05/02/2024: Very central, nice. A cross between an English pub and a mountain hut bar. Pleasant, in the end. The owners are kind, the quality of the raw materials is more than sufficient. Bruschettas which are slices of bread, but tasty. Particular sandwiches in the combinations, curious. Moretti draft beer, excellent as always. Slightly high prices and request for cash payment not in line with a holiday or transit location like Ormea: I would recommend taking action on this. We are used to paying for parking with our mobile phones, for a brunch the POS would be the minimum.

16/02/2024: After a nice visit to the sanctuary we decided to take a break, unfortunately we found a truly hostile environment. Even though there was no one inside the shop, it seemed that the lady at the counter didn't want to serve us, plus she was rather rude and unfriendly. The place is not very nice. We were curious to try the famous risole but they weren't extraordinary... too bad we couldn't sit outside.

26/08/2023: I was in Cuneo for work and I had breakfast and lunch in this bar: very good food with a superlative dessert and really well-made coffee. Very friendly staff and excellent value for money. If I return to Cuneo, it will be a fixed destination.

16/02/2024: Historic venue that has partly maintained the setting, updating it with refinement, with an overall warm and welcoming result. The aperitif is excellent, served with focaccia, pizza and chips. Courtesy of the staff
