28/09/2025: UPDATE ================== After some time since my previous, otherwise absolutely positive, review, I'd like to add that the shop has significantly improved in terms of both appearance and space. A beautiful covered, windowed veranda has been added to the side of the pastry shop, with neatly placed and clean white tables. This further invites you to stop and enjoy the delicacies the Frutti family offers, which are always excellent and constantly changing, sure to please any palate. Congratulations again, and thank you for being here! --------------------------------------------------------------- This pastry shop, which began timidly and almost quietly a few years ago, has become, over time and with much courage and sacrifice, a benchmark for quality in our valley. The products are certainly carefully crafted and expertly prepared with top-quality ingredients. My compliments once again to Stefano and his family. Definitely recommended.

03/09/2025: In my opinion, they have the best cheesecake in all of Bergamo. A cozy, small, and intimate place, with owners and waiters who are always kind and courteous. It's worth a visit, especially for the lunch menu.

19/08/2025: The owner, Carlos, is very friendly and approachable. The pizza is very competitively priced and of excellent quality. Highly recommended! There's no on-site dining option; it's a takeout pizzeria only.

10/08/2025: On the occasion... We had a special cake made, gluten- and lactose-free... VERY DELICIOUS They also made pizza by the slice, well-topped and soft. Compliments to all the staff

27/05/2025: We finish work late and decide to leave Arcore to go get a good ice cream at this place. We arrive at 9:30 pm and the ice cream tubs have already been removed. We then ask for a caffè macchiato with a pastry but again nothing happens. The waitress tells us: "We're closing time, we've already washed the car, if you want I can make you an orzo". I point out that the closing time is 10:30 pm and the answer is: "Yes, but tonight is a bit of a sad evening, that's how it goes...". We eat our very good pastries, "dry" while two waitresses and a pastry chef laugh and chat among themselves and we leave. Never to return. I believe that a coffee should not be refused to anyone, especially if you are open and there are 3 of us on shift! In response to what was written by the interested parties... if you want to close early (which is absolutely legal) you warn customers with a sign so that one can decide whether to leave or come in anyway and choose something else, certainly not by denying a coffee when ordering. Weren't we kicked out of the place? Of course not! I assure you that in that case we wouldn't have limited ourselves to a review!

09/10/2025: You'd think the place's history would be compelling, but it turns out it doesn't match the quality of the ice cream or the service at all. The service was rude, brusque, and downright mean. We wanted to sit down for tea or something hot, but with the ice cream cone we ordered, I couldn't get a table; I'd have to order it in a glass. I should note that most of the tables were empty. Besides the fact that asking about hot drinks was met with a rude response. I had already paid for the ice cream, but we canceled the rest of the order. Unfortunately, the flavor of the stracciatella ice cream left much to be desired – the competition proved much better.

25/07/2025: Self-check-in was straightforward, but with exceptionally clear instructions. The room was small but ergonomic. Excellent shower. Comfortable mattress. The room had everything you needed except body lotion. Ample parking. Quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast. The owners were polite, friendly, and extremely hospitable. About a 20-minute walk to the dock where the boat departs.

05/07/2025: Very, very welcoming and well-kept. Excellent location: away from the hustle and bustle but close to the center and the lakeside.

12/07/2025: Good quality food and service, but the decor is bland and tasteless, very kitsch, with plastic tulip-shaped floor lamps and throne-shaped plastic armchairs. Not at all suited to a mountain setting.

27/04/2025: Kind and refined staff, beautiful apartments with all the comforts and everything you need without having to bring everything from home. On site including, own-produced pastry shop, restaurant, bar and supermarket. Ideal for couples and families, among other things with prices affordable for everyone. It will be a destination with a slightly longer holiday and perhaps with the family. Wonderful place between valleys, mountains and flowers, an immersion in nature is good for the heart and soul! We recommend it to everyone! See you soon from Melissa, Massimo and Loco😍 Thank you so much! 80 euros per person for 2 nights, breakfast included!

21/09/2025: My mother and I sat at a table and weren't served. They sat six tables behind us and were having breakfast, and no matter how many times we called to order, they wouldn't serve us. Very poor service.

02/08/2025: I quickly grabbed a few filled croissants, cookies, and macaroons here. Unfortunately, the macaroons were crumbly, and for €2 each, you'd expect them to be just fine, which is a shame. The staff, however, is super friendly, and the atmosphere inside is nice and cozy.
