22/10/2025: Great experience at Pizzeria Galot! We went here for Oktoberfest: the atmosphere was cheerful and refined, with themed costumes that made the evening even more fun. There was live music (though we left early and missed it), the staff was really friendly and helpful, the service was fast, and the prices were fair. A perfect place for a casual and enjoyable evening. Highly recommended!

25/01/2026: We went for breakfast and waited about a quarter of an hour. We were waiting for them to take our order, but they never showed up. The table was dirty, and there were dirty cups from previous customers on it. We left, and they even said hello.

08/03/2026: The room was quite dirty and cold. The bathrooms were clean, thankfully. The price was good. I'd rather skip breakfast; you have it in the bar with other guests who have nothing to do with the hotel. I'd have preferred a private place with a variety of breakfast options.

The coffee is simply amazing, served with their signature Cuneo chocolates, a detail that instantly makes a difference and enhances the experience. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, with a delightful upstairs room that's definitely worth a visit: quiet, refined, and perfect for enjoying a relaxing break. The coffee is TOP!! It costs a few cents more, but it's served with their own Cuneo chocolate. A must-try for anyone passing through Cuneo or anyone looking to rediscover a classic from the city. Definitely worth a try.

07/01/2026: You expect something completely different from an osteria: average food, nothing special, very nice place, slightly dated location but still okay in the context, service could be improved, very rude waitress...

02/01/2026: The waitress was rude and surly. I asked several times what the appetizer was and got the same answer: "It depends." I asked for anything, but got evasive answers. I ordered fusilli with ragù, but the pasta was with chunks of meat and peppers. The salmon was clearly reheated several times, inedible, and tough. The only redeeming feature was the house wine, which was absolutely appalling. I'd give it less than one star if I could.

09/03/2026: Our stay at Chalet Morel was a time that will remain etched in our memories forever. It's a special place for many reasons. Firstly, the hotel's incredible location – every morning, afternoon, and evening offers the opportunity to admire the nature surrounding Chalet Morel. Every day, the view of the majestic mountains was breathtaking. Secondly, the delicious dishes served by the local cuisine to the hotel's guests! Something extraordinary. Every dinner was a feast. And the wines served there complemented every evening spent by the roaring fireplace. Thirdly, the high standard of the room. Everything you need is available. It's elegant, comfortable, tidy, and imbued with a sense of taste and elegance. And the opportunity to relax on your own terrace or in the on-site spa is an invaluable addition for those seeking relaxation after a day on the slopes. Fourthly, the Chalet Morel staff deserve special mention. Marco and "Michael" deserve special mention – always polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had less contact with the other staff, but they also showed us much kindness. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank everyone we had the pleasure of meeting at Chalet Morel. Thank you for the special memories, and we will definitely try to visit Chalet Morel again ❤️‍🔥

29/12/2025: My husband and I occasionally stop at this pastry shop, which is on the road for our summer and winter excursions. For us, it's a treat to stop for breakfast: croissants, latte macchiatos, and sublime coffees. The owners and staff are very kind and polite, and the atmosphere is elegant. I dream of an aperitif in the evening; who knows, maybe soon. I highly recommend stopping by. The shop is located under the arcades of Vicoforte, overlooking the view of the sanctuary.
