14/10/2025: The ice cream is okay. We've had much better ice cream elsewhere, but also worse ones. The servers weren't smiling at all. And when we wanted to sit on the terrace to eat our ice cream, they came to tell us that this place is reserved for those who eat salty food. Even though it's October and three-quarters of the terrace is empty. So personally, I won't be going back.

16/06/2025: Costi spropositati in relazione a qualità del cibo e servizio offerto. Calici e bicchieri di odore cattivo ad inizio cena, segno di scarsa igiene, crudo di pesce totalmente da evitare. Recatevi altrove, Bari è meravigliosa validissime alternative anche più centrali e a prezzi onesti.

11/10/2025: It was embarrassing to see the boy go and choose the croissants placed in the corner, completely open and the smallest ones. The nice thing is that I watched the croissants being served first, and the lady chose the nicest, largest ones... but that didn't mean those croissants were left alone while I waited for the s*** to give them... it's not nice to see that 👎

17/09/2025: The pastries weren't nearly as bad as the service from the lady who works here. I understand that working with people is tiring, but a simple, polite "good morning" or "thank you" shouldn't be so difficult to say; otherwise, you shouldn't be doing a job you don't love. Rudeness has become commonplace, but it shouldn't be.

13/05/2025: Premetto che in qst gelateria ci andavamo spesso e l'ultima volta era stata la domenica prima del 1 maggio. Mente facevo la fila x i gelati, mio marito e mio figlio di 3 anni erano seduti al tavolino e una cameriera è stata urtata da una imbecille (che poi se la rideva) e ha rovesciato un'intera coppa di gelato sulla schiena di mio figlio e sul passeggino. Un disastro, ma ci siamo seduti a mangiare il gelato...poco dopo un'altra cameriera ci ha detto che i tavoli erano solo per la consumazione (come se i gelati non li avessi pagati!). Le ho detto che non soltanto ci avevano gettato il gelato addosso, ma che ci stavano pure cacciando. Ci siamo alzati, mio figlio con il gelato ancora da finire, passeggino sporchissimo. Ovviamente racconterò a tutti l'accaduto e non torneremo mai più lì. Qll in foto è la giacca di mio figlio, lavata 2 volte, che dovrò portare in lavanderia e pagare di tasca mia

19/11/2025: Bar located inside the free zone at Salento Airport. Location: 6.5 (passenger transit area, nothing special). Menu: 8 (good quality coffee). Service: 8 (friendly and polite barista). Price: 5 (€1.60 for a coffee is too much).

07/11/2025: Pasticciotti, at least from the day before, made with dry shortcrust pastry and a single block of cream. I've lost the urge to have pasticciotto for breakfast since I returned to my hometown...

01/11/2025: €2 for a burnt coffee and €4 for a crepe "with Nutella" that was practically empty. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

19/10/2025: I'm a big eater, a culinary expert, a gourmet, as they say, and a lover of the late-night croissant (a customer of the historic Pasticceria Fanelli). Today I wanted to make a change to try a new place, but I regretted it from the first bite I took. LITERALLY PITYFUL!!! Cold, rubbery, tasteless, thick chocolate, disgusting, and highly sugary. Never again!!!! Anyone who says otherwise doesn't know how to eat.

11/09/2025: The pastry shop where you can eat on-site told me it had closed, so I only found the bakery at the address. The staff were friendly. We had the nun's breasts, one of the best I've ever tasted.

14/11/2025: This cafe is located inside the station. I was surprised by how delicious the bakery was! The male employee who worked Saturday evening was very friendly. I had a comfortable stay. If you're planning to visit, try the bakery!

11/10/2025: I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff at Bar Tentazioni. In particular, the lady at the cash register was rude and arrogant, treating customers with little attention and zero friendliness. A simple hello or a smile can change your day, but here there seems to be a complete lack of respect for those who enter. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the customer experience was truly awful.

13/10/2025: Delicious panna cotta and caffe leccese very nice place and very convienent right next to the train station and the staff are very helpful and firendly

26/10/2025: Disgusting cappuccino! Please choose another place for coffee; there are plenty of them in Ostuni. 5.50 euros for a cappuccino and cornetto. I don't understand why. For a cappuccino that tastes like it's made of water and cream.

17/10/2025: Came in just for some drinks and ended up having a great time. Cozy little spot with a nice atmosphere — perfect place to escape the rain. We met a few other travelers and had a good chat over drinks. They’ve got draft beer on tap, which was a must for me. The wine was decent, just oddly warm? The outdoor umbrellas leaking onto the tables and chairs and no toillet paper or toilet seat. Otherwise good time people watching and enjoying a cold one. There was a table service fee, but only 1 Euro for 2 people.
