PS. The cacio e pepe cheesecake, the octopus with Fe, and the dark chocolate dessert were WORLDWIDE!
11/10/2025: Chapter 1
This morning I woke up early, at 12:00, with a sadness in my heart, wounded by the discovery that my girlfriend's name isn't Anna Giulia, but MARIOOO... 🤔🤔 I immediately took a car with driver to Polignano.
Chapter 2
Walking through the alleys of this beautiful seaside village, among couples in love and elderly people with Parkinson's, I found myself in a "long non-place"... My prostate problem led me to this magical place with an incredible restroom. 😍
Chapter 3
After the moment of ecstasy, I found myself sitting at a table in this delightful little place: "Mint ❤️".

16/10/2025: It's a pub like a street cafe, with a boss who looks at the counter indifferently and cool employees. There's no special service, but you should definitely try the special cafe.

27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later!

I've traveled half the world, I love going to restaurants, both high-end and average, and writing reviews... the important thing is to eat well, but I've never had my wife and I looked up and down by the hostess, asked if there was a table available, and received a response... "Come back in two and a half hours." I noticed many empty tables without reservations written on the table... I noticed all the diners very well dressed; we were dressed normally in jeans and T-shirts, but with full wallets...
I hope I'm wrong, but the feeling was that we weren't welcome.

30/09/2025: Thanks to the agreement with our B&B, we were able to enjoy breakfast there! Centrally located with friendly staff!
12/09/2025: Good coffee. Felt the staff were a little bit rude and acting too busy and a little pretentious, even though I was trying to speak in Italian and be courteous. I understand more than I can speak and the tone/vibe is easy to identify. They served 5 men al banco before me even though they had just come in and I was clearly next in line. Was happy to wait but it was just a frenzy. They could easily slow down a little and not take themselves so seriously. There seemed to be good rapport with the locals/regulars however… also the fridge is in a bad spot at the door, it blocks people coming in and out affecting the flow of customers al banco, I kept getting squashed (because I was made to wait). I think unfortunately they’re a bit anti-tourist which doesn’t work so well if you are the cafe opposite the train station! I’ve only had lovely other experiences in Italy so this was a shame after a long overnight train

22/09/2025: I read a bunch of positive reviews about this gelato and owner, so I had to try it. The gelato was good, but the owner was a miserable guy who definitely ripped me off for being a tourist. I should have asked for the price before ordering, like I usually do, but I did not and he charged me 4 euros for a tiny cup of gelato. It was ridiculous. Every other fancy gelato shop charges around 3 euros, but somehow this hole in the wall charges 4. Avoid!

07/10/2025: I had a truly delicious lunch here this year. It's only been a month since I've been to Italy, and the oysters, four-tomato tartare, and spaghetti with sea urchin were the best. Friendly, attentive service and a good wine list. It's cold. Paolo's 아
05/10/2025: The dishes were well-prepared. I wasn't entirely sold on the seafood pasta dish, but all the other courses were superb. The seared tuna with vinegar spheres was exceptional. The sweet, fresh, and balanced flavors were excellent. The view was stunning, and I highly recommend it! The prices are high; the restaurant has one Michelin star, so they're not tavern-style prices (for those who don't want to spend a lot).

15/10/2025: I never write negative reviews, but when it could help tourists like us, I feel like doing so.
Only the coffee and the location are good.
The bathroom is dirty (which I understand when not all customers are polite, but if they have a moment's free time, the staff is responsible for fixing it, which didn't happen; in fact, it was left that way).
The bill, unfortunately, is inflated on purpose to cater to tourists.
Don't go there!
27/09/2025: Absolutely disgusting toilets, no hand tissue, no hand wash, no toilet tissue, broken toilet flush.
Staff couldn’t care less. Avoid!

09/09/2024: Restaurant dont le cadre est plutôt sympathique, au cœur de la ville et proche de la mer.
Les plats proposés sont rapides et efficaces, c’est une bonne adresse si vous n’avez pas forcément le temps ou l’envie d’attendre et de manger des plats copieux.
Seule remarque négative : les serveurs pourraient être davantage agréables.
30/07/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera io e la mia ragazza, abbiamo preso 2 gin fizz basilico e 2 calici di vino rosso Montenegro. Il cocktail era ben fatto, mi è piaciuto ma non mi ha fatto impazzire. Le olive che avevamo chiesto avevano un sapore molto aspro e amaro, non so se era proprio il sapore originale, mentre i tarallini buoni. Location comunque carina e centralissima.

13/09/2025: Everything was good, the place was super welcoming and beautiful, the waiters were super kind and good, it's a great place and I highly recommend it! The service was also very fast and the wait was no more than 10 minutes, everyone was very good.
