P.S. The terrace alone is worth a visit...
26/01/2026: Discovered by chance during an excursion, I was pleasantly surprised by the location, the really nice owners and the excellent food, true Piedmontese cuisine. I recommend it, it deserves more than one taste.

01/03/2026: It's been years since I've stopped for an aperitivo at Marianna in Borgo Santa Caterina. What can I say? Always good service, a calm, and well-attended atmosphere. I had a glass of red Valpolicella served with appetizers as pictured, for a total of €5.50.
It's consistently proven to be a great place to enjoy a quality aperitivo without being ripped off.

20/10/2025: Delicious pastry, and really good coffee. We went there 2 times, and it was a great experience.
21/09/2025: My mother and I sat at a table and weren't served. They sat six tables behind us and were having breakfast, and no matter how many times we called to order, they wouldn't serve us. Very poor service.

23/02/2026: The new girls don't reflect the lively, everyday atmosphere I find in the pastry shop. Katia, Nathaly, and Angelica are always smiling, attentive to the customer, and on point. I walk in and the new girls don't even say hello! They don't even look at me. They put you off staying. I'm a regular customer, and I'm able to resist thanks to Nathali, who never fails to make us feel at home. The quality of the cakes and pastries is unquestionable.

17/03/2026: A nice bar near the Cologno al Serio moat with both indoor and outdoor seating. The waitresses are very friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks are excellent, and it's a fantastic place to spend an evening with friends or family. Prices are reasonable.
01/11/2025: A very welcoming bar. Perfect for breakfast, aperitifs, and after-dinner drinks. The music isn't too loud, so you can still have a conversation.

31/07/2025: A wonderful little place. It's welcoming and the food is delicious. The menu is always changing, with so many delicious things to try and savor again. The two owners, the legendary Patty & Selma, will make you feel at home and pampered with excellent desserts, friendly service, and relaxing drinks.
Highly recommended!

01/12/2025: I used to come to these bars years ago, and it was beautiful, with a spectacular view of the funicular and Bergamo, now taken over by Bakary..... it's become disgusting! Maybe not a place for aperitifs, but a glass of red, undefined and an Aperol spritz with two crisps €16 seems a bit excessive to me! AVOID IT, only come in to take a photo from the terrace.

15/02/2026: Located in Oltre il Colle in Val Serina, the pastry shop, in addition to its delicacies, also offers very welcoming apartments equipped with all comforts and panoramic views of the Orobie Alps. Highly recommended. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

25/03/2026: I remembered better, honestly. I got a sandwich, but the burger was half-burned and (in my opinion) precooked, dry, and lacking the slightest bit of juice/blood that a burger usually releases. The staff seemed tired, inattentive, and simply pissed off, and the prices aren't average—a bit on the high side, and not really justified by the quality... Could be improved.
