂) mixed starters of which only one plate of raw and the rest cooked, second course a sea bream which we divided into three with grilled vegetables, a bottle of calafuria rosé and 3 bitters (without first course) 110 euros each!! Although the quality of the fish is excellent, it is simply a legalized theft.. avoid it, there are other excellent restaurants in the area where you can eat the same things at half the price.. they have changed management but apparently the exaggerated prices do not change. I can only understand prices like that in a place like Grotta Palazzese where you also pay for the location

We had the pleasure of celebrating the birthday of a dear friend of ours. the service was excellent, not only in managing a table of 14 people but also in organizing the bouquet and cake. Simply put, great food and superb service. Thanks again to all the staff, we will be back soon!
