13/06/2026: I've decided to spend this summer tasting gelato. And guys, this is a MIGHTY ICE CREAM. After dinner, before dinner, for lunch, as a snack; basically, whenever you want, go and try it! For now, my favorite flavor is peach. I really feel like I'm eating a peach fresh from the tree, juicy and sweet. What can I say? 110 with honors!!

25/06/2026: We stopped for an aperitif before dinner, and we had such a good time that we did a second round and arrived late for dinner. The cocktails were good, and the aperitif was also quite rich and varied.

08/07/2026: A more sweet vegan cake for 7 euros. It was delicious, although too expensive for me to return. The owner was very friendly, and the English menu was available by scanning a QR code.

10/04/2026: I often go there for coffee or to buy pastries. The place is spacious and modern. Excellent products. The panettone and colomba cakes are truly remarkable. Friendly and attentive service. I highly recommend them.

05/04/2026: We received a Colomba Pasquale as a gift, simply delicious and worthy of a review! It tastes like Pan Strudel, soft, rich in flavors and textures, and balanced. Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: Good desserts, but too much confusion, even in the service, especially during peak hours. Incredible, but there are no pastry shops in Bergamo.

01/12/2025: I used to come to these bars years ago, and it was beautiful, with a spectacular view of the funicular and Bergamo, now taken over by Bakary..... it's become disgusting! Maybe not a place for aperitifs, but a glass of red, undefined and an Aperol spritz with two crisps €16 seems a bit excessive to me! AVOID IT, only come in to take a photo from the terrace.

17/03/2026: A nice bar near the Cologno al Serio moat with both indoor and outdoor seating. The waitresses are very friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks are excellent, and it's a fantastic place to spend an evening with friends or family. Prices are reasonable.

15/02/2026: Located in Oltre il Colle in Val Serina, the pastry shop, in addition to its delicacies, also offers very welcoming apartments equipped with all comforts and panoramic views of the Orobie Alps. Highly recommended. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

08/04/2026: We came here to try polenta. The dessert was very good, as were the cappuccinos. The atmosphere was typical and very popular. The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly.

13/05/2026: A truly awful place, with rude and incompetent staff. After a 20-minute wait, they asked me if I had a reservation, and after I said yes, I was forgotten about. The staff swears in front of customers and complains about them, forgetting that they live off of them, who pay the bill. They should learn some humility and respect for others. If it were up to me, I'd close it immediately. One star is even too much.

06/05/2026: We went a few nights ago with our daughter. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was delicious! From the outside, the place doesn't look like much, but the passion is evident in the food. I would go back.

29/06/2026: A culinary journey led by a true master of taste. Definitely worth the trip from Bergamo! If you're looking for a run-of-the-mill dinner, look elsewhere. "Alchimia del Goloso," here in Romano di Lombardia, isn't just a restaurant; it's a 360-degree sensory experience. My friends and I always travel a lot because we love good food, and intrigued by the excellent buzz surrounding this place, we decided to try it. Starting from Bergamo, we drove about thirty kilometers, but it was absolutely worth it. The owner isn't just a chef, but a culinary professor, and it shows in every detail. The place is a perfect fusion of a vintage shop, a refined wine bar, and an excellent restaurant. The selection of ingredients is impressive and sourced from all over Italy: from hard-to-find cheeses to olive oil, to gems like authentic Pantelleria capers. The cured meats deserve a special mention: the chef personally travels to Trentino to select a special speck from friendly producers, while the prosciutto comes from other niche producers. The cellar is also a paradise: it boasts an incredible selection of excellent wines from every region of Italy, including the finest labels from the most prestigious Sicilian wineries, from Planeta to Nozze d'Oro. Five of us were there and had a wonderful time. Here, the alchemy is real: quality meets enchanting expertise. Five stars is even too few!

After introducing myself and explaining my offerings in two minutes, I was treated rudely and arrogantly. Unlike him, I introduced myself in a completely different way. I repeat, the place looks very nice and the food is probably equally good, but I can't say the same about Mr. I slap my hands on the counter... The only thing I can say is that a little respect wouldn't hurt for someone like you who works, even though, unfortunately, my job isn't related to yours. It would have been enough to just be a little more friendly. I'm sorry, but despite your good faith, my rating for this person is below zero.

01/03/2026: It's been years since I've stopped for an aperitivo at Marianna in Borgo Santa Caterina. What can I say? Always good service, a calm, and well-attended atmosphere. I had a glass of red Valpolicella served with appetizers as pictured, for a total of €5.50. It's consistently proven to be a great place to enjoy a quality aperitivo without being ripped off.
