16/09/2025: We stopped by chance. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the menu offers a decent number of courses. The ingredients and preparation are top-quality. If it's on the menu, I recommend the liver pâté with figs and toasted brioche, and the rabbit. The bread and chocolate cake is excellent. The price is in line with the quality.
16/09/2025: We found this restaurant by chance, visiting a customer who was chosen because it was on the street. It was a pleasant surprise.
A Slow Food Presidium, we ate chicken liver pâté with figs and spaghetti with white duck ragù. Delicious.

18/02/2026: I visited Afro on Sundays at noon. Entering this restaurant is like taking a dive into the roots of Friuli. Everything here speaks of Friuli: the staff, the dishes served, and the atmosphere. Here, you can taste Coradazzi Prosciutto sliced with a flywheel slicer, a cutting system that enhances the flavor of the prosciutto like no other. You can see the slicer in the main room, all red and shiny, proudly displayed.
17/12/2025: I've been frequenting Da Afro for years. Owner Dario applies a simple yet extraordinarily effective philosophy: seasonality and quality, quality and seasonality!
The menu changes practically every season, and the cuisine uses locally sourced products, crafted into never-pretentious recipes rooted in Friulian tradition (and beyond).
In winter, a roaring fireplace adds to the restaurant's emotional warmth.

26/10/2025: First visited this pub when it opened around 1997, it was the only place in town where you coukd get a good pint of beer/Guinness. It's a quirky Irish themed pub in Italy, great atmosphere with good music playing in the background. A big bonus is when you buy around you get a load of snacks for free!
Well worth a visit if you're in Pordenone.

20/12/2025: A very welcoming place, with friendly and very professional wait staff.
Their specialties are seafood: spaghetti with clams and fried fish, both truly excellent. My husband had the gnocchi with ragù and sausage with French fries, which were delicious. The portions are generous. If you're in the Pordenone area, go there because you'll leave satisfied and full. Perfect for lunches and dinners with friends and family.

11/01/2026: A timeless place, far removed from what one might expect while wandering around Pordenone.
A truly old-world atmosphere, with a fantastic welcome from the manager, who undoubtedly knows his stuff.
We had a couple of things that didn't work out as they could have, but they were handled really well.
Congratulations.
We'll definitely be back!

09/03/2026: I stumbled upon this bar by chance, and I must say I was very pleased.
Decorated with meticulous attention to detail, the bar is quite spacious and even has a few small tables outside.
The staff was very friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. We only had two herbal teas, which were really good, and we paid just two euros per person.
I must say I was very pleased, because that means they have reasonable prices.
I'd like to stop by again, perhaps to try the aperitivo.
The place is minimally decorated, with light colors, and the atmosphere is very clean.
I'd like to ask if they celebrate birthdays or if they make the room available for special occasions.

16/09/2025: We ended our honeymoon with a 2-night stay at Palazzo del Corso. Our Prestige "Corallo" room was really good, with sophisticated decor and everything we needed.
Notable was the quality of our breakfast, as well as the very corteous service.
The rooftop dining and bar are perfect for a drink in a tranquil and serene setting.
The pool area is small but who cares? Tbe beaches near Gallipoli are stunning so we never used the pool.
The location is also great. A stone throw from the buzz of the historic centre, but quiet enough to have a restful sleep in our king size comfy bed! We loved it!
20/07/2025: Did my my brothers engagement party there. Fantastic from the staff that helped set it up to the quality. Would be staying there again.

05/02/2026: We went for lunch because we were in the area. I have to say, it's not bad. It's a shame they didn't serve sandwiches at lunch (we would have loved those), so we opted for the pizzas instead. Service was quick, and the waitress was courteous and attentive. The pizzas were good and good value. The interior was decorated like a sailing ship, so it's also suitable for children, though perhaps the lighting was a little dim. I'd definitely recommend it.
02/02/2026: I frequent this place often! Very welcoming and friendly. The service is excellent, the food is delicious, and the beer is divine. Live music events and fun karaoke are also available. I recommend it to everyone.

22/01/2026: A sandwich shop and more! You can also enjoy excellent meat dishes and other dishes. The fries are very good. The pizza by the slice is very good. Especially for a sandwich shop! It's something you don't expect. The place is cute and spacious. The staff is fast and very friendly. Everyone is good. Michela is fantastic! In my opinion, it's the best sandwich shop in the area with a wide selection. Prices? Fair. What else can I say...well done! Congratulations!
