The cuisine, the gastronomy, the shop, the wine shop: all of the highest level and very far from "homemade" cuisine; flavors chosen and combined with wisdom, from selections of excellent products chosen and treated with care and love. A nice place, clean and well-kept, not very large, in fact I recommend booking, the dishes prepared are very good, you can see that the raw materials are fresh and of good quality, another plus point in my opinion is the open kitchen, synonymous with of competence and professionalism, there is not much choice between first and second courses but better so few dishes but cooked at the moment and which are changed from day to day. The price for a complete lunch which includes a first course, a second course, a side dish and water is 16 euros, slightly above the average although I personally prefer to spend a little more and have the quality and service that this place offers. A flaw if we want to find it is on the desserts, the choice is perhaps too wide, I would have preferred less choice and more classic desserts such as tiramisu or homemade tart or apple pie, but it's just a vice of mine, nothing that compromises everything else really well done. I definitely recommend it.

An inn that takes up the Italian tradition of the artisan workshop, a hotbed of ideas and a place of interest and sharing. At Golosa Alchimia "food, a need for everyone, and wine, a passion for many" become a pretext to meet and talk about each other. Lots of other goodies inside. A counter full of exclusive cured meats and cheeses from the Bergamo tradition. Dishes that smell of tradition and innovation. The Octopus parmigiana then, a portrait! Also surprising is a small selection of extra virgin olive oils including the EVO oil D.O.P TUSCIA, Caninese de il Mulino. The difference, however, is all in the service. Friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Nicoletta and Mario know how to make you live a truly delightful food experience. Yes, Golosa Alchimia, it was truly a great experience!!! Pur essendo di Romano, non avevo mai preso in considerazione questa bottega/ristorante. Da quando il mio compagno me l'ha fatta scoprire non perdiamo occasione per andarci sia per i pranzi e le cene, ma anche x la selezione di qualità dei prodotti da banco e confezionati che propone alla vendita. Che dire Mario ci regala, ogni qualvolta degustiamo il suo cibo, dei piacevolissimi sapori per dare gioia al nostro palato. Personalmente lo consiglio a tutte le persone che conosco.
