30/06/2026: We were waiting 50 minutes for 4 kebabs. Turns out they had a 24 pizzas order that entered just before we came and they didn’t consider it important to mention. At the end we didn’t even get an apology, instead they started yelling at us because of a meaningless misunderstanding during payment. Very bad service and treatment.

01/03/2026: I'll start by saying I only went because I was invited to a birthday party. The place is nice and welcoming, but the service isn't the best: waiters don't understand orders, the wrong drinks, and the wrong food arrive more than 30 minutes apart, for a total of an hour's wait. The burger was completely tasteless. The only positive aspect of the evening was the entertainment.

03/05/2026: I decided to review this place because in 25 years of working in bars, I've never had an unpleasant experience like this. I'll tell you about it. Friday evening, we went for an aperitif (six friends). The waitress (she was very kind and knowledgeable) recommended a bottle of prosecco, stating that each bottle came with appetizers for four people, but they were plentiful (total €25). When she brought the drinks, we were pleased to note that she was right. SO WE DECIDED TO BUY ANOTHER BOTTLE OF THE SAME AS THE PREVIOUS ROUND, ADDING A PINSA recommended by the owner (€8). This time, upon delivery, we were in for a bitter surprise: the appetizers, like the first bottle, were missing. WHEN WE REQUESTED AN EXPLANATION, THE OWNER (COWARD) SENDS THE WAITRESS (who couldn't stand it) SAYING THAT HE DEMANDS 2 EUROS MORE PER PERSON. We paid a whopping 58 EUROS. OFFENDED, WE LEAVE THE TABLE WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF NEVER RETURNING AGAIN..... be careful guys. RENE.

17/04/2026: When you want to charge for an aperitif with a platter and on top there are two pieces of focaccia, two pieces of pizza, and fries, they should at least tell you in advance. First and last time.

08/07/2026: I was in line for an ice cream... I waited almost 10 minutes and when it was my turn the man went to serve the people at the counter.... I left... I will never go there again

21/06/2026: It would be nice to share some photos or comments about the products the place sells, but we didn't get a chance to try anything because after 20 minutes of sitting at the tables outside, no one came to take our order, even though there weren't a lot of customers. Ignoring the lack of welcome (not even a hello or a smile), we asked how the breakfast service worked and were told that if we wanted to sit down, they would come, while if we wanted to eat at the counter, we had to get a receipt. We decided to sit down and after a while, we asked if we could order and were told "just a minute" twice. After 20 minutes, we got up to order at the cash register, but there was a line because there was no one to take payment. Being busy, we left. Customers probably don't have priority at this place, so if we ever return to Cuneo, we'll opt for something else.

08/03/2026: The room was quite dirty and cold. The bathrooms were clean, thankfully. The price was good. I'd rather skip breakfast; you have it in the bar with other guests who have nothing to do with the hotel. I'd have preferred a private place with a variety of breakfast options.

19/07/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give a zero. Rude staff. Expensive prices for being treated so poorly and condescendingly, as if we were doing them a favor by going there and spending money on subpar food at such high prices. Terrible desserts.

18/09/2025: We went there today for lunch, but even though Google and the signs around town told us it was open, we found it closed. For the sake of fairness, everything should be updated so customers don't go there for nothing.

23/08/2026: Passing through Entracque, we found this place highly rated for food. What a disappointment! We ordered flans and tarts (four different items) and they were truly inedible. The flans were waterlogged (photos attached). Perhaps the biscuits are good, but definitely avoid the savory options.

10/08/2026: The idea of ​​consuming what's produced in the deli in the debors is a nice one... You're satisfied with everything. Hot (which are reheated) and cold appetizers, first courses, dessert, bread, coffee, drinks... What more could you ask for? The welcome is excellent...

16/04/2026: When I visited, the premises weren't exactly spotless; on the contrary, the bathroom was especially clean. Furthermore, with all the people outside, the owner had the clever idea of ​​cleaning the entrance rugs right in the middle of the outdoor tables using a pressure washer. This was a very disrespectful gesture toward all of us who were consuming, because when the pressure washer was turned on, it made a hellish racket that could be heard for blocks away. Noise pollution is a serious issue, and it's punishable by the local police (if I honk my horn in the street to get a double-parked car to move out of the way, blocking my exit, I'll get the fine, for example). Not recommended if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

16/04/2026: For goodness sake. It's well-stocked, and that's the only positive note. Otherwise, I found the bathroom extremely dirty, and the service... We were sitting outside, but the owner started yelling at the employee to bring him some degreaser to clean the carpets. Then, without even bothering to apologize for the inconvenience or anything else, he turned on a very loud and unbearable compressor machine just a meter away from us. In fact, we immediately got up. Maybe if your bathroom sucks, you should clean that first, then worry about washing the carpets. Perhaps you should move a little further away from your customers. Politeness is not guaranteed in this bar. To answer the owner: no, I was sitting where I was before you started cleaning. You've got the wrong person, so the rudeness was yours. Plus, the noise from the pressure washer could be heard from several blocks away, so moving to another spot on the patio wouldn't have been enough. And if I'm the manager of a business, customers certainly shouldn't come telling me the noise is unbearable; I understand that myself. I'll definitely return to Fossano, but not to have coffee with anyone. I don't waste my time in places where I don't like it.

03/08/2026: We had an amazing 5-star stay at Chalet Morel. The staff were phenomenal—so attentive and welcoming, and they really went above and beyond to make our stay special. I was even surprised with a birthday candle, which was such a thoughtful touch. The spa was beautiful, intimate and relaxing, while the views were absolutely breathtaking. Our room was cosy and perfect for a mountain getaway. The menu selection was nice with seasonal produce and great options. However a little feedback: the execution could have been better for some dishes. That said, it didn’t take away from what was an overall wonderful stay. We’d highly recommend!

09/07/2026: Easily my most favourite hotel in the region. Lovely hosts make your stay remarkable. Beautiful, quiet location. Very good food. Safe parking.

04/05/2026: Never again. I think the pizza speaks for itself!!!!! It should have tuna and onion!
