I'm not a local, I'm from Abruzzo... my 7-year-old daughter recommended it to me, and I came to visit her... a very beautiful place, elegantly furnished, the staff attentive and courteous. The food, the stew with potatoes, was simply fantastic, the trio of appetizers truly excellent, and the recommended red wine was also really good.

The best kebab in Mondovì, hands down. The aromas on the kebab give it a unique flavor, and the meat is excellent. Rachid and his staff are incredibly friendly. The prices are super fair.

25/08/2025: On our last day of vacation, we decided to have breakfast at Bar Monviso, since we hadn't been able to the previous days due to hiking and tiredness, and it seemed like a nice place to try! The staff weren't smiling, but they were young and we figured they needed to grow up. We ordered two cappuccinos and two croissants, filled with cream on the spot. The cappuccino was lukewarm 🤐 and the croissants, probably from the day before, tasted and had the same texture as packaged ones. For almost 7 euros, you could do so much better. What a shame! 🤨

For the sake of fairness, everything should be updated so customers don't go there for nothing.

The establishment is modern, functional, and well-attended, with a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor tables are perfect for enjoying a sunny day with a well-prepared cappuccino and quality artisanal brioches.
The staff is distinguished by their kindness and attentiveness, always smiling and attentive to their customers' needs. It's located at the beginning of Piazza Monteregale (or at the end, depending on your location!).
A café that manages to combine simplicity and character, worth a visit for both breakfast and a light but tasty lunch. Congratulations and keep up the good work.

03/11/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by the location: well-kept, intimate, and a delight to enjoy over dinner, as I did. The menu features daily and seasonal specials. The flavor and preparation of the dishes are excellent. The service and friendliness are excellent. Excellent value for money.
19/08/2025: As a restaurant, it's not one of the best we've tried in Italy. In fact, the pasta was the most overcooked we've ever had (too soft).
The rest was okay.
