We came here to try polenta. The dessert was very good, as were the cappuccinos. The atmosphere was typical and very popular. The gentleman at the cash register was very friendly.

The place is poorly maintained. I used to go there every day many years ago. I went back a couple of weeks ago and it was a disappointment. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The menus were dirty and broken. The donuts were good but not fresh. You could tell they'd been frozen and then defrosted. The prices were normal. No, I wouldn't go back, sorry.

Friendly staff! The pastry chef and owner are friendly and helpful, thank you. The doughnuts are amazing!!!! Delicious, light even though they're doughnuts, delicious cream... BRAVI!!!

There's a very good chance that Salvi's Krapfen are the best in Italy. Their pandoro is also fantastic, a delicious cloud. A must-see if you're passing through Bergamo!
