05/02/2025: ✨La Taverna Del Leone is a true gem! We were impressed by the warm yet classy atmosphere—cozy, elegant, and inviting. The staff was incredibly professional, providing attentive and friendly service that made us feel truly valued as guests.
The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, showcasing high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail.
Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to return!
28/01/2025: Nos encontramos con este restaurante en nuestro camino de regreso de Sorrento ... nos detuvimos para comer algo ... no teníamos demasiado hambre, así que una vez que probamos su comida hicimos una reserva para otra noche inmediatamente. El restaurante es de propiedad familiar y dirigido; los padres y otros familiares que trabajan en la cocina o como camareros . . el servicio es impecable; elegante y discreto, con elegancia discreta. ¡Tenía la sopa de alcachofa esa primera noche y sabía que tenía que volver por otra antes de salir de Amalfi! Los filetes estaban fuera de este mundo, perfectamente cocinados... y cuando volvimos, no solo teníamos todo lo que habíamos tenido la primera vez, también pedimos otros platos y compartimos el éxtasis! No te pierdas esta joya escondida.

18/02/2025: Such a beautiful cafe/restaurant in Portofino. Staff are lovely cheerful people and very welcoming and obliging for people with allergies like me. Ine of the few restaurants in Italy where the staff smile and put the patrons first. Loved it ♥️

03/01/2025: A very special dining experience in Positano, we came here as recommended by our host, they were able to book us pick up and drop off to our accomodation as well. The food was incredibly fresh, authentic and the drinks were also top notch. The views were amazing, and was a different vibe to the main hub in Positano, highly recommend!
27/12/2024: We stumbled upon this restaurant after hiking the “Path of the Gods”. We had a late lunch of wine and various snacks including the salmon bruschetta and a delightful bottle of a locally made “Falanghina” white wine.
We made reservations for the following evening and wisely chose to accept the offer of a shuttle versus walking all the way up from Positano again!
Dinner was fabulous. Highly recommend, this place. We will be back

22/10/2024: Increíble experiencia! Pedimos carbonara (genial) y espagueti Al’oglio que no estaba en el menú, pero fueron lo suficientemente amables para hacer eso para nosotros y fue uno de los mejores que hemos tenido!
La vista es impresionante y las chicas en el servicio increíblemente amable. Era mi cumpleaños y tan pronto como se lo contamos, me trajeron profiterole y una vela pequeña!
16/10/2024: Nos alojamos en el Hotel Posa Posa por dos noches y totalmente en contra de nuestro comportamiento normal cenamos en el restaurante del hotel (Mirage) ambos días.
La razón fue simplemente el marisco más delicioso, fresco y bellamente cubierto que nos habían servido - incluso durante nuestro viaje de 2 semanas en el sur de Italia.
Teníamos lubina a la parrilla y frita, atún abrasado con semillas de sésamo como plato principal y carpaccio de atún como primer plato. El atún olía en tu boca y el sabor era increíble.
Recomendación más cálida 👍!

Il Fornillo

29/12/2024: This is not a review of Il Fornillo's food, which we unfortunately did not get to try, but their customer service and attention to detail. We made a reservation for dinner on their site in December and received an automated confirmation. We walked about a half mile up and down a lot of stairs to get there from our hotel. When we arrived at the restaurant at our reservation time, Il Fornillo was closed. Net, even if you do make a reservation, I recommend calling to confirm that the restaurant is open since accept reservations for times at which they're closed.
28/12/2024: The staff were lovely, and the venue itself with views were beautiful
Food was unfortunately not great, maybe we didn’t order the right dishes? Would personally not come back

04/01/2025: If you love Neapolitan Pizza, you absolutely must choose the Golden Saraceno. Cozy place and very kind staff.
30/11/2024: Plenty of options available. Food was super tasty. There are many good waiters working here. We ate a few times during our stay and also had dessert often. Tiramisu was incredibly delicious!

27/10/2024: Wir wollten uns etwas zu meinem Geburtstag gönnen. Das Restaurant ist nicht billig. Dafür wurden wir richtig verwöhnt. Das Rindstartar zu Beginn war richtig toll. Das Fleisch war richtig gut zubereitet. Das Primi war Ravioli mit Trüffeln. Richtig grosszügig. Die Lammgigot danach einfach köstlich. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Ich hatte das Gefühl in einer Blase aus Genuss jenseits von Raum und Zeit zu schweben.
27/09/2024: Éramos tres parejas viajando juntos durante un mes en Italia. Y La Sponda gana el premio de esta gente muy viajada. Desde el momento en que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos nos sentimos mimados y celebrados.
Llegamos temprano al hotel planeando tomar un cóctel primero, pero nos encontramos con el maitre d y nos indicó que nuestra mesa estaba lista temprano, así que estábamos sentados.
Todo el restaurante está iluminado con velas, la buganvilla sube a las paredes y las vistas de Positano son impresionantes.
La cena comenzó con un tártaro de besugo en la casa acompañado de palitos de pan de solo 1 / 4 pulgadas de espesor.
Tuvimos excelentes cócteles, preparados a la perfección.
Nuestras entradas eran diversas desde cordero hasta pargo rojo. También tuvimos un saludo maravilloso para cada pareja ya que estábamos celebrando nuestro aniversario.
Créeme, te esperan más sorpresas.
El personal era increíble y toda la experiencia fue fuera de un guion maravilloso.

13/06/2024: We called ahead to arrange lunch for 16 after hiking the Path of Gods. Francesco greeted us with delicious sandwiches, salads, tarts, and drinks. Plus, he reserved space for our large group. The lemon granita was refreshing after the 2+ hour hike. Most of us enjoyed two. If you’re planning to hike the Path of Gods, this is “the place” to stop for lunch. Not only is the food scrumptious, but the hospitality was also excellent.
