Four of us had dinner, guided by the waiters, we enjoyed an excellent appetizer, the ravioli filled with violet potatoes...sublime, the grilled lamb, the pork ribs, the grilled chicken escalopes simply superlative. The sautéed broccoli was no exception. The pasticciotto with cream, black cherry and ice cream was the icing on the cake! The meal was accompanied by a very pleasant local Cesanese. I want to say two more words of praise for the tireless "grill manager", who I believe is one of the owners, whose name I don't know, who in addition to being skilled and professional, also dedicated time to short conversations with us who were sitting at the table near his station. A heartfelt thanks also to the waiters who are always attentive and courteous. The price? Really honest.

Mamma e Gaia portano avanti la filosofia e tradizione del buon Fabrizio, dall'accoglienza al servizio a tavolo. Il crudo di pesce in antipasto è la sua opera d'arte, non è un piatto ma un quadro.
