06/01/2025: Unfortunately it is a typical place where the treatment varies depending on personal knowledge with the owner or the place: although we had arrived before other tables, those who arrived later were served first and finished their lunch much before us. It is unacceptable to have to wait 3 hours for a starter and a first course. A real shame! As for the food: Normal starter, very good Amatriciana, decent Cacio&Pepe, very good wine (recommended by the owner). But receiving different treatment just because you are not a regular customer or acquaintance is unacceptable and very frustrating. Just for the sake of fairness, I would also like to add that we arrived at the restaurant for a baptism lunch booked for 15 people, but with great disappointment we discovered that the owner had completely forgotten our reservation. Furthermore, he insinuated that he was expecting confirmation, even though we had been to the venue twice in the previous days to discuss it.
